Christian Williams, one of the two resident announcers for WWE:E, is in-ring with a microphone in hand. An enormous grin on his face about being the centre of attention, he awaits for the crowd to settle down with their cheers (from being back from a commercial break, not because of Williams) before bringing the microphone to his lips.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the first-ever edition of Expansive, right here on Destiny!"
A small cheer came from the crowd.
"Okay, okay, it's new and not much is known about it, I get that. But what did you guys think about last week kicking off Expansion? Weren't those rookies great!?"
The crowd gave a more hearty cheer this time, a positive reaction to the new program already, which is always a good sign. Williams turned towards the titantron.
"At the end of last week's episode of Destiny, we asked you - the public - who your favourite rookie was. I guess we should get those results up now!"
TITANTRON Expansion Popularity Vote:
Joey Desch - 18% .. Andrew Thorne - 18% .. Kid Omega - 18% .. Kyle Dracious - 27% .. TGI Huk - 18%
The crowd gave off a cheer as each name came up, a loud cheer erupting from Kyle Dracious.
"Well there we have it. Dracious was your favourite in that first week, but not by much at all. With the other four competitors each less than 10% behind, nobody has a firm foothold in this competition just yet.
However, we have to remember that there were originally six rookies in this competition. Generally there are no eliminations until the second week, but the shamed Jack Jones didn't turn up to his match, which management took as an act of complete disrespect.
But let me welcome, to get another view, his famed Pro; multi-time World Champion and former owner, NUKE FUSION!"

I know we will be free again ..
BRING IT ON HOME!
With the crowd giving him a standing ovation, a suited-up Nuke Fusion stepped out from backstage, cane in hand and signature glasses on. No fireworks erupted as he reached the ramp, and instead he took his time signing a few autographs and having his picture taken. Reaching the ring, Nuke used the steel steps, getting in through the second and top rope. He looked at Christian, nodding to the man he gave the job to, way back when Nuke himself was in charge of WWE:E.
Given a microphone, Nuke looked out at the crowd, who were still cheering. "Well Christian, I surely do seem to have the public vote here when it comes to you and I."

Christian laughed slightly awkwardly, never having been in the ring with Nuke before; although they had previously commentated together.
"Welcome to Expansive, Mr. Fusion; I'm glad that you're our first guest here on the show. But let's get straight to the first question; what did you think of the sudden disappearance of Jack Jones? And have you seen him since last week?"

"A good question, a good question indeed. The simple answer to that is that I was appalled at Jones going AWOL. I believe that management made the right decision to not allow him back on the show. As his Pro, I was looking forward to seeing him grow as a wrestler in and out of the ring; instead, I'm left with the history of being the first-ever Pro to have his rookie eliminated on Expansion. And that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth."
Nuke adjusted his shades.
"To answer your second question; I have left messages on Jones's phone, but I've had no reply or other contact with him. For all we know, he's gone to Mexico."

"So he's a runaway Superstar now; WWE:E have had a small group of those in their history. Such potential, such waste.
Well now that Jones is out of the competition, who do you think will win Expansion? Who took your eye last week?"

"I honestly believe that it's too early to have favourites; any one of the remaining five Superstars can still take the crown. However, there was one man that stood just a tip-toe above the others.
I have enjoyed watching Joey Desch in the ring for the past year or so, admiring his potential, and I have to say that this kid does have a great future in this business. His victory was well claimed, and kept me watching the whole way in.
However, even in his loss, TGI Huk actually shone through in that match. His Pro - Draze - should be proud of his Rookie, even if he hadn't had that much time to help him. He did dominate some periods in that match, and did so well.
Andrew Thorne has great potential, especially with former World Champion Jed behind him. With such a great Mentor, this guy will learn just what it takes to reach the top of this business. However, we really don't hear him talk all that much, and perhaps that might hold him back. But, saying that, a lot of people have proven that a lot of talking can end up at nothing, and Thorne does deliver in the ring.
Kyle Dracious has some dominance, and that can make this man a big hit around here - excuse the pun. I can actually see this man going a long way in this competition, as long as he sticks to the rules and doesn't stray too far from his Pro, Brody Robinson, someone who has the experience to really get Dracious dominating.
Kid Omega .. Now, I must say, this guy has clearly become the dark horse of the competition. Where my Rookie, Jack Jones, did not turn up at all for this match, we really didn't get to scout Omega at all. So in all honesty, I think this guy can really start to pull strings now, to try and win this competition.
With eliminations continuing officially this week, it's going to be a tough call as to who will be voted out. But if I'm just looking at this week, I'll say that TGI Huk takes my vote as the Rookie of the week. Congrats and keep up the hard work, both in and out the ring."

"Interesting, interesting. What do you think of the voting from the public last week; Kyle Dracious coming out as slight favourite to win thus far?"

"I think that Dracious did very well in his match, even if he did lose. He kept the crowd's attention the entire time, and now just needs to turn that popularity in to results, otherwise he won't find his-self on this show for too long."

As if reading straight from cue cards, Williams was back with another question.
"This week we see the rookies rapping in front of Mike Landry, the potential owner of the Undisputed Championship when a winner of Expansion is chosen. Who do you think will excel there?"

"Alright, so Omega is your vote. Well that's on after this interview, so stick around and you can see it first hand. But before we conclude this edition of Expansive, how about a quick rap for us, from our very own Nuke Fusion!?"
The crowd gave off an enormous cheer, wanting to see Nuke - a British white boy - rap.

Nuke shook his head and was saying no over and over again to Williams, but a beat took over the PA system, and the crowd were cheering on Fusion.
Taking off his jacket, he coughed to the side, and steadied himself.
"Check this out.
Hear me on a track and I'll crack the back of a pack, With my track full of CD's. Be me? ******** that, not likely to bite me, You need to be you times 90!
I got schemes and a team so hypely, Get on the scene, make it seem on the nightly, Say what I mean whether mean or politely, Living the dream, it's the clean white nikeys.
DC's not even giving a ******** the words that you heard and the lips that they hang from, Stay hanging them and bang drums, Hanging you lames on the same no name gang you came from!
I aint got an excuse, just talking the truth, It's ******** awesome when i'm rocking and boom, And i stay rock hard when i'm rocking that booth, There's really no chance you can stop this dude, Put 'em up like you love Nuke!"
The crowd gave off a huge cheer for Nuke's try.

Nuke seemed finished, but another beat came on the PA.
"I rule the roost when I'm in the ring, Hit the Deific Effect and it's ding-ding-ding, There's no way you can stop me, I'm hotter than ever, Last night when your sister was out, I managed to get in her sweater.
So when you girls are all up on me like you want me now, I'll gladly remind you that I'm a player no-how. You really shouldn't hate me because I don't like you, There's just no way you and I could make two.
Don't take it personally guys, I don't expect you to be as good as me, Just remind your girlfriend that next time she's over to not forget her tee.
I don't mind if these private callers wanna keep calling up my line, I'm happy to remind, That if their girl was to see me once, She'd want to either screw me or give me a shine.
I know you've got problems 'cos you're inbred, But don't worry about your gigantic head, Tilt your head down and look between your nose, You're the one with thirteen toes.
Leader of the inbred committee I see, But you don't have to worry about me, Because by the time I end this song, Nuke's been and gone and dropped the bomb!"
Nuke dropped the mic and stepped back as he was give an enormous cheer from the crowd, completely not expecting that from the Brit. Picking up his jacket, he smiled as the cameras faded out for a short in-show break.
