Eye of the Killer Roleplay
During a time when the crime rate has sky rocketed in New York we have been seeing a larger amount of serial killers, murder, theft, and just all out mayhem.
What there has been even more of is serial killers, we have seen a lot of killings in theaters, malls, alleyway, street, and so many others.
For some of the killers, they have their reasons for killing in the places they do, and for their victims they are either in the wrong place at the wrong time or are chosen.
What will happen to the serial killers chosen?
Will they live?
Will they run?
That is all up to the victims and if they wish to live longer or not.
What will you choose?

Rules
-No GODDING! Simple...
-Cybering, ABSOLUTLY NOT! Romance is allowed to at least pg-14. If for some reason you do...do it. It's going to get steamy and fague. TIMESKIP IT!
-You may be a killer, but don't go off killing your victim without permission
-You can have some gore...just don't over do it.
- Same with cursing... too many of them take away meaning from a sentence. Makes you seem dumb.
-No one-line posts. detail! Gives more things for people to work on.
-Literacy is to be semi - adv
-pics are nice in a post. Just remember, they aren't made to fill it up.
-Weapons are melee things. Lead pipes, 2x4s, etc. Or whatever, be creative killers! And no, no nukes, no grenades, and no super destructive weapon.
-No twinking, Twinking is where no matter what you do, the other person is on top. You may have two balanced characters going at each other. Only to find that the other person is never hurt or seems to be better than you.
-No puppet controlling someone else character. If it's not your character, don't go acting like it is. Unless they gave you their consent.
-I'll give you warnings when your breaking a rule. six strikes and your out!
-No Auto-hitting and no auto-dodging.
-If there's no more serial killers or victims. People who wish to join can make their own killer and a corresponding victim. Not someone who drowns their victims in sea just because the people he/she choose to kill don't pay their bills. I know stupid, but you have to be detailed with these things
-Be kind to other RPers
-Respect the MODs, myself (Project Leo) and the guild leader (Yachiru Delacroix)
-I will change the rules around, so watch out
-Have fun

Roles
-Drama Killer: The Broadway killer. This particular killer seems to have a taste for those in the theatre. His targets mostly revolve those who either ruined a play. Played a terrible song. Is just horrible. The saying ‘there was a victim, and its name was theatre’ seems to be his mantra
-Victim one: A struggling actress who has little to no talent. However, she is willing to do anything so she can one day make it on Broadway. Will she receive lessons from the Broadway killer?
-Street Killer: Jack’s son, the once infamous killer, Jack the Ripper, had a son. This boy is known for taking out the whores of the city. Whether it’s his slick tongue or his slick knife. He seems to get away with a kill scot free.
-Victim two: A last a resort, dreams that have been crushed and has no one to turn too. This poor victim has chosen the sad life of a prostitute. Will she be able to bounce back? Or has she truly hit rock bottom? One thing is for sure, Jack’s son be paying her a visit to her.
-Mall Killer: Living Mannequin Crafter, new to being a mall cop? Ever noticed that the mannequins are never in the same position? Or even, not a mannequin at all? This killer seems to have no specific target. Just plucks out from the mall and takes them out. A common theme in the kills are those who strive for perfection. To be what a mannequin portrays. She seems to have problems. Yea…it’s a girl. Don’t under estimate her though. She’s tricky and can easily out smart somebody.
-Victim three: A True b***h in life. Ungrateful towards others. Doesn’t seem to care what happens in life so long it doesn’t affect his. He came from a rich family and is the snot of all snots. He dreams of being a model. Thin and wearing the new clothes on line. Is this is his undoing?
-Parent Killer: Orphan Maker, She’s the reason why orphans run the street. But her reason for killing parents isn’t for a small unjust reason. She just believes that they are undeserving of them. She’ll never raise a knife to them. But isn’t below scaring the living crap out of them.
-Victim four: Parent’s hate him, people hate him, everybody hates him. This boy walks the streets as a social pariah. Though he tries to do the best he can. It always seems that his efforts are for not. Because of this, is his path of being a serial killer set? Or does the Orphan Maker have something to say about that?
