As everyone can guess this is a quest thread for Dooma.
This is also clearly the entry post. There will be a guide for posting my customs posted later on in this post as well as a table of contents for those lovelies in my brain that keep harassing me to bring them to life. Good luck to those who make it to life <3

Government Data
Government Experiment: Universal Blood Giver. Attempt at creating a human that can create, separate, and cleanse any known blood type for medical harvesting and usage.
Project success: Project can create any type of blood from any species though needs a one time sample of each type to create it. Upon meeting new animal project samples by touch. Can cleanse blood of the sample target. Replenish blood supply at a rapid rate. Can receive and give any blood type from any species absorbed.
Project Failure:Wail project can create and cleanse blood if blood is forcibly harvested project will taint blood samples, even wail unconscious. The rapid replenishing and creating of blood causes project need to expel and shed excess blood. Continuous flow of blood will start if blood is not harvested regularly. Emotionally uncooperative and often unresponsive. Baring on catatonic at times, this prevents collection of viable blood.
Project Status: Failure. Housings at The Asylum for emotional rehabilitation and containment incase of emergencies.
Physical Description
Hair: Short and spiky duel colored hair. Upper half a pale blonde(533D26), lower half being a drab brown(F7EE69).
Eyes: Shamrock green(2E700E) often half hooded and bored looking.
Skin Average Caucasian(E3CF94) with splashes and spray of blood randomly over exposed flesh. Hands from elbow to finger tips coated with a constant flow of excess blood, with some clotted areas. Legs equally coated with flowing blood, more clotted than arms. Clotted blood at time will form trays under feet causing pooling blood to collect. When trays are not formed blood will pool around and trail from project. (6D0E01, 8E0909, 99FF99, CC33FF)
Build: Project is solid muscle with a slightly more slender build.
Height: 6'2"
Weight: Varies greatly depending on amount of blood stored in body or if shedding blood.
Clothes: Typcally sensitive parts and often wounded or continually wound parts of body will be wrapped in ace wrap(6699CC). (typical clothing stains and is often too drenched to function properly). Project wear the gold headband(C7B601) of departed mother.
