Bug was walking in the woods today, the colours were pretty there. Anna Maria had told her about fall and how the leaves changed before the fell off the trees. She wanted to enjoy them before they were gone. After all she hadn't the foggiest of when they'd come back again or if they ever did.
While walking the trail she had noticed all the roots sticking out of the ground and the space between them where entertainingly wide enough that Bug made a game of jumping only on the roots.
If she touched the ground she lost.

"Come an' get me, Mama! Catch me Mama, catch me!" Faiya chirped as she skipped through the small woods, her white, fluttery dress flowing around her as she darted around the roots, her toes catching and curling on them occasionally. The blue-skinned toddler looked behind her once, to see if her Mama was following, and it was then that she tripped smack into the other little girl who was in the woods today. "Oof! Owwie!

Bug was jutted forward by an unknown force. Before tripping and falling over Bug unfurled her wings and used the wind force they made to straighten herself up before she touching the ground with her face.
Turning around she looked down at the blue girl before her."Umm, you should really watch where you're going. Someone, or even you could get hurt." Bug warned softly. Bug looked around the girl had to be with someone right? She hoped the girl wasn't another lost kid.
"My name's Bug, are you with someone?"

Faiya squeaked and looked up at the bigger girl with a surprised grin. "Oh, hi! I'm sorry, I was lookin' t' see if Mama'd followed me," she said, then looked at Bug's wings and clapped happily. "You have wings! Like my sis'ers! But are you a bird like my sis'er Luvvie or an angel like my sis'er Lissy? I'm Faiya, an' Mama's back there somewhere," the toddler said, gesturing over her shoulder.
Brushing pink hair out of her eyes, she giggled up at the older girl and tilted her head. "Are you with someone?"

Oh good, she was with someone, that made things easier. Bug was taken back a bit when she clapped her hands."Yeah I do, I've always figured I was part bird, that's what people tell me anyways." She told her as she scratched behind her ear nervously.
"Nope, I'm with no one." she said smiling, while following the girl's tilting head.

"You'd like my sis'er Luvvie," Faiya said, nodding as she rocked back and forth on her heels, staring up at the blonde bird-girl. "She's got wings like you an' they're a pretty yellow - but a diff'ren' yellow - and she has bird feet too!" The toddler chirped, and then frowned and reached a hand out to Bug, wanting to hug her but willing to accept her just taking her hand. "You shoudn' have t' be with no one," she said seriously. "Wanna play wi' me for a while?"

Bug looked at the girl curiously, maybe she would? She liked most people after all, but bird feet too, oh odd. The winged girl wondered how she'd got along wearing shoes or if she did wear shoes... did they even make shoes for bird feeted people?
"Oh, umm, okay?" The tiny Faiya looked so serious how could she refuse her? Bug took the girl's hand.
"What do you think we should play?" deciding that the girl already had a plan.

Faiya giggled and twirled in a circle, her skirt flaring out around her. "Well, I was playin' keep 'way from Mama, but that was before I met you an' had someone to play with! D'you wanna play somethin' else? Like... like tag or hide'n'seek?"

She watched the girl twirl about, Bug noticed how the girl didn't like to stand still, that was kind of cute. Oh question!
"Why would you wanna keep away from your mom? Do you not like her?"
Tag and hide and seek wasn't as fun without lots of people, plus they were in a forest. Bug looked down at the girl. Yeah she could smell her a mile away there is no way those would be fair games to play.
