The above lions are the family that the cubs are going to live with. There is some serious drama going on in this family that is very important to know before carrying on and trying for one of the cubs.
They are all living in the roguelands. this will most likely not change.
Black Male- Nazar: Nazar is the father of the cubs. Nazar has had a interesting past, he lived in a pride with his brother, Bl'azra who he was very close with, Bl'azra and Nazar were very close with each other for most of their life. That is until he found out the cubs his mate, Dziko, was carrying was his brothers this all changed. Nazar went on a rampage trying to kill Bl'azra and Dziko, and successfully killing the cubs. After that Nazar wandered the roguelands meeting as many as possible having flings with various females including two which he had cubs with. He was happy until he learned that both Bl'azra and were still alive.
At the moment he wants revenge, he kidnapped his exmate, Dziko, and started to plan to kill his brother. Part of this was having a litter of cubs to have a son take over his spot. Which is where this litter comes in. He is training one of his sons to kill his brother.
Nazar is other wise a very great father. He has a short temper but does everything in his power not to take it out on his cubs. He is caring and would do anything for his cubs. -Played by Yin-bug
Lioness on Old lines- Dziko Dziko is Nazar's ex-mate. She has been currently kidnapped by Nazar and isn't allowed to leave the den much. She will be around the cubs but Nazar will be around when she is with the cubs keeping an eye on things she says and things she does. Played by DarkHeartedSorrows
Lioness on New Lines- Arrantixa Arr is the cub's half sister. She is from Nazar's first litter and is very much a daddy's girl. She doesn't want to leave her father's side, this is partly because over protective daddy has a hard time with the idea of males taking away her daughter. She is loving and caring and very sweet. She talks in the third person and the only time her temper flares up is when some one makes fun of her because of it. Arr normally is also very playful. She will have a large hand in raising the cubs, she loves siblings! Played by Yin-bug
White cub- Unnamed so far This cub is the cub that Nazar is training to kill his brother. He is strong, brave, upbeat and adventurous.
Important notes!
- Nazar will be killed when the cubs become an adolescent.
- Nazar is a great father and will raise his cubs carefully. However they will be raised with out knowing of his past and will be raised to think that Bl'arza is a bad guy, so there will be no father hating cubs! unless it is for a really interesting plot ;D
Other family!
Mom and brothers!- The cub's mom and brothers will be part of the family! They will be visiting their mom and brothers there for there will be chances to meet and RP with family!

Name (and meaning!): Minkabh - Justice in Egyptian
Username: Retro Coffee
Personality: As a cub he'll be a bit spacey and ditsy. Think of a normal child, actually. That'll be him. But as he starts to grow and learn of the world, he'll become quite laid back and relaxed. Others will feel comfortable around him and he'll become something of a shrink. He'll wander around trying to help people with their problems and offer advice on other aspects of their lives. Naturally, he'll use his siblings as test subjects for his mind games. He won't make them messed up or crazy, but he'll help them be more like himself.
He won't be interested in a mate for quite a while. He'll be very into his 'work'.
Likes: His family, bugs, fish, the moon, being cool temperature wise, listening to problems, problem solving, helping where he can
Dislikes: The heat of the day, sunlight, warm water, dusty dirt, worms, cooties
How he feels about family/life: While he thinks it is complicated, he things it works just fine. As he gets to know everyone, he'll have a better understanding of his family, which will help him in his shrinking.
Interesting things: He analysis everything someone says, reads between the lines and often sticks his nose where it isn't wanted or needed.
Any plot ideas?: Eventually, I'll want a very, very emotionally scarred girl for him to help out. As they get to know each other, he'll realize his feelings are more than simply wanting to help her. He'll fall in love with her, but will be too scared to make a move because of her past experiences with males, or other females, or just in general. So, it'll be one sided for a long while.

BOYS ARE REALLY COOL!
Name (and meaning!): Jahlil (means Grand, noble.) *note: this name was a combination of Jahleel and Jalil, both found on babynamesworld.com with the same meaning.)
Username: Adona Benedicta
Personality: Jahlil is a quiet cub, for the most part content to let his siblings take all the attention while he simply... watches. This will most likely not change all that much as he gets older. He takes after his Other Father more than any of his parents, finding a great deal of pride in his father's control. He'd rather be a Father's boy than a Momma's boy any day, often going so far as to probably insert himself into Canicus's side whether he wants him there or not. Because of his family situation, he is a firm believer that to truly be happy, like his parents are, you need more than one mate. Ideally, a male and a female. There is a balance, there, you see? He will most likely grow to like the attention of males more than females, but not by much. I think, while he'll gladly cling to Canicus, Jahlil won't understand quite why Velius won't stay around like his mommas do. He won't necessarily hate him for it, but the cub will be happier with the parents he's with than with Velius.
Likes: Watching his mommas, hunting bugs, watching his siblings play, bugging Daddy Canicus, hunting more bugs. He's a creature of simple comforts. A few bugs, a nice warm rock to lay on, and he'd gladly sleep all day.
Dislikes: Being forced out into the open, being interrupted when he's sleeping. Losing a hunt. Getting teased by his siblings. He's a grouch in the morning, as well.
How he feels about family/life: He loves his family dearly, though he puts Velius in a different category of "family" vs "non-family". He's his Dad, he knows that, but... He can't help it. He's not there all the time. If he was, it'd be different. He loves both of his Mommas, and even as a cub he will go out of his way to make sure they're okay. Especially Emm, with how tired she gets. It worries him. Canicus would be his idol, the model of a Perfect Lion. Cool, collected, maybe a little standoffish but that's okay, because he clearly loves them all, even if he has trouble showing it. I think he'd be undyingly loyal to the family, going so far as to put himself in harm's way before letting it befall his siblings. This is a direct opposition to his usual be-quiet-and-stand-in-the-corner way, but... He can't lose his family. He just can't.
Interesting things: He will want to emulate his family life when he gets older, by taking two mates. He'll probably always be a rogue lion because, honestly, prides are so lame with all their stupid rules. They wouldn't understand him. Pfft. He'll likely grow up liking male lions more than females, but as mentioned before, it'll be a very slight preference. I was toying with the idea of him potentially taking two male mates when he gets older, but I'd really rather play him out first and see how he goes before I go making any decisions like that. I love the set up of Two Moms, Two Dads in his family.
Any plot ideas?: None that I can think of at the present, except the one mentioned in the interesting things tidbit. x)

Name (And meaning!): Ufupisho'kuruka (Zip fly~ because of his dragonfly mark)
Username: Redbud-Tree
How many SoA's do you have? 3 with one cub on the way, so 4 total
Personality: Loving and excitable, Ufupisho likes to explore and pretend that he's a mighty grown lion who will always take care of his family. He sees himself as the big brother to all of them (regardless of birth order), and because of this is both bossy and overbearing, as well as protective and self-sacrificing. He's the last to eat because he wants to make sure everyone else gets something, but the first to volunteer for an adventure or a game.
How would you RP them? There, in the grass. Two yards away and closing. Ufupisho lowered himself into a crouch, tail waving back and forth above his head as he tensed, waiting for the right moment - and then pounced, paws scrabbling desperately at the bug that he was trying to catch.
"Hey! Hey bug! Get down here! I'll get you yet!" he declared, as the insect buzzed over the top of his head, occasionally darting low enough to taunt him. "Aww, no fair, you're cheating!" the lion cub declared, before trotting off to find someone else to play with. It was such a nice day today, maybe one of his brothers or sisters would be up for a game! If he was lucky, maybe they could even go on a real adventure. Well... if he could swing the idea past his mothers, anyway. With that thought in mind, he went back the way he had come, hoping that he would have enough luck to be able to have a real adventure today!

Name (and meaning!): Farai, means ‘rejoice’ in Shona

Personality: Farai is on the quieter side of cubs. She is not as loud or rambunctious as some of the others. Instead she’d rather watch the other cubs play or perhaps play a quiet game with some of the shyer ones. She tries to watch out for anyone, and some who don’t want her observing gaze.

RP response
Farai had been watching the other cubs playing a rough and tumble game of ‘Lion of the Hill’ and she’d seen it all before. Really it did seem boring. How was it fun to do the same thing over and over. A cub would stand on the top of the hill while everyone else tried to push him, or her, off of it then take their place. She’d noticed that usually the ‘winner’ of such a game was always the strongest and brute-iest. They had the power to maintain their position.
So she had left them to their game and gone for a quiet walk. Well at least that had been the idea until in the near distance Farai spotted her mama Xixi and papa Caicus carrying mama Emm. Tracks in the dirt showed mama wasn’t even trying to walk which meant that she’d passed out again. Hurriedly the young cub ran to catch up. Her eyes dilated with fear as countless possibilities flashed through her mind of the why this time. Mama was going to wake up wasn’t she?
Her little legs carried her into range. Farai heard her other mama and papa huffing. They must have come from far out. Puffs of dust stretch out behind her as she catches up to the three lions. “Mama Xixi? What happened? Why did she collapse again?” She was breathing a little hard herself. No answer seemed to be forth coming from that quarter. So the little lioness turned her attention to her other papa. “Papa Caicus, will mama be alright?” Again no answer.
Scenarios went wild in her little mind. The worst one that horrified her: Would mama ever wake up again? Each time she collapsed and had to be carried back that fear clutched her heart in its vice grip. That was her private fear. To go to sleep and never wake up; even though her body still breathed. Would she too end up like mama? Unable to do much, always tired and sleepy, passing out and having to be carried back. What if she had no one to carry her back?
Farai stopped in her tracks and watched the trio continue. For a moment the deepest despair settled upon her shoulders, and she wanted to cry. Tears crept into her eyes and her breath came in gasps. How come this had to happen to their family? There was no reason that the little lioness knew. It just was. So she would be there for her mama no matter what. Determination sent her little paws moving in the direction the others had taken, toward the den.

Name (and meaning!): Kwasi, means ‘born on Sunday’ in Akan

Personality: Kwasi can be loud and obnoxious. He’s the first out of the den in the morning and the last in at night. There will always be adventure just ‘right over there!’ for him. His desire to explore the world is severely chaffed by his parents and how far they’ll let him roam.
Males are clearly the better of the specie and should be listened to. His attitude delivers him into trouble when he tries to boss around adult females. Kwasi will show that he is the strongest lion around.
As a cub, he finds cub lionesses just to be “Eeeewww!” He views them as weaker than himself and tag-a-longs. That he has three sisters and only a single brother is a point of discontent for the little boy. He’s absolutely sure he’ll sire many great boys in his day.
Likes: exploring, games, wrestling, winning, boys(as being better than girls), zebra
Dislikes: girls(will of course be moved to the like section when he hits about adolescence), being young, rules, vultures
How he feels about family/life: This is a subject that makes him sort of nervous. He does like to have his family around him. He loves his two mothers and simply adores his fathers. Looking up to them and trying to mimic them. He worries about his mother and her collapsing attacks but really won’t admit it.
Interesting things: (Little quarks or ticks)
Kwasi is the type of boy to find out what will send a girl squealing to mama then go bring it to her. If she’s afraid of frogs, she’ll soon find one dropped on her.
Any plot ideas?:
1. Kwasi tries to tell an older lioness what to do. It doesn’t exactly work out how he planned and earns him a swat on the rear.
2. Kwasi is ordered to take his sisters out and play with them.
3. He may become a member of the Ukuucha'Wafalme pride when he reaches adolescence/adult.
4. (Eventually) Now grown, Kwasi is expecting a litter of cubs. Does the litter meet his cub hood expectations or is he sadly disappointed with a female litter?

Name (And meaning!): Tau’Ochieng- Lion born when the sun shines.
Tau- lion in Tswana and Sesotho
Ochieng- born when the sun shines derived from Luo chieng

How many SoA's do you have? 1 2
Personality: Tau’Ochieng feels awkward around others not of lion origins. When he has to interact with them, often he is given to stuttering. This vanishes as soon as he begins talking to a lion or lion-hybrid. He is the one who always has to ask ‘Why?’ Tau’Ochieng is determined to find out the why of the world. He observes and attempts to get 2+2=4. This isn’t always successful.
Beyond asking about the theories of the world, Tau is a very playful cub. He enjoys spending time with his siblings and meeting new lions. Caucis, he feels, is a bit stuffy. His birth father is a lot of fun when he’s around. Xixi has so much energy he’s afraid she’ll wear him out! When his birth mother is feeling up to it, he likes to play gently with her. Keeping an eye out in case she gets tired.
How would you RP them? (Basically give me an opening post for an RP!)
Tau gave a fast dash away. He could hear Xixi counting up to fifty as he shifted into stealth mode and shifted direction. Knowing she could track his paw prints, he headed toward harder ground. Currently Xixi wa playing hide-and-go-seek with himself and his siblings. The five of them were scattering to the four winds to hide. Why do they call it four winds? The wind can come from all directions and usually just one at a time.
Realizing he was wasting time trying to reason out this question Tau gave a shake of his head. Hide first; think later. There up ahead was an outcropping of rocks and he could see some dark spots that might just be big enough to hide him. Suddenly he heard Xixi was almost to 50. He scampered toward his chosen location. Poking his nose into several dark holes until he found just the right one; he could easily see out and for some distance. When Xixi came by looking for him and his siblings he’d know. Then all he had to do was wait for her to be distracted and make a mad dash back to base. His tail wiggled in anticipation.

Name (and meaning!) Jentoru (Gentle in Japanese)

Personality: Jentoru is above all independent and straight-forward. She displays more practical, down to earth, responsible qualities and is not easily swooned by the charms of men. She feels that being judged is someone’s way of showing there arrogance. She is terrified of thunderstorms to the point she is too scared to move. She enjoys peace and quiet and the natural sounds of the earth (i.e. wind/water) . She loves nature and her family.

RP response Note: I used one of my cubs (Ming a cheetah cub) to RP with Jentoru.
Jentoru was all about independence but she loved to socialize and play with friends. Today Jentoru was no different, she was on her way back from walking around a bit. "Jentoru!!" She heard a familiar voice calling for her she looked around, "Jentoru, Jentoru!!!" She turned to see Ming, the young pale blue cheetah cub she met a little ago while exploring, running over and calling her name. "Ming!" Jentoru shouted, her voice sounded almost song like, with a cheerful melody."What are you doing here?" Jentoru she continued.
I'm spending the day with my family, Ming gestured over to her family and smiled. "Sounds like fun, you should get back, and it would be rude to keep you, besides my mommy’s are waiting." Jentoru smiled. Ming was puzzled for a second, "Mommy’s? Don't you mean mom and dad?" Ming was confused. Jentoru just shook her head, "Nope, I have two mommy’s." Jentoru stated.
Ming was taken aback by this, "That's not normal...." Ming’s expression filled with curiosity and seriousness. Jentoru didn’t know how to act. She sat there looking at Ming for a moment. "I have to go my family's waiting, I'll see you around."Ming stated with a smiled as she run back to her family.
Jentoru was still taking in what she said That’s not normal... what did she mean by that? She continued walking back to her family thoughts spiraling in her head. Of course it’s normal, so what I have two mommy’s, I love them the same... She continued to walk. Who is she to judge me anyway, My family’s’ not perfect, no family is.. Yeah! I love my mommy’s and I get to see my daddy from time to time and I love him. “I love my family, and I don’t care about anyone else’s opinion!” She shouted. Jentoru looked around to find no one, She laughed at herself for shouted out and continued back to her family, whom she loved very much..

Personality:Mmoja is mischievous and playful, he is boisterous , as well as selfish, stubborn and immature. He can become rather destructive if there is no one there to occupy him. Mmoja is rather childish, and doesn't know how to interact with other people besides his siblings and family. However he knows when he has to be a brother other than a prankster.
Likes: Teasing his siblings, being lazy like I mother
Dislikes: Too much family bonding moments.
How he feels about family/life: He loves his family in every way possible.
Interesting things: He may be convinced to join a pride for a future mate. He tries too hard to get attention and is very distrot if he doesn’t get it.
Any plot ideas?:
1. I would like for him to meet a girl who sees his misfit ways and doesn't approve, and causes him to change into a more mature lion for her.
2.He play a prank on one of his sibling and it goes wrong.

Personality: Mlima is the most protective of his family. He is quiet and intelligent. He usually prefers to watch his sibling more then to play alone with them. Mlima is a natural-born charmer with a genuine care and not a cheap put-on for females. He is very competitive, but not a "poor-sport". He also can come across as rather detached, and sometimes downright threatening when he feels his family is being threatened, especially his sisters and mothers.
How would you RP them? (Basically give me an opening post for an RP!)
Mlima wasn’t one to play, he’d much rather explore. The sun was just setting and the sky was turning a light blue-gray. Mlima went to his mother, “Mom, would it be ok to get a quick drink before bed?” His voice was strong for such a young cub, It was filled with confidence and pride. His mother simply mumbled, she was already done for the day even though she’s already had a few naps. “I won’t be long.” He stated as he began walking to the watering hole.
Mlima enjoyed the night time more the day, he liked the quiet. He felt as though he was invisible due to his black fur. His lime green eyes standing out against his dark pelt. The watering hole wasn’t far from his home so he didn’t want to take too long. He continued walking, as he got to the water and inched his way to where the water met the shore. He lowered his head and began lapping at the water, allowing the cool water to quench his thirst.
