I'm currently considering running either a Call of Cthulhu or Eclipse Phase game. Anyone interested? For the time being, this is probably going to be a one scenario deal, although if things go well, there's certainly the possibility of expanding it into a campaign. If you aren't familiar with one or either systems, you can find the Call of Cthulhu Quick-Start Rules here and the Eclipse Phase Quick-Start Rules here. Ideally, I'd like to have between three to six people involved, although six may be pushing it somewhat. As far as character sheet hosting goes, I'll likely be writing up the code for one. EDIT: And since it looks like there's a possibility of running CthulhuTech, here's a link to the Quick-Start rules for that.

Hrrm... any chance of a Cthulhutech one? I'm more interested in Eclipse phase than CoC. (Although I did play in a fun Delta Green campaign where my character was an agent of the Bureau of Foreign Research)

Please no mech combat that stuff is horrendous I didn't mind the normal combat and the poker style rolling but it took my online group 3 hours to do 1 round of combat.

I'd be willing to run CthulhuTech; just know that I'm not entirely familiar with it.

No worries. You'll just have to kill us the first time anyone mentions Gendo Ikari, plays any theme from Robotech or Neon Genesis Evangelion or.....*gets out the list*

Otherwise the most vital decision now is. Mech focused game or footslogger focused.

Ahhh! But it's in the background. CT is very varied. You can run almost any campaign type with it, from Paranormal investigators to Mecha Mayhem.
I vote for something on the Power Armor scale.

Agent Sinistra OH GOD, EVA. D: neutral THANKS FOR THE EAR WORM. NOW THE THEME SONG IS STUCK IN MY HEAD. I forgot to give you something to blow that earworm out of your head. Something from FLCL, which was done to keep the VAs working on NGE movie sane. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KhNN9GIbsS0

Eclipse Phase was a game I purchased recently, but have not had the opportunity to play. This might be my opportunity to do so.
I'd be willing to give it a shot if it's what you decided to run 3nodding
