Severus sighed. He was trying his best, really he was. Tarot was just nearly impossible to socialize. What other small children found exciting or thrilling she saw as annoying or boring. He never met a kid who liked being out in the backyard, alone, more than going to an amusement park until before Tarot.

The park was supposed to be a compromise. They would go somewhere outdoors that also had people. Except now, looking around, Tarot was nowhere to be seen. That meant she was once again avoiding people, probably hiding in a clump of bushes.

Severus was correct. Tarot was indeed hiding from the main body of the park in a small section of trees and bushes. She was searching for any rocks or pretty flowers that might be about, humming tunelessly to herself as she went about her work.

Amelia loved the outdoors but hated the crowed noisy places that she was usually taken to... something about socializing. They didn't seem to get that she didn't mind socializing. It was just the fact she was more a one on one, or one on two type of person. If she wanted the clutter of a thousand kids she could just stay home and chat with them, at least them she knew.

Thankfully the park wasn't all that full of children... enough but not really to much. Amelia just hoped that the other kids wouldn't start screaming because then they'd scare away all the pretty butterflies. She noticed that on one of the nearby bushes that there was a magnificent orange butterfly, and that is where she headed. She just didn't realize that the bush came complete with a girl around her age.

Lucifel on the other hand was nearly a complete opposite of her sister. Though she was suppose to be watching her she was doing far from that. She'd done run off towards the playground, screaming and flailing her arms to announce that she'd arrived... no doubt knowing a good bit of the other kids.

Tarot's seach for pretty flowers was abruptly cut short when she nearly ran into a sharp purple thing. What was that? A rock? How'd it get in the bush? It was more spiraled like a shell.

Toddlers will be toddlers, of course, so it was only natural for Tarot to reach out and grab the object in an attempt to figure out what it was.

((Sorry Amelia XD ))

Amelia had never had anyone attempt to touch her horn much less grab it. She snorted, annoyed by the whole situation even if she didn't know what was going on. She was quick to turn into that thick, foal form of hers. This was her horn after all. She tugged her head. Suddenly she went tumbling backwards, horn still attached. Once she was sure she was no longer moving she opened her eyes... she found herself starting down a girl that was about her age. "It's mine," She snorted again. She was referring to her horn and not the bush.

((I'm laughing a bit to much))

Tarot sat, tangled in the spindly legs of the brilliant white baby horse thing. The shell/rock thingy appeared to be attached quite firmly to the baby horse's head, strong enough that the horse had been able to pull practically through the bush.

The shell thingy wasn't of highest importance right now. Tarot stared solemnly at the baby horse with her big blue eyes. "How are you talking?"

Amelia looked at the girl in a dumb struck manor. She wasn't exactly sure why the girl was asking her why she could talk. Couldn't everyone talk? "I'm a girl just like any other girl," she said after a moments pause. Sure every girl couldn't turn into a unicorn like she could but she was sure that every girl was able to do something special.

She glanced over the girls shoulders and towards the bush. "My dress is ruined," she sniffed. There wouldn't be any shifting now that her dress was messed up.

Lucifel over all the chatter heard her sister's sniffles. It wasn't that she had really good hearing, it was more the fact that she new the sounds her sister made. She made a time out jester and jogged back over her sister. "You aren't hurt are you? Either of you?" Her being the big sister and all it was her job to make sure that her younger sister was okay.

"My dress," Amelia whimpered.

Tarot tilted her head. She hadn't seen a girl, she'd seen a horse with a pointy shell. Surely that wasn't normal, or Sev would have mentioned it in one of his endless lectures. "You don' look like a girl. Mos' lil girls have two legs, no' four," Tarot pointed out.

Then the horse-girl started crying about a dress. Tarot turned to look at the bush. Dress? That purple-ly piece of cloth. Looked awful big for a dress. She carefully pried the fabric loose from the bush, doing her utmost best to ensure that none of the branches or leaves got harmed any further. The dress acquired an extra bit of damage.

When Tarot turned around the the garment in hand she discovered another child had joined the fray. This girl's green skin reminded her of her blue-skinned friend, Faiya. She had green hair and little plants in her eyes. Cool!

"Sev can fix it," Tarot proclaimed, casting an inexpert eye over the cloth. She had seen Sev fix some of her torn clothes before. He could even make stuff, though it was all too colorful for her taste. She began to wander over in the general direction she last remembered leaving her guardian.

If there was any chance of talking to the little girl it would be as they walked with her to where ever this 'Sev' was. But, first they would have to catch up to her.

"She said she knew someone who could fix my dress," Amelia said as she glanced over at her sister. "You really think this 'Sev' can... it was tailored just for me." Her ears laid back as disappointment crept across her features.

"If 'Sev' cannot, what ever 'Sev' is, then I am sure Tori can. And, if Tori cannot I know she defiantly knows someone who can." Lucifel was trying to remain as positive as possible. "You like being a Unicorn most of the time... so why don't you want to know."

"It's my dress..." Amelia snorted.

By the time the two girls had caught up with Tarot she had already handed the dress off to Sev with a simple, "Fix." Sev was sitting with a bemused look on his face, holding the cloth in his hands.

He looked up to see a green girl and a little unicorn. Up went an eyebrow. "Hello there. Is this yours?" He held up the dress. Now that it was in the air he could see the holes in it. And now the other eyebrow was up. Tarot overestimated his skills. He could patch the holes up and do his best to make it cute, but he couldn't return the garment back to it's original state.

"Yes. That is my dress," Amelia said softly, though it still held it's matter of fact tones. "And you are Sev? You don't look like a tailor..." Her ears flickered and her tail swished.

Lucifel nudged her sister just enough to stay stop. "Not everyone is as they appear... you off all people should know that," she giggled. No matter how serious she got she couldn't help it that her silly streak still showed. At least at this moment she wasn't bouncing off the walls.

Sev smiled. "Goodness no, I'm not a tailor. It's more of a hobby." He held the dress up, wiggling some fingers through a hole. "It's too badly damaged for me to fix like new. I can put patches over the holes though. Maybe even make them in the shapes of flowers or butterflies to make it look prettier. But I'm afraid your dress will never be the same."

Well, he amended in his mind, not unless her normal tailor possessed magic. There were folks like that out there.

Tarot looked bored with the whole process. She wanted to go back to the bushes and keep looking for something pretty. She'd gone through nearly enough of them yet. "See, Sev'll fix it."

"I like butterflies," Amelia said with a toss of her head. "Mater of fact there was a real pretty one in that bush that my dress got snagged on."

Lucifel shook her head and laughed. Now that the dress was 'fixed' she could go back to playing. "See you!" She hollered as she ran off back towards the group of kids.

She watched her sister go and then she looked to Tarot. "Do you want to play with me? My sister is a bit to rough..."

Sev nudged Tarot. "Go on, this'll take me a little while to fix."

Tarot looked up at Sev, then at Amelia. Play? She'd never really done that before. She and Faiya had played hide-and-seek against their parents, but that was about the sum of it. "Wha'd you wanna play?"

"Since I cannot shift back until I have my dress how about we go for a nature walk," Amelia's features gave off her smile. Her ears flickered. "We can look for butterflies..." Excited by the thought of butterflies she tossed her head up and down. She didn't really care if walking wasn't considered playing, it was spending time with someone... someone who was quiet.

Walking and looking at plants and butterflies was considered playing? Finally, someone who talked sense! Tarot was still wary that involving butterflies meant it would turn out like that hide-and-seek game with Faiya, but it was a risk she was willing to take.

"A'right. Long as I don' have to ride you or no'hin'." Tarot still wasn't quite over the terrifying time she had ridden on Tyyne's back.
