nope. all soy.
but of course small amounts wont hurt you.
only fermented soy is safe, if it's non-GMO.

psh it figures. You know, soy being a growing industry and one of the reasons the Amazon rainforest is being mowed down...
Hang on, let me find the source to back that up...

Eating This "Healthy" Food? It Could be Slowly and Silently Killing You

Hmm, I am allergic to milk so I drink soy milk regularly for calcium... A few years ago, I started having pain in my lower abdomen. There may be a link there, but I am not sure. After all, I have been drinking almond milk instead of soy milk recently. If someone could supply me with a second opinion, then I would be much obliged.

If you are wanting calcium make sure you lay off the vitamin a? I think it's vitamin a. And also make sure you get D vitamins. simple source is the sun but if you need a suppliment take that. (I like taking simple suppliments like calcium ect.) I would suggest looking into kombucha as well if they decide to outlaw vitamin suppliments. (I'm a promoter of kombucha it's extremly easy to make and cheap to make and has b vitamins)

Is it a lactose intollerance? (No matter regular milk is bad for you too unless you raise the cow yourself and it gives you milk naturally)

Actually, I am allergic to milk. I get these nasty rashes on my ears, neck, and inner arms whenever I drink too much milk. I can eat/drink it in moderation though. In fact, when I was a baby, I was diagnosed with a life threatening disease by an idiot doctor. He told my mom that I probably didn't have long to live, and she was all: "no I think she's just allergic to milk. I was as a child." To which he responded that no, children under so many weeks of age cannot have food allergies. My mom decided to remove all products with milk in it (which is like every processed food on the planet, including bread, cereal, crackers) from her diet. And my rashes disappeared within a week. I am still alive, so I think she was right.

Sounds like your mom did right. =)
I never really trust doctors myself. Four years in the medical field and they're mostly in it for the money and the ones that aren't don't have the proper resources to give the best treatment they would want.

Woah, My little sister had an idiot doctor too, she kept saying lisa had gas and all, and to just keep giving lisa gas drops and stuff... When said little sister would just drop in the middle of a store and start crying IN PAIN.
Yeah, TOTALLY just gas, TOTALLY remedied with gas drops. rolleyes

My mom eventually took her to another doctor, turns out little sister has celiac's disease which is easily controlled by eating gluten free(gluten allergy) and little sister's organs and stuff were about to shut down.

TOOOOTTTTAAAALLLLYYY TREAT IT WITH GAS DROPS. >_>

I told my mom to sue the doctor, but like an idiot. *sigh*

As a side note, I've never truly trusted mercola(and you have to have an account to read those articles. If it was so deadly, you'd think he would want everyone to read it. >_>

As a side note, i'm not sure where the study is anymore, I'll have to hunt it down for yall(or if one of you guys/girls find it, thatd be awesome) but there was a study on fertility and males.

Remember that hooplah on the news where Reporters were saying soy can eff w/your fertility?
The test was on male subjects going to a clinic because they were having problems conceiving anyway.
Only a hundered males.
And I don't remember which, but the males either ate a TON of soy or a very small amount of soy, pretty sure it was a lot tho.

But don't take my word for it. If you can find the study feel free to share it, I can't find it. D:

That's not even the half of it... Doctor's have been known to be paid by drug companies to mass prescribe drugs to people, even if they don't have whatever the heck that drug is supposed to cure. That's why you should always look up the seide effects before you take a drug, find out what the drug actually does, then question your doctor as to why they prescribed it to you.

Oh I've seen people's lives at complete stake when it came to insurance... Thus I quit the medical field; I couldn't morally do it. I love people too much.
