It is a period of civil war.
Rebel spaceships, striking
from a hidden base, have won
their first victory against
the evil Galactic Empire.
During the battle, Rebel
spies managed to steal secret
plans to the Empire's
ultimate weapon, the Death
Star, an armored space
station with enough power
to destroy an entire planet.
Pursued by the Empire's
sinister agents, Princess
Leia races home aboard her
starship, custodian of the
stolen plans that can save her
people and restore
freedom to the galaxy....
The starting characters will take the place of C-3PO in the task of protecting R2-D2, ordered by the princess to get the droid off the Tantive IV (the rebel blockade runner) and deliver him to the rebel base on Alderaan.

Okay, we know appear to have enough people... So, the people who want to start on the Tantive, would you kindly post an intro to your character. (The back story for you right now is that the ship is being pulled into the tractor beam and Princess Leia has called you to the escape pod bays.)

i wake from my meditation hearing the summons to reach the escape pods. i get up, grap my things, and move immediately to that location

Sierra smirked as she watched a group of Rebel troopers pass her. 'I've been itching for a good fight,' she thought on her way to the pod room.

The Princess looks up from a small, blue R2 unit at Sierra and Torn Cla. "Quickly there isn't much time, I need you two to safely deliver this droid to my father on Alderaan."

"We don't have time for pleasantries. Just get in the escape pod and protect that droid." she replied curtly, before moving to the entryway of the escape pod area and sealing the door.

Sierra smirked as the princess closed the door. "Looks like we get to have a bit of fun," she said the Kel Dor, sliding one of her pistols from her holster.

Torn Kla notices Sierra drawing her pistol. "a pistol isn't going to help you right now. by the time the boarding begins, we'll be long gone. our only concern for now is making it to the planet in one piece and hope the star cruiser's gunners aren't trigger-happy." Torn kla pauses. "But when the fun does start, be sure to leave some for me."

The little blue astromech droid, spun its head around beeping, before closing the door of the escape pod and firing it from the ship without warning the other occupants.
