Ⓢⓔⓐⓣⓘⓝⓖ ⒻⒶⓆ ❶ Promotions and Demotions As Captain, I reserve the right to move around the seating chart however I please. I can do it spontaneously, or planned, depending on how I feel. Below are reasons for why said occurrences may happen. _______★ Promotion__________ When I find a member that...__________ ► Is extremely active__________ ► Demonstrates helpfulness and leadership__________ ► Is extremely literate __________ ► Is dependable, friendly and charismatic__________ I may decide to grant such member a seat without them expecting it._______★ Demotion__________ When I find a member that...__________ ► Is extremely inactive__________ ► Is disrespectful or trolls.__________ ► Refuses to help his or teammates.__________ ► Disregards his or her oath made when joining the squad__________ I will strip said member of their power faster than you can blink.❷ Challenging A seated Officer. MockaDash did a great job explaining how this works, so below is the procedure he recorded, on moving up in rank vai battle.✖ You can only challenge the person above you, and only one at a time; ✖ If that person doesn't accept your challenge, he/she is automatically forfeiting and therefore granting you his/her Seat ✖ If the seated member takes longer than 1 week to respond, and has no alerted anyone for MIA, it is considered a forfeit {Added by Madame Waffles} ✖ The one who makes the Challenge is called the Challenger and the challenged Officer is the Defender; ✖If the Defender Wins nothing is changed. The Defender cannot be Challenged again by the same person for a period of no less than 2 months. ✖ If the Challenger wins, his/her Seat is swapped with the Defender's. The Challenger can be Challenged by another Officer right away, but he can't be challenged by the Defender for a period of no less than 1 month. ✖ Challengers and Defenders cannot be Challenged by someone else while their current Seating Match is underway, but they can be immediately after it's settled. ✖ Keep in mind that point 4 is taking into consideration Shared Seats ✖ A VC cannot be Challenged in this way; ✖ The rules for Seating Matches can vary, and are set by me and/or the VC on a case-by-case basis. ❷ Challenging A VC MockaDash did a great job explaining how this works as well, so below is the procedure he recorded, on challenging a VC.✖ Any Seated member can Challenge the Current VC for his/her spot only once during his/her permanence on this Squad (this includes older members who might return after leaving); ✖ The current VC is free to not accept the challenge; ✖ Challenges made by Lower Officers are allowed, but will obviously be frowned upon and can be refused by the VC without any consequence to him/her; ✖ Challenges made by Higher Officers can be refused as well (except those coming from 3rd Seats), but repeated refusals and certain cases can cause the VC to be either forced to take the challenge or questioned. ✖ Refusing a Challenge made by a 3rd Seat is not allowed, and is considered as forfeiting; ✖ A VC cannot be Challenge by more than one Officer at a time, and can only be Challenged once a month (not counting the time of matches) ✖ VC challange rules are set by me on a case to case basis. ❹ Maintaining Your Seat Being a seated officer means having certain responsibilities. You need to set an example for your lower squad members, and do your best to train and teach them. You are a symbol of what it means to be in Squad 13, and your decisions and actions reflect how the squad looks to other squads. If you look weak, the squad as a whole will look weak. However, if you a strong and brave, so will it be seen that squad 13 is.
You must always listen to a command given to you by a higher seated officer. Even if he is but one seat above you. The only exception to this rule is a command given that would make you break the oath you made when joining this squad. Whenever I talk about 'oath' I am referring to the line above your join request. An officer who abuses this ability, can and will be stripped of his badge. Decisions on the matters of unjust commands, if needed, can be reviewed by myself or the VC.
On regards to Vice Captaincy, it is the VC's job to accept join requests if he or she deems them acceptable, help with training, discipline members who are breaking outright rules, organize squad meeting or events if he or she desires, and to help settle conflicts between members. A Vice Captain should be a leader. I have a right to revoke the VC's actions if they stray from moral, but this should be a rare occurrence. The VC only needs my permission when training someone in shunpo or Bankai. If a member can learn Shikai or Kido, he or she has every right to train them, if it is in the best interest of the member. ❺ Vacant/Shared SeatsThere will only be shared seats under very extreme and complicated situations. IF so, when challenging a seat with more than one member, you can choose who you want to fight.
Concerning Vacant seats, just because there is an open seat, as MockaDash said, doesn't mean that there is a member worthy to fill it.
