(Before it's brought into question about if she is more ghost or demon, the staff in the Q&A thread classified Yuki-onna as Demon.)
Personality:
Can't that wait until later...?. Because of her slightly unusual appearance, Tsubaki had been the subject of more than a few run of the mill spells and experiments to try and figure out why her hair was blue instead of the usual black the rest of her race has while living at home. Due to that, she has a strong dislike of charms, witches, and those who practice spells and such on a regular basis. That's not to say that she will be openly hateful towards someone like that, but it will take a long time, if ever, for her to feel comfortable being alone with them or while they are performing spells. Though she does have a bit of compassion towards those who have had magic unknowingly used upon them, be it bringing them back to life or some other use.
Can't you see I'm busy? Tsubaki spends most of her time with her nose in a book or analizing some technique or another that she feels might help her become a better demon. Seduction is part of her race's tools that they use to lure human men to their death in the cold, so she spends a great deal of time reading up and then working out various situations on paper before actual trials... which she takes very seriously. Since snowstorms don't just pop up every day, there is a need to use other means of harvesting FEAR... so creatures beware if you interupt her while reading. It's not a pleasant demon you'll find, and more than one have come away literally feeling cold after a run in with her. However, those are not the only kinds of books she reads, often enjoying whatever might take catch her interest at the time or one that had been recommended when school work has been completed.
You there, yes you. Come over here. Once she has plotted out her current seduction techinque, she needs some willing (and maybe not so willing) by-standers to try it on. More often than not she has a habit of just picking a random person out of a crowd or snagging someone in a hallway as a test subject. If they don't seem to object too much, then the experiment goes on as planned and sometimes she succeeds in seducing them and then sending them back to whatever they were doing before she pulled them aside. Though if they cause too much of a fuss, she tends to just toss them back and look for someone more willing until the technique is a bit more perfected. More often than not she will just use her natural ability and poof away if things went wrong... which unfortunately they seem to do more often than she would like. Putting it on paper is one thing... actual practice it another, a fact that she tends to forget.
Hmm... well I guess you can. Friends aren't exactly high on her list of things that are important to becoming a better demon, but on occasion she has been seen conversing with a few people. It is unknown though if they have a use in her tests or serve some other purpose as of this time. Though the secret to getting an 'in' with her so to speak, would be to provide her with a plushie of some kind. She has a secret collection of random plush dolls and figures, not exactly cute, but more just soft plush material of some kind. It's her one collecting hobby that started when her mother brought her back a gift that had been taken from one of the males who fell prey to her that hunting trip. The softness of the material and how wide a range of themes they came in, ranging from cute to possibly even frightening got her interested in collecting them. As time went on and she got older, it was something of a habit that was hard to break.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
It may not have been a big deal to others, but to her father being different wasn't something that he could seem to accept from her. One of the goals as to why she wishes to come to AA is to learn as much as she came and hopefully redeem herself someway. Another is to possibly over-come her fear of magic and reapers in general, believing that one should face their fears and learn to deal with them instead of hiding from it.
FEAR:
Like others of her kind, Tsubaki uses her icy breath to attack her foes... though instead of freezing them and making them look like they are encrusted in ice, her attack goes inward. Small shards of ice are breathed out in a distance of 3 feet at the max, which then penetrate the skin and are light enough to be breathed in. Once that happens, their lungs and body parts may feel as if they are freezing from the inside out as the cold chill seeps through their body. This however only lasts for about 30 seconds to a minute, depending on if she was able to hit them with a full or partial blast, buying her time to either attack or give a companion time to sneak up. After that, the heat from their bodies will thaw out the ice crystals and they will return to normal. As she progresses in years, I hope to have her skill grow to the point of the effect lasting considerably longer, and possibly even being able to freeze body parts completely from the inside out.
Weakness: As with almost any skills, there are weaknesses. With her current FEAR level,Tsubaki's weakness would mainly be beings of fire, those that have heavy fur coats, ghosts, and undead. Her attack would have little to no effect on creatures that are made of fire, and unable to penetrate the skin on those with fur coats. Undead and ghosts might feel a bit sluggish or stiff, but are otherwise unaffected as they do no need to breathe or worry with blood flow.

Natural Ability: Tsubaki can transform herself into a cloud of snow or mist when feeling threatened.
Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Violet, with more of a smokey style eye make up, with charcoal eye shadow.
Hair Colour/Style: Blue in color (thinking something like an electric or bright blue for like a blue morpho butterfly.), long and coming down to just above her rear. The sides are pulled back to form a small bun on the back of her head, held in place with a set of hair sticks that have frost covered skulls topping them, a few pieces of hair usually have escaped and are kinda framing her face
Skin Colour: Very pale, almost white in color. Though keeps with tradition and has the red lips like the others of her kind.
Clothing Style/Colours: Since she is used to a cold climate, everything here feels warm to her. Also, to counter the fact that she has blue hair instead of black, she tends to wear dark or black clothing when not out trying to hunt/haunt mortals.
So most of the time she can be found wearing a floor length, off the shoulder black kimono that shows off a bit of her ample cleavage. The kimono has a snowstorm pattern decorating the bottom half of it and along the bottoms of her sleeves, as well as a thigh-high slit that runs up along her right leg. Her obi is just a simple light blue color, with a pattern that looks somewhat like cracking ice.
For shoes, she is usually wearing some kind of strappy black heels that have a small frost crystals, in the middle of each foot. Heels are much more airy, and this way she doesn't have to fuss with the leggings that go with the more traditional footwear.
Extra: Maybe a book/notebook that she is carrying with her?
Accessories: A pair of slim glasses with small skulls decorating each side, as well as a ice blue crystal pendant that she is never without.

That is just a basic idea of what I'd had in mind for her kimono style, minus all the pointy things sticking out.

Random other tid-bits
Despite being a yuki-onna, her actual experience is non-existent and a bit laughable at times when it comes to how 'innocent' she is in certain ways. Tsu has the body and the know-how but when it comes right down to it, if someone were to approach her with genuine interest in her as far as wanting to be her boilfriend... well... more than likely it would go over her head the first time. Naturally she's read about this 'romance' and 'true love' in the romance novels that have come across her path. But actually experiencing a relationship? Completely foreign to her. The focus of her learning so far as been how to harvest FEAR from humans eventually. How to deal with interested boils? Not so high on the list.

Is there a legit reason her hair is white, or is it just to make her more unique? Does it give her any special abilities? Has she come to resent it at all? Has she ever thought about dying her hair to black to try and fit in with everyone else? Has she been bullied over her hair?
( It'd be funnier if her hair was like...blue. Something really unnatural. But that's just my advice on it, take it for what it's worth. Just a bit more unusual than her just sorta being an Albino. )
You have her listed more as a "I know in Theory, not in Practice" type of person, which is funny and can lead to really awkward moments. Has there ever been a time when her theory was entirely wrong and she had to get out of whatever it was she was doing super quickly? How often do her theories fail her? Is she really that successful?
It's interesting to see that you say she doesn't mind being social and will go out to be with other people, yet you've also said that she's more social towards her own books. It's funny that you mentioned she can be bribed for friendship, but this personality quirk seems more rushed and doesn't really fit in with the others. Love of plushies is okay, but the socialite seems out of place.
Following again the "my parents sent me here", is there a reason she'd maybe want to come on her own? It's good to see that her mother was thinking about her and trying to help her adjust, but could there be another reason? You've mentioned in her history she wanted to prove herself to her "father" so perhaps that could be used as some fuel?
Her FEAR seems to be okay, pretty strong for a winter type. Natural ability is okay too.

Gotta love getting sick and having no energy for the most part. ^^;;;
First off, I would like to say thank you for taking the time to give me some crit. ^_^
Most of these ideas just kinda get tossed together as they come, so it's always nice to have someone come in and help pick things out that seem like they could use some work. And with that said... on to the replies.
As far as her hair goes, it doesn't do much for her, it's more just for looks than anything else since I'd seen a few Yuki-onna quests already and wanted to do something different with her. Though I do like the idea of making it blue instead to make it more unique and less Albino-ish. If I can come up with something, I might add in a ability, even just something a little minor... but 'll worry with that later if it happens.
There have been some times where she has failed, and that is usually when she decides to use her Natural Ability and puff away in a cloud of mist or snow. Mostly in frustration and embarrassment that her plan didn't work out like she'd wanted, which usually happens more often than she'd like since it's different to work something out on paper than actually put it into action.. which she tends to forget.
The socialite thing was something more that I just tossed in last minute to try and not make her seem completely anti-social, as well and make it easier to potentially get rps with people later on to be active with the character. But I'm sure something else can be worked out, as it does seem off now that I go back and look at it more.
I can see her wanting to prove herself to her father as well, though I think it's a bit more deep down or conflicted because of how he has treated her in the past. It's more of that she doesn't feel like he will be proud of her, so why waste the energy when there are other things to worry over... but still wants to try sometimes, if it makes any sense. ^^;;
Her FEAR I just tried tweaking an ability of the yuki-onna... but if anyone has any suggestions, feel free to toss them out there.

While critting her personality, I'll break it down as it's broken down in that section :B
Personality
Get that... thing... away from me now. I don't actually think having black hair is a racial requirement of a yuki-onna. I've actually heard of a few instances where they've had white hair, so blue doesn't seem to be that strange of a thing, either.
Everything else there seems to be okay, but could probably be fleshed out a bit more than just a few explained traits. We're not ALL just traits, after all; what does she consider fun? What are some of her interests BESIDES studying and becoming a better demon?
Appearance: Like I said before, I really don't think the blue hair would make people go "OMG" especially at Amityville, but even with other Yuki-onna I'm pretty sure (though not 100% sure) there are other hair colors available. Also, one of the traits of a Yuki-onna is to seemingly lack feet, in a ghostly manner, but that doesn't need to be included.
One thing that's really confusing me about her appearance is the inclusion of claws. Is that just because she's characterized as a demon? I don't think Yuki-onna have claws, and this seems like kind of a useless addition to me o n o
I'm not sure on questions to ask right now, but I'll definitely come back if I think of some 8U This is all I've got right now, but I hope it helps!

Appearance:
As far as the hair went, most of the sources that I was looking at when doing research on them had them with the black hair and pale skin or just didn't give a hair color at all and just said long hair. So I was figuring that it would be more of an unusual trait for her while living in her home town/area, not so much at Amityville where there are certainly more of a mix of things.
Since the staff had classified them as demons, I cut out some of the traits that seemed more ghostly since it didn't seem to fit with her given classification.
Personality:
I've never been good trying to flesh out a character before rping them and really haven't come up for much with her so far, despite all the time I've spent sitting here trying to do just that XD;;;

I love the back story and all. And I understand a small town mentality of her standing out and such. I like the whole back story actually and I like her fear also.
I have two questions though.
She seems like a private person and yet some know about her like/hobby of collecting plush. How would someone find out about this hobby of hers?
Also...would she be the sort to ever talk to people about her hobby, someone who shared the hobby. Or talk about books with someone who was an avid reader? Just really wondering over what things would she perhaps socialize and hold discussion.
I hope that's good to ask. ::Nods::

Hadn't even thought about the plushie thing honestly, but it's good cause it makes me think about it lol.
I'm thinking it's more that she'll kinda appear interested in them if someone has one and she is curious about it and maybe asks questions. Or when you shopping she tends to gravitate towards them at some point, so that could be another way. There is going to be a whole little corner in her room dedicated to plushies, so on the off chance someone sees her room they could find out that way too.
I could see her talking about her hobby with people certainly. She isn't against talking with people, though just going up and trying to make conversation isn't something she does well, if at all outside of her experiments. Books would be kinda limited, but willing to be talked about. Which reminds me... I need to add in that she has a love for human romance novels and is looking for a supplier. >.>
She seems to think that is she can find a charm to reproduce this 'true love' that people seem to have in such a short amount of time in those books, that it will help her with her seduction.

Very interesting, she has an obvious drive for working toward a goal and shows a very cold personality that reflects her race. I do wonder though, how would she act if she did end up getting close to someone? Or is that just not a possibility? Like would she have a single best friend just to have someone to confide in? Or does she just fester with her internal struggles? Also does she have any other more personal goals? Aside from just pleasing her people by being a good Yuki-onna?

To add to Unaru's question. Would she be protective of any friends she may have, or whatever she may consider a friend or as close to one as she may get?
