L was pulled out of a van, his feet were bleeding and he looked tired. He was forced towards the house and onto his knees at the door. He had been through this process before and knew he would probably be sold again. His wrists and ankles were bound and there was a leash attached to his collar.

Light sighed irritably, going over his science homework that he was given the previous day. Light opened the door, "Yes?" he asked, still paying attention to the textbook in his hands.

He followed him, his feet tracked blood into the house, his whole body hurt.

Light nodded, "You can choose when we get up there." he said, motioning for L to follow him upstairs.

He followed him to the bathroom, still sucking on his thumb, when he got to the bathroom, he sat on the floor in his usual crouched position.
