Well, Dissidia 2 was announced ^^......and i just wanted to post info that i have found, rumors are in Italics, and if i find truth, they will be lined out....please lemme know if you have any, and I will add it to the list

Kingdom Hearts cloud for a 3rd costume was confirmed. every character will have a 3rd costume (so i've heard..)
There were many others confirmed.. but to most of you guys, this is probably the most important for you cloud fans.

Yeah I heard about Lightning's third costume. It would be Aya Brea's outfit from The 3rd birthday. And here is the new character in the game: Vaan from FFXII

The tactics characters aren't going to make it in.
All characters in Dissidia are from the main number series, and that sadly means that Tactics characters won't be included.
Also, there is a new world map (confirmed) and there is also going to be a new world map (confirmed).

Laguna was an unexpected add for me.. I thought it was gonna be siefer.. but OMG im soo glad it was laguna.. And explain to me; what does the world map thing do? I dont get it.. Atm im waiting for Auron,Beatrix,Gilgamesh and Locke.. But Final Fantasy 12 has only 2 characters.. Vaan and uhm (soz forgot..) So i think they should add 1 more to 12.. to make it even y'know? Im hoping Balthier.. And also hoping Noctis will join Lightning.. as 1 character from 13 is not enough ;P
