❷ Concerning RP Samples. Squad 13 is a literate Squad. Therefore, I have the right to turn down your application If I see it is not fit. Follow these guidelines when choosing, or creating, a role play sample.
_________★ Your sample can come from anywhere. It can be from an old guild, or role play. It does not have to have anything to do with Bleach.
_________★ It should be one paragraph minimum, aka 7-9 sentences. I shall place no maximum number of paragraphs. Keep in mind this is a sample though, I would like something realistic. I'm not asking for the largest post you ever made. I can tell your ability within 3-5 paragraphs. Anymore than that is just ridiculous and I know you won't make those kinds of posts in this squad.
_________★ Common law applies to your sample. So a good way to get declined is to give me a post saying how your unseated little OC slaughtered that vasto lord like a stuck pig. I shouldn't have to tell you not to auto hit or godmod.
_________★ Is your post fluid, and do you pay attention to detail? Can I visualize whats happening, and understand what your character is doing? Be clear about character actions and your surroundings. However, don't fill up your post with fluff about how pretty the clouds look for a whole paragraph or how many bricks are in that wall because you don't know what else to say. Sometimes less is more.
_________★ Last but not least, grammar. Do you use punctuation and capitalization correctly? Do you use awkward wording? How often to you misspell words? Install firefox my friends, it has a built in spell check because I can't spell to save my life either. I'm not a stickler for spelling but I am for capitols and periods. If you want to look like an immature writer, messing up here is a good way to do it.
❸ Why Squad 13? As a member of Squad 13, you become a member of the cavalry. Squad 13's job is to protect the Sereitei, home base. Here you learn a bit of everything, Kidou, martial arts, fighting techniques, ect. However, we specialize in defense and rescue. "Divine Protectors" Is the name given to the Squad in the series, and a member of squad 13 is always a necessity to have in a party, because of their well balanced arsenal of skills, trained mindset for pressure, ability to work in a team. A member of Squad 13 always maintains a cool head on the battlefield, and would martyr themselves before leaving a comrade behind to die. So if you think you have the fighting spirit and the guts to be one of us, fill out an ap and await judgment.
