First Stage Abilities
These are the abilities a normal human has; they're not Zanpakutou, they're not Resurreccion, but they can basically be anything in imagination. Not everyone starts out with abilities; look at rankings for that.
Second Stage Abilities
Same as First Stage except more advanced. Less people start out with this than the first Stage; read rankings.
Third Stage
Same as Second Stage except more advanced. The only known members who have been shown to use it are SS-ranks, though in fact some S-ranks may attain it.
COC - Chain of Command
For Earth, there isn't really a COC, so everyone is free to do basically whatever they want, unless we decide to make something so there's more order.

S - Ultimate - Mastered First and Second
A - Superior - Mastered First/Start with Second
B - Experienced - Mastered First Stage
C - Progressed - Start with First Stage - Mastered Some Abilities
D - Awakened - Start With First Stage
E - Unawakened - Start With Nothing
