Malachi's Hammock

[Kairo Yakazu]

A simple hammock on top of the main building of Hueco Mundo. It seems like someone sleeps here...

Malachi stared up at the sky. Things were best when they were simple, and the fact that he was away from noise made everything simpler.

Malachi lazily opened his eyes. He was relaxed as usual, but for once, he was bored. Rolling out of his hammock and onto his feet, he jumped down off the building and onto the ground. He looked out at the bleak desert and walked inside.

Malachi jumped to his hammock and drew something on a piece of concrete. It was a circle with a ankh overlapping it. The rest was covered with similar gibberish-type writing. As he looked over it, he smirked. "I think I'd like to pay a visit to the human world. See what's so special about them."
Malachi grabbed his sword of the ground and put it on his back. Walking to the edge, he stepped off, vanishing into thin air.

Malachi reappeared and threw his sword to the ground, disappointed. "Damn," he muttered as he fell back onto his hammock. "I thought I might've actually gotten a chance to learn head up how Shinigami fight..."

Kiena swayed as she walked, her eyes half closed. She hummed an old tune she couldn't get out of her head. As she took a deep breath, she stopped and just stood there.

Malachi looked over at the strange girl. "Who might you be? Are you my new Fraccion by chance?"

Kiena looked over at the guy without moving her head. "Maybe. Who are you?"  

[Kairo Yakazu]

"Espada Numero 10, Malachi Ragnarok. And you'd better start showing some respect for your superiors."

Kiena sighed and opened her eyes further so she didn't look half bored to death. "Kiena Kira, Espada 10's Fraccion..."

Malachi nodded. "That's better. Welcome to my little hideaway. As my fraccion, normally I'd be telling you to do something like grunt work, but it would be a shame for a girl as pretty as you to soil her delicate hands." He waved his hand around in a circle. "So I guess you'll just have to help me organize my thoughts."

Malachi sighed. "It's not because you are pretty, but the fact that it's improper for a woman to work. Fight, yes, but work, no." Sitting up, he scratched the back of his head.

Kiena sighed. "Your manners are waisted on me. Just beacuse i'm a woman dosn't meam i am so reduced to being... proper."

Standing up, Malachi stretched. "I see that being proper won't exactly work with you. Very well, what do you suggest? You'll find I'm more... open to suggestion than the others."
