Kanti had left her pride what seemed like many moons ago, it hadn't been all that long but she was still getting use to everything that came with being a rogue. She found a rock to sit on and let out a sigh. Her hunting skills she had adapted perfectly to being a rogue and so that she had no problem with, she just always felt so lonely.
How long she sat on the rock for she wasn't sure and so she curled up on it and fell asleep. She wasn't bothered about other rogues and mostly she didn't really think about it. She could live on her own but the dangers of being on her own hadn't really caught up with her yet.

Time away. It wasn't very often he spent time away these days, being a father to many cubs he had extra responsibilities to his home, to his harem, but he needed a little alone time. Just a day away, a day to not worry about females, about home, about cubs, a day to just be what he was, a male, strong, free, independent!
His pale coat shimmered in the bright sun, his blood red mane flowing around his face like a hot fiery sun as he ran. Of course, he pulled himself to a stop when his gaze fell on the pretty female. At the moment, Kwea very much had his paws full with females, females that had all recently given birth to cubs so they were more or less untouchable, a lone female however, well he could be charming, or he could be forceful, either way, he felt a moment with some rogue-ess was just what the doctor ordered to chase away his stresses. "Hello there." He smiles, a wide, almost charming toothy grin.

Kanti hadn't heard the male appear nor had she really expected one to appear and so when she was awoken by the sound of someone's voice she was surprised to open her eyes and see a male who looked... well not brightly coloured. Sometimes she forgot that outside the pride her colours weren't looked down upon and it would probably take her a while for this to properly sink in.
"Hello." She spoke softly as she always did. She had been such a lovely young happy thing when she was little and she had never minded her rank either but there was something free like and rather scary about not being looked down on. She still wasn't one for meeting strangers though and it made her slightly awkward, she wasn't sure what to say or do.

The big bloody maned male shifted himself slightly so he stood before the pretty pale female. Ideas were already forming in his mind, but he had learned that a heavy paw wasn't always the best solution. "My name is Kwea, and you look a little lost, perhaps I can help you?" that little quirky charming smile flashed on his lips again though his blood red eyes surveyed the female. She was lovely, pale as a ghost and lovely, he could appreciate a beauty like hers, at least until he returned to his harem.
"Can I enquire as to the ladies name hmm?" He purrs, his ears flattening in to his mane, and a slight bow tipping his head, he was in charming mode. He didn't want her for his harem but a night with a beauty would certainly rejuvenate him, or so he felt.

Kanti was shocked by how sweet and charming the male was, of course she had no issue what so ever with how he was acting. She was in a way lost but then at the same time she wasn't as she had no destination in mind.
"Lost? I don't know where I am but I am not really heading anywhere, so I don't think that makes me lost. Some company would be nice though." For a while at least, it would mean Kanti had someone to talk to and being away from a pride did so get lonely.
"Oh sorry, I am Kanti, who are you?"

Kwea smiles softly, yes she was beautiful and naive it seemed, she didn't seem to know she was in the rogue lands. "I am Kwea, Miss Kanti." He winks playfully. "You hail from a pride Kanti?" He raises a brow, a curious glint in his dark blood red eyes. Was she a complete rogue? She seemed to be too well fed to have been a rogue for long. Single lions just weren't as fit as primal ones. He knew this.
"Well then I would be glad to accompany for you a while. I am wandering at the moment myself." He wasn't about to mention that yes, he was wandering,but that he would soon return home to the females that loved him.

Kanti nodded.
"It's nice to meet you Kwea and yes I was from a pride, I left a few moons ago." She didn't really want to go into why she left, part of her still wasn't sure why she left she had been happy but lonely, always lonely.
"Oh that would be wonderful!" She smiled happily and flicked her tail behind her before jumping off the rock to stand beside him. He really was a strong looking male.

Kwea chuckled quietly, she was enthusiastic, clearly too young to know the world properly, to know that the land out side of a pride was a dangerous place. Well he wouldn't disillusion her, he could be her protector for a night, he could be charming and gentle and in the morning he would go home to his harem and be pampered, as he should be.
"Theres a small watering hole just a small run back the way i just came, would you like to come for a drink? A watering hole is always a good place to spend the night." He smiles, being this charming and helpful was a push, but she didn't need heavy paw from him. He was definitely going soft, in the past he would have just taken her and gone home, but now, well, clearly having good Banu about was a good influence on his personality.

Kanti smiled, her trusting personality wasn't the best of things but then that was just how she was, trusting. She would learn eventually but for now she just nodded and happily followed him to the watering hole. She would be more then happy to just rest and enjoy a night under the stars knowing she had company for once.
"Do you travel alot?" She was curious, always curious but yet still so very naive.

Kwea nods, "Oh yes, I know much of the rogue lands, I have travelled far and wide." He could be a rogue for an evening,s he need not know of his pride. "There are some beautiful mountains to the south. You may wish to travel that way, it's very beautiful at this time of year." He purrs lowing his head a little. "Of course, those peaks could not compare to your beauty Kanti. It has been a long time since I have seen a lovely lady like yourself." He grins, it was a complete lie, he had a harem full of beautiful Banu at home but he knew females liked to hear such things.

Kanti listened and nodded maybe she could head towards the mountains it would be somewhere different that was for sure. She smiled and nodded but then he surprised her by what he said. No one had said anything about her being beautiful before, she was so plain in colour.
"Thank you..." She wasn't sure what else to say. What did you say when someone told you that?

Kwea chuckles, she was young, sweet, he was also sending her int he complete opposite direction to the one he would take home after a night with her. She would probably appreciate his company and his sweet words.
"Has no one ever told you, you were beautiful Kanti? It's a crime when a beautiful lady isn't told it every day." He winks at her that charming smile never leaving his maw.

Kanti smiled at him and shook her head.
"Where I come from white is looked down upon, you have to be a bright colour to be beautiful." She smiled, she didn't sound upset or even annoyed at it. It was her life and she had accepted it when she was a cub. To hear that she was beautiful surprised her for sure but she had no problems not being beautiful, if she was, awesome.
She walked over towards the water and laid down looking up at the sky that was getting darker by the second. The stars were starting to appear and that is where she saw true beauty.

Kwea smiles lightly and settles down next to her, he leans over and licks her cheek, a cheeky little flick across her fur. "Well I personally think you are very beautiful Kanti." He nudges a little closer to her and looks down at her, his tail flickering. "I'll take care of you little beauty." He whispers, his blood red eyes dazzling with the reflections of the setting sun.
At least for tonight, he thought, knowing that when he had, had his way he would wait until she was fast asleep and leave for home. She was certainly beautiful enough to spend a night with. He settles his chin over her shoulders, holding her and closing his eyes. "Rest my pretty friend, I'll keep watch and when you waken, we can talk more."

Kanti let the night happen, she had no problems with it and falling asleep next to a male like him was all fine by her.
Waking up to find he had gone though was something she hadn't expected and felt a little hurt by, however that was life and so she got up and started wandering again, wondering why he had left her.
