I bought a Love WRapped on the MP for 4.1K (Obviously a misprice), and she PMs me asking for it back. What do I say?

I would say it's up to you. Alot of people will not sell the item back and tell the person hey too bad you should have checked your price but like I said it's up to you. Goodluck with your decision though. 3nodding

According to MP rules you are not required to give it back. So that part is up to you.
If you decide not to give it back just politely say that some people earn their gold by posting, zOMG or BG you earn you gold by something called vending and that you're very sorry but you won't return their misprice.
And leave it at that. If they pm you back begging or threatening you just ignore them.

If she went to the point of threatening you, definitely don't give it back.
MAYBE if she asked nicely, but if she's threatening you, she deserves it.
You will 100% not get banned for picking up a misprice.

Gaia warns the user twice when before officially submitting the item. So, pay no attention to her. She's the one that might get banned for misuse of the report button.
