A leafy forest with an endless river flowing through it, this is the sanctuary of all Bear summons. The trees constantly circulate nature chakra and the river is a direct source of nature energy itself, the river is essential in Sage Training and also a vital source of hydration. The forest is never ending and has every type of tree in it as well as bamboo growing on either side of the river. The trees are all over 500 years old, even the rocks are actually petrified wood.

Tenichi had been training his nature chakra for long before his first venture to the sage lands. Akito-sensei had been training him in these techniques since he was 8 years old. He had just developed the Byakugan and so his chakra control was forming nicely. Akito first taught him how to gather and mold nature chakra, before he learned anything else. He could already hold Sage Mode for a short time of at least 30 seconds. He gathered chakra in its rawest form and did not take in the fine energy, he had never practiced with oil and still he would not for he was past this need. At the current moment he was sitting with Kuminji, both were sitting legs crossed and palms together. The green nature chakra of the abundant forest was powerful and it flowed into their bodies strongly. They were practicing the mix of nature, physical, and mental chakra, then the release of nature chakra to form senjutsu. This was where Tenichi truly lacked, he was well versed in nature chakra, he only needed fine molding and to be taught better ways of releasing it in order to maximize his time in sage mode and access the deeply held Senjutsu, some of the most powerful Senjutsu known to the legendary Sennin. "Kuminji-san.... how will I know when I need to release my sage chakra... I feel full and brimming... yet I can still gather more...?"
"Let it spill freely, this way you can constantly take while releasing what you do not need. If you use this method, well you are constantly reviving the amount of nature chakra around you. Think of it like this riddle: If you have no shuriken and can only catch your opponents shuriken, how do you win? You catch your opponents shuriken and store them, then you release them at separate intervals, in this way your opponent never runs out of shuriken and you always have a weapon. Your opponent will constantly supply you with shuriken, therefore; you will never be with out a weapon if you always keep one in your pocket. If you constantly store and release nature chakra, you not only hold a full body, but you have chakra already gathered in the vicinity of your body making for easier access. Consumption release and re-consumption is what makes the Bears the most efficient at chakra control."

After a few moments of silence he spoke, his eyes still closed,"I see what you are saying now...." It was apparent he had been testing this suggestion during the speech and the small time span after wards. He kept his eyes closed and he transferred his gaze to the river, there were four shadow clones meditating under the rivers waterfall. All maintaining concentration to draw the purest energy from the water itself, his concentration never wavered as he observed this. He turned his gaze to the surrounding trees, atop the trees were at least 5 more shadow clones scattered around. They too were meditating, but focusing on balancing while drawing nature energy, the process of remaining still and neutral was further evident here. But his most frugal attempts were in the three clones meditating on top of 20 foot bamboo poles. One could say this was of the heaviest difficulty as they used small bark platforms to balance, remaining still in entirety as they meditated and drew nature energy.
Tenichi nodded his head and stood up slowly, as he did Kuminji raised his eyes upwards to him. "I think this may not take the amount of time I had calculated, I shall like to try something else now..." He was watching two clones now, the one clone was meditating on a bark platform on a bamboo shaft as the others. But atop his head was another platform, another clone meditating motionless on said platform.
Kuminji nodded,"You are pushing yourself very hard Tenichi-kun, but are you sure you can handle this now? Not even your sensei Akito could do such a thing, it is very dangerous, Im not sure you can even maintain it long enough to enter sage mode."
Tenichi closed his eyes and raised his hand to the panda,"I can do such, easily.... do not worry Kuminji-san..."
A sweat drop fell from the pandas forehead,"I agree all your efforts have been exceedingly fruitful.... But please you havent rested in days, much less told me what big plans you deem important enough to break from your life style to learn the complete sage mode with out elder fusion." He was worried for the boy, Akito had never made it to this point in his training, he was a true prodigy but this was borderline insanity.
Tenichi leaped from tree to tree stacking bamboo shaft after shaft on top of each other basing it on the platform atop the head of the clone atop the platform atop the first clone atop the platform atop the 20 foot bamboo shaft. Tenichi would be barely visible having stacked 5 bamboo shafts, he finally placed a platform atop the shaft and gently lowered himself in a meditative position. He closed his eyes and placed his palms together as he began to gather nature energy.
Kuminji sat below nervously as he watched the boy for hours on end. He feared he could fall at any time and even in sage mode possibly end his life. Never had such a rigorous training been attempted by anyone including Akito to enter the true Sennin Mode and yet Tenichi dared. Kuminji sighed as he looked around the sage lands. The five clones under the waterfall, the five on the trees, the three on the bamboo shafts and the two supporting Tenichi. None of them so much as moved or flinched, instead the nature energy pored into their bodies circulating in and out of them constantly. The boy had truly mastered this type of sage mode.

It had been over 50 hours, and Tenichi had not moved, he drew nature chakra the whole time amassing it in a large continuous form. The wind blew and he did not sway, rain fell and he did not shiver, the sun blazed and he did not wipe away the sweat, the night fell and he did not sleep nor yawn. The clones below continued to gather nature chakra, soon the entire area was a blinding mass of nature chakra. If one were to use the sharingans capabilities of identifying chakra by color, the entire forest would be a mass of green. Everything was peaceful, then suddenly the clones below the waterfall burst in sequence released by Tenichi, all but one disappeared.
Kuminji had watched non stop for fear of his students safety, the young sage pushed himself so far, it was if he felt and experienced nothing. He merely flowed through it like a part of the surrounding geography, as if nature itself. His attention was rendered elsewhere after several days by the sound of dispersing clones, the river clones had been completely released except for one transferring all chakra to him. Kuminji knew well of the use of Shadow Clones but he was slightly unaware of how Tenichi had planned to incorporate this into his training,"Oh?"
Tenichi remained complacent, all of the tree clones disappeared too except one. By now the mass of training skill was transferred in increasing portions as the difficulty rose up the scale of the clones. The clones on the bamboo shafts also disappeared, leaving one left, the last test was even greater. Tenichi grew in power rapidly as the clones transferred to him, the effects were immense as chakra energy now became so strong it was visible around him now. He paused in his releases timing them just right, he released the last clones from each area at the same time now; only the two clones supporting him remained. It was a few more hours before any other changes commenced, then it happened so suddenly. The two clones beneath him were released the three platforms clapped together in a united smack as the clones between them disappeared. The bamboo poles did not shake, the platforms did not wobble, Tenichi remained resolute.
The panda could only watch in amazement as Tenichi completed his feat,"My god.... he did do it..." The boy had managed to take in and hold 5 times the previous amount of sage chakra by using the method the panda had spoken of. Using his shadow clones he not only trained the method of extracting more and more nature chakra but he used the method of maintaining the pool of nature chakra to quadruple both abilities.
Tenichi opened his eyes now a green liner around both eyes as signs of proper chakra absorption with out any bodily transformation. His Byakugan was replaced with a dormant green eye, it was animalistic and very similar to that of the bear. He stood now and gazed at the land below, after a moment Tenichi jumped from his platform. The tower wobbled and crashed tremendously to the ground as Kuminji began to become extremely wary, Akito could not fall from such a height and land safely, this boy was going to kill himself. As Tenichi fell his muscles expanded and he took on a thicker figure as his muscle became more pronounced. Tenichi was near the ground now intent on landing with all fours, Kuminji sensing this landing scrambled away quickly. Tenichi landed in the ground creating a massive crater of 50 feet in diameter, dust and grass scattered all around as he landed.
The impact tossed Kuminji into the air and the shock waves in the air sent him flying back in the wind. After regaining control of his body Kuminji began the preparations to gathering nature chakra. "The boys dead I just know it!" He bolted off through the forest using his nature chakra and appeared through the brush as the dust cleared. He searched frantically for Tenichi, but he already knew how it would go, then he saw what only could be a miracle or the acts of some god in his eyes; the panda smiled wearily.
Tenichi arose from the dust standing on two feet as he had aimed for, the fall had little effect on him. He had successfully entered sage mode with out elder fusion, but he still had much to be taught now. He smiled and scratched Kuminjis head, he would eat with the bear now and learn jutsu later, he had a few techniques he wanted to try of his own in this new sage mode.

Tenichi Hyuuga Bear Sage-Byakugan-Okazi-Summoner-Ape Summon-Jounin+-Rogue-Son of Qastor-The Summoning Flash He had been training for a long time in senjutsu now, he knew how to fully utilize his sage chakra. But he had yet to be able to test his two newest jutsu, they would be the key to enacting his plan. If he could use them more than once in sage mode, then he could easily sway the tide of battle. He had already used each once, all the bears were asleep, he sturdied himself by planting his feet and once again that familiar chakra coated his hands, the Chidori. It rose up his arms coating him in the mighty electrical chakra, his feet soon too caught the chakra. The intense feel as the ground caved in beneath him and the chakra became so massive gravity shifted favoring his dense chakra signature and causing a massive pressure about him,"Chidori Bakushin (Thousand Birds Rush)!"
"Now...." he let the chakra slowly med into his flesh as his arms and feet burned brighter the crackling sound filling the air. He was tense with a pause.... then he shot off at full speed a blinding flash and a screech as he went at it for the second time. He was moving at near light speed, no one could track him visually at this moment. His Byakugan was passive but still managed to pierce through and guide him, his silver eyes locking on his target. He collided with a massive cliff thrusting with his palm, he made his way up the cliff, sending a sideways axe kick and spearing the cliff at the top in mere milliseconds. He appeared a second later back where he was earlier as his technique subsided, he turned his back and not just the cliff side but the entire plate of land exploded in a fierce electric burst. He knelt and gripped his hands, the strength still in them,"I can do it too now... this will truly be an entertaining night...."

Akito Shishigami Swordsman | Summoner | Ex-10th Hokage | Original Bear Sage Jinsei Tengoku | Mion's LegacyDon't Blink, Not Even For A Second There was a sense of urgency. Aioko plopped Akito on the ground before the Temple. Kuminji came out, sensing his son. "Aioko, why--" He saw Akito, but more importantly, he saw the White Coat of the Panda. Without saying another word, Kuminji nodded and lifted Akito's half broken body and brought him within the Temple.
Eight days, eight days of Akito being under, asleep as his body's method of saving itself. He'd been placed in the room he used when he'd come before to learn the Bamboo kenjutsu style and train with Shion, Mion's sister. On the ninth day, feeling slowly returned to his body. His hands wandered, trying to get an idea of where he was without being able to see. Apparently Aioko was there. "Yer safe, Akito. Old Man brought ya in. You've been out for quite some time. Akito's first thought was back to Tenichi. "I need to talk to Kuminji, and to Quan. Now." Aioko didn't question it. Both entered the room, and Akito spoke of everything that happened in the Moon Village. "Tenichi will not succeed me. I saw his... his soul. Blackest thing I'd ever seen." Both of the bears look at each other, then at Akito. "He used you to achieve... something. His soul is corrupt, killed my friend's daughter and nearly did Qastor in." The bears nodded and left him be. They'd known him for a long time. His word was truth and nothing but. Akito already had another in mind, but he would have to wait until the young boy was stronger.
Another couple of hours passed and a huge uproar came from the main hall. "The twerp's here!?" Loud footsteps, loud voice. Only one person it could be. Akito grinned a little. The Green Haired Woman bursted into the room. "I thought I felt yer presence-- Oi! Aioko! I thought you said Akito was in here--" Akito silently nodded. Shion's head tilted, then her face grew close to his. Then she went wide eyed. "You... you actually used that? Jesus! Yer more of an idiot than I gave ya credit for! Did you know what would happen when you called out the God Sage mode!? It's a miracle you're still alive! And where's my sister's sword at, eh?" Akito looked down. "I don't have it anymore. Used it to keep Qastor from dying." He looked back up. "The third of five exists within his body, now." Shion glared at him, then sighed. "And I bet you didn't even know it would work, eh? You and your adlib ideas.... I should hit you right now!" Akito shook his head. "I wouldn't. The Panda Armor is still active, this outfit just isn't for show. Right now, one hundred and ninety one of the two hundred and eight bones are broken in some way shape or form. The Armor's the only thing letting me sit up right now. I can't feel a thing." Shion rolled her eyes. "And how'd you manage that one? Akito pointed up. "Fell four thousand feet, off a crumbling pillar that touched the clouds. Really epic stuff, just wish I knew the power I had before hand." Shion's hand went to her head. "F-four thousand feet...? Jesus. You really are a glutton for punishment, aren't ya?" Before she could take her leave, Akito began to speak again. "Shion, there's something I need to ask of you. My son's going to succeed me. Not the Legacy of the Dragon of the West, but of her student. I'm in no shape to do anything, nor will I be for a long time. If he comes here... will you?" Shion hesitated, but nodded. "Fine, whatever. If he really is your son, then I'll make him work his a** off to surpass you." Grinning, Akito went back to sleep. He'd do this a lot in the up coming weeks, might as well get started on it.

Kazuki had been traveling for a long time through these woods, feeling the odd life-like force around him. It felt as if these woods, even the river was much more alive than even himself. He titled his white hat back, looking up at a maple tree, which was next to a pine tree, which was next to a forest of bamboo. This, was most certainly the weirdest place he'd ever been. So much diversity in one area. He continued on, following the river in hopes of finding something. His father had told him to come here when he was ready, and after certain events, he had deemed himself ready. His footfalls padded softly over leaves as he listened to the world around him, looking for anything that may lead him somewhere.
After walking for more time, Kazuki sighed, and slowed down. He was hungry, and tired. He sat on what looked like an immense tree stump, and placed his pack down, revealing Jinsei Tengoku. He still had yet to actually use it in battle, thought kept it with him all of the time. Kazu began to rummage through his pack, pulling out a multitude of items that he had saved to eat, or drink. His canteen was near empty, the bread was stale, the fruit had rotted as well. Kazuki grimaced, and tossed away the fruit, though bit into the bread, chewing graciously. As for he water, he stood up, and opened his canteen, moving to the river's edge. He knelt down, about to dip the canteen in the river.

"Oi! Boy! Yer out way beyond anyone should be in this place! If ya value yer life, you'd turn back now." Shion landed on the ground, shattering the ground as she did so. A large broadsword rested on his shoulder, about twice her own body size. She displayed a huge killing intent, but despite her weapon, she held an average build, neither very muscular nor skinny.

Kazuki retracted his hand from the river at the sound of the woman's voice. She sounded ALOT like her father, atleast in speaking mannerisms. "I- whoa!" The lady seemed small, but had created a little crater, and was toting around a rather large sword. "Uh, excuse me ma'am, but I'm looking for some bears..." Kazuki made a reach for his scroll, the one his father had given him. "I was told to come here, by my father, Akito Shishigami...maybe you know him?" Kaz asked, holding out the ripped scroll for Shion to see.

Shion raised an eyebrow. "Akito... eh? Aye, I know 'um." Her voice was half surprised, half suspicious. She walked over to Kazu. Odd thing was that her footsteps, despite the weight on her shoulder, made next to no sound. She looked at the scroll and spotted Akito's signature sign, something only a few could even see, let alone know what it was for. Her gaze returned to Kazuki. "You the runt's kid, eh? If that's true... Then he would have taught you the Golden Rule of society... What is Separation?" Depending on Kazuki's answer, this would either go very well or very bad for him.

Kazuki had just been about to give the literal definition for Separation, but then remembered something his father had said to him a long time ago. A smile spread to his face, lighting up his watery blue eyes. "Separation is a lie." This lady had referred to his father as a 'runt', making Kazuki wonder who she was exactly.

Shion suddenly began to beam, completely different than she had been just seconds before. "Ya really are his kid, eh? Come on, then. We got a busy road ahead of us. Being that he told ya to come here, he expects ya to go through what he went through with Sis." He was walking into the forest, not even bothering to see if Kazuki was following her or not. She figured he would. "Orange said ya held yer own in Tsuki when the s**t hit the fan. Impressive for a kid." By orange, she meant Aioko, Akito's closest ally and personal favorite summoning.
Within minutes, they reached a large clearing: a mountain trail, and at the top, there it was: The Bear Temple. Shion walked up to the giant double doors and nodded to it. "Crack it open. Old Man Kuminji will size ya up."

Kazuki smiled at Shion, nodding his head. This was going to be fantastic material for his book! He didn't waste anytime, and trailed after the lady, trying to keep up with her strides. At the mention of Tsuki, Kazu's smile vanished. "I suppose I did hold my own..." The sight of the Bear Temple made Kazuki's mouth fall open, he'd never seen anything like it before, it was completely magnificent. Kazuki continued on, stopping just before the double doors. At Shion's command, he nodded his head, and placed his hands on one of the doors. When he moved infront of Shion, she'd be able to see Jinsei Tengoku hidden just beneath his pack. Kazuki pushed hard, wondering what was gonna go on. The door slowly moved open, just enough for him to go inside. "Whose this Kuminji guy?"

Shion laughed. "Kuminji's the Bear Leader. Use to be Mama Nanaoko, but some things... happened. She's no longer Lead." She patted Kazuki on the back, then pushed him in. The inside was pitch black, and as they fully entered, the doors slowly closed. Seconds later, blaziers along a single pathway lit up. After three minutes of walking farther into the temple, a giant panda sat on his throne. "The son of the Warden..." His voice was rather raspy, and he spoke in heavy breaths. (Think Treebeard from LOTR). Shion nodded. "And he has the Fifth of Five... well... four, now." Kuminji nodded, rubbing his chin with one of his giant paws. "Then the Fourth has been destroyed... unfortunate." Shion patted Kazuki again. "He'll be staying here for a while, get a grasp on his Mokuton blood... learn how to really use the Fifth. Same stuff Akito went through." The panda nodded. "I will allow it... The boy must learn for what comes in his future."

Kazuki raised an eyebrow, having expected a human to teach him everything. "Ara? What?" When the doors closed, he froze, not knowing what was lurking in the darkness. When the lights turned on, his eyes grew wide, and his mouth fell open at the sheer size of Kuminji. "Oh, you're alot bigger then Fluffy Panda-chan!" Kazu said, referring to Aioko. The speaking of Fifth and Fourth was throwing him off, meaning he was totally lost. But, this was where he needed to be, and he'd do anything to grow as strong as his dad. "Ojii-sama, when do we start?" Kazuki was eager, perhaps a little too eager.
