This is my first ever guild...I'm going to need loads of help, advice, criticism... fun smexy rp.... You name it I need it. So please, let me know what needs to happen in order to make this silly adventure a success

I believe that this guild is good... then again, it has not fully developed yet so it is hard to tell where it will go in the future.
As for profile forum, it depends on if you would rather have an individual forums for every person to post their characters, or if you want a single forum that will build into several pages. I would prefer individual ones myself, but that is one man's opinion.

I might would create a forum domain where people could create a forum and post all of their characters in their own forum?...That way if you're rping with a character all you have to do is click on the username under the profiles...

Alright a sub forum then where every individual will create a topic and post their characters to it. I'll make it now.
Just so you all know, I'm not so great with character profiles, so my own thread will be rather silly.
As far as the real world idea goes, its fine by me. I personally don't usually use real people/models for my roleplays because I don't believe its fair to connect their image with my imagined actions without their consent (especially seeing what most of us make these boys do) redface But if you all want to, go ahead.
As you might have guessed by now, I'm not the most autocratic guild owner. You the players have just as much say as I do in how this whole thing opperates.
