As many of you know, my ball python eggs have been hatching as of yesterday and as of right now we currently have eight out. So, I promised pictures, so here we go. Anyway, here's a few of my favorites.

They don't show up that well in pics, but I love those silver eyes biggrin

(Third still)This one actually hatched with a slight deformity, where one of it's eyes is smaller than the other. It seems like it can still see fine and doesn't seem to bother it at all. My sister, eris_discord on here, has decided to keep her and has named her Nemo.

Update: Just thought I'd let everyone know that all of them are in shed now and will hopefully be enjoying their first meals next week. smile
Update 2: Two of them have shed so far and are GORGEOUS! I'll get pics up after they all shed. biggrin

They're so cute!
My mom said she'd let me have a snake, and when I asked her again, a month later, when am I going to get a snake? she all of a sudden changed her mind. D:
I love their beady little eyes. :3

Blakemore They're so cute! My mom said she'd let me have a snake, and when I asked her again, a month later, when am I going to get a snake? she all of a sudden changed her mind. D: I love their beady little eyes. :3
I kinda don't give my mom a chance, if she says I can get one, I just buy it with my own money and she can't really argue. XD
She never actually thought I'd go through with breeding until I brought home my 5' female and said she's got eggs. Now she's always anxious to see the babies hatch cuz they're so cute. razz

Aww, so cute! I love how well they fit in your hand, especially when they're all balled up like that~
Makes me want a little snake, but I think full grown balls are like the perfect size.
(and so pretty too, even with the normal morph!)

Lolz Yeah I like adults too but the babies are just so adorable. I think it might have something to do with the fact that you put so much effort into waiting the 50+ days and monitoring the temps and humidity the whole time and then there's the actual breeding. xD Just makes them even cuter. razz

Awesome!! heart We want to get a baby ball python soon. We used to have one but died at 8 years old from a rat biting his neck. sad We have a 36 x 18 tank still left from him sitting back in the shed. Hopefully our pet shop wego to gets some new breeder ones in soon smile
