Current Raikage: Shodai {☁} Mikadzuki Raiken Uchiha
The office of the current Raikage,Mikadzuki Raiken Uchiha . It currently has three floors. The top floor is the office of the Raikage, where the age usually resides and upon his absence his Sannin assistant(NPC) Jikkō-chū no Mizu, a specialist in water ninjutsu. The second floor is the leisure rooms of the kage and his assistant. This is usually an area where they go to cool of if they happen to be stressed out. They are very calm rooms, as they simply have a bed and lots of ancient calligraphy. Bells hang from the ceiling and mysteriously, only move when there is a enemy presence in Kumogakure. The last and final floor is the lobby, this is just an area filled with popular ninja magazines such as "Shuriken! Weapon supreme!!" and "Iron Fist: Taijutsu pwns". This area has two couches and there is a counter where a woman will call one up when the Raikage is ready to see them.

Kit enterd the hig rising building and looked around, seeing a small women behind the desk Kit walked up to her. "Is the Raikage here, i need to speak with him." Showing his kage symbol tatooed on his right arm Kit awaited for a reply.

"This is it" He thought from atop the roof of his mansion,lackadaisically prolonged along the all black roof tiles as he zestfully starred into the vast serene azure skies that loomed over the village, for he had faintly sensed a presence in his village. Mikadzuki sighed softly as he raised up his back and began to scout out the village, his left hand flattened over his eyebrows, insinuating he was searching hard. Soon after he spotted a figure in his office and formed a half tiger hand sign with his right hand and vanished in a small cloud of black flames. Mikadzuki appeared behind the ninja, The smile seemed to shrink as he saw it was not his first student but a ninja he didn't know, and from the looks of it he seemed strong. " So...what is it that you wanted??" Mikadzuki would then simply retract his body and stand straight, waiting for her reaction.

Kit stared at Mikadzuki and gave a weak smile. "I am Kit Uchiha, Mizukage and i have come with a request, an alliance, i have begun a war and i am in need of an ally. If you agree to aid Mist in this war, I will bestow upon you the lightning fangs, one of the mist seven swords." As Kit spoke his words his eyes didn't leave Mika's, his eyes were the same as Kit's, he must also have had the Uchiha blood in them. Shruging off this fact Kit waited for his answer. To align or not to align.

Mikadzuki's eyes suddenly moved upward, his hand eased it's way under his chin. A slight sigh escaped his mouth as he began to ponder but, before that he had to ask him a question. " What villages are you into it with?"

" I guess you can note Cloud down as an ally...Though Leaf is my homeland if I wish for cloud to strive for the top village I guess we should take the best one out" Mikadzuki looked at Kit and folded his arms, he was curious to why he did this. " What were your motives to do such a thing if you mind me asking..I mean was there bad blood between you guys?" His voice was serious but curiosity blatantly lingered within it and Kit would easily notice it. Mikadzuki just wasn't sure if this was a random act of bafoonery or did this man have a true hate toward the ninja whose life he had ended.

kit closed his eyes to a slightness in the question. UPon opening them Kit revealed his mangekyou sharingan. "Power does not come with out sacrifice." Canceling his sharingan eye Kit removed the back pack from his shoulders and zipped it open. "In accordance to this agrrement i hand you these." Removing the legendary thunder fangs mist sword Kit placed them on Mika's desk. "A small token of gratitude for your allegiance." Placing the now light back pack around his shoulders Kit gave a bow. "If cloud needs anything just call upon mist, I will personally make certain that someone or everyone helps with anything you need."

Mikadzuki simply nodded, you could tell by his facial expression he didn't approve of this man's actions. In his mind they were senseless. Taking the thunder fangs and sealing them in a scroll from the top of his desk, Mikazuki then sat in his chair and looked down on the cloud village. " It is done..Our two villages are bonded..anything else you need?"

"No ill be taking my leave." Kit turned his back to the man and gave a simple breath. He didn't care about this man or his village he would just need assitance if somone were to attack. There was no friendship and there was no bond between them as people. Opening the door Kit exited the office.

Several Flower petals flew up to the window of the office. The began to swirl around, and Dawn formed on the windowsill. She knocked on the window and waited to be acknowledged.
