And bisexuality by a Buddhist? Does it depend on the person or are people of the LGBTQ usually frowned appon?

It tends to vary from sect to sect, person to person, but Buddha himself did not speak negatively about homosexuality.

Obviously I don't speak for all Buddhists, but personally I don't see why it would be a problem, provided all participants are consenting and no one is harmed

Some may frown upon it because of the way they were raised or because of their own personal feelings, but I don't know how one could argue that it's actually wrong based on the teachings of Buddhism.

Personally, I am asexual (which may or may not fall under the "Q" of "LGBTQ", depending on who you ask), and my only two Buddhist friends IRL are both homosexual. So I don't know about anyone else, but the three of us definitely don't have a problem with it. xp

But it is going to depend, as Zel said, on the person themselves, the locality they were raised in and a lot of other things that aren't necessarily Buddhist in origin. 3nodding I have seen people who identify as Buddhist run the gamut in tolerance.
