Ficha'anga lay in the sun his belly filled from a good hunt. There was no better way to catch this cheetah in a good mood, then when he is fully fed. It had taken a few tries and at first he was pretty sure he would be going to bed hungry. But luck was on his side as he found a young gazelle whom had run off far to far from its parents. Poor thing....
The Blue cheetah rolled about like a silly little cub. He pawed at the air and made strange little sounds. When no one was watching it was ok for him not to be serious for once. It just felt great, pure and simple. But dear lord he hoped no one would see this and make fun of him.

 Kiros made his way through the tall reed like grass, it had been a long and semi-hot day of traveling. He had left before sun rise in hopes to find a better place to live for a while. Though he did like walking around getting to know his surroundings, he was fast becoming sick of moving around finding no stable home.Humming to himself a tune from his childhood he almost missed the sound of strange sounds coming from ahead. Ears pulled forward and body frozen, he smelt the air for danger. After letting out a satisfied breath, he sensed no need to run away. Closer he crept and peeked through the grass out into the opening. The sight before him was right strange. Was that a cheetah? He let out a snort to make the other aware of his presence.

Ficha about flew into the air from the sound. He had not been paying any attention to lost in his food coma. He flattened his ear and hissed a little. Not so much at Kiros, but at himself. With eyes still wide Ficha stared at Kiros wondering how long the male leopard had been there.
"Good day?.......May I help you." Ficha asked twitching slightly still upset at himself. Who was the leopard and what did he want with a lone cheetah. He didn't have any food to steal and had made no passes at leopard woman. Calming slightly he just tilted his head and waited for an answer.

Kiros blinked at the complete change from content to attack mode in mere-minutes or what he assumed was an attack-mode. " Um hello there." Kiros came out into the opening, so he could take things in more clearly. " Sorry, just walking around didn't mean to bug you or anything." Kiros ears flickered this way and that picking up various sounds around them. He scanned the surroundings for anything that may attack before he continued talking. " The names Kiros." He nodded at the other male, taking in his blue appearance. " I like that hair of your's, it's neat and different. Its been awhile since I've last seen anyone of your kind. What's your name?" Kiros came even closer and spotted a tree nearby, he trotted towards it before leaping. He enjoyed being highup, it made it easier to scope things incase.

"Didn't bug me...just upset with myself for not catching you sooner. Good thing I'm not a gazelle." Ficha said with a nervous laugh. The moments of the leopard just making him a little more nervous. He watched as Kiros jumped into the tree before scanning the area. Was the leopard running from something?
Ficha blinked shaking his head like his hair fall into his eyes a bit. "Um Thanks...I was born with it this way. Like your rainbow spots! Oh its Ficha , Ficha'anga......you running from something?" Ficha asked still looking about.

When Kiros thought about it, he too would have been upset as well if an enemy had gotten him unaware. Ficha's comment brought a semi-smile to his face. " Indeed! But even if you had turned out to be gazelle, I wouldn't have given chase as I ate recently. You need to relax more, you are too nervous friend. Have no worries, you are not my enemy. Ficha-an-" Kiros tried to pronouce the unusual name, " How about I just call you Ficha? That oka?" Kiros let his tail dangle down, moving it side to side, a gesture he made when he was relaxed. " Ah I see, interesting. Yes indeed, I take after my mother more than my father in that aspect. She had such lovely fur."
Kiros looked down at the other feline, " I am called Kiros, nice to meet you. Running?" Kiros tilted his head in amusement. " No, I just enjoy being in high places. "

"Mmm so have I...that's why I was such in a food coma...warm sun full belly, what more can a feline ask for? Save for maybe a female to share it with." Ficha said with a laugh.
"Its hard for me to relax, I'm not used to having others around. I tend to avoid others to avoid conflict, but I'm trying to stop these habits of mine. Ficha'anga means hidden sky, but I do like to be called Ficha its short and sweet." Ficha said visible relaxing, he moved to lay on a small boulder. He rolled on his back to face up to his new leopard friend.
"I'm not so brave in a tree...but I will scoot up one in a hitch. Like the time when a heard of waterbucks turned on me. Never climbed a tree so fast in my life....took forever to get down once they were gone though." Ficha laughed remembering that day very clearly.

Kiros smirked, " True a little female companionship would be so welcomed!" Kiros lowered his head onto the branch and then continued to talk. " Hidden sky huh? Interesting, my name means 'King' according to my mother. And as for the relaxing around others, I get that way sometimes as well... You just never know who they may turn out to be, good or bad." He watched his friend roll and look up at him. " Yikes! Waterbucks huh? Sounds dangerous, and as for tree climbing thats cool. I know cheetahs though are known for fast getta ways. I wish I could be so fast! Well I can be pretty fast but not like that."
Standing up on the branch, Kiros stretched before jump off and landing on the ground lightly on all four paws.

"You don't have a female of your own then?" Ficha asked with curiosity. "King eh? A King in your own right I like it." Ficha said with a bit of a giggle. "Yeah I get in trouble a lot for flirting with the wrongs woman." He gave his paw a lick and grinned.
"Heck yes, I don't hunt for them much after that. Not worth the danger sometimes. True, true just built that way I suppose. Comes in handy since brute strength is not our strong points."
Ficha rolled to his paws and turned to his leopard friend.
"Wanna do something? Before you ask I've got no ideas." Ficha said laughing.

" Well no I don't have a female yet but then again I haven't really been looking. I have met females if you know what I mean." Kiros winked jokingly before continuing on. " I am hoping to have some little ones around, it would be nice to see some future generations of me and my mate running around. And yes 'King." Kiros chuckled. " My mother always said I had the 'leading personality as well as the patience."
Kiros continued to listen to his buddy speak before answering once more. " Yeah, there is easier prey out there to handle, though strength is necessary speed and strategy is key." Kiros nodded in agreement before blinking at the question. " Hmmm, well I DID plan to bathe today. It has been hot these past few days, I could use a little cool down before I go on my way."
After a quick play in the water Kiros enjoyed the company of his pal before saying his goodbyes and hope to cross paths soon.
