Id like mine to trigger a witty back and forth between me(the final boss) and the good guy, followed by a cut scene of the so called hero losing his temper and charging in just to lose the small scuffle, after that a bit of resolve speech from the hero and begin the final fight

~A huge sword or lazer cannon

I would taunt the protagonist for a few minutes telling him to beat me on the first try because the games cut scenes can't be skipped.

My epic sex appeal would be my ultimate weapon, blowing death kisses to the protagonist, but if that doesn't prove fruitful, my deadly razor fans would do some serious damage if he/she gets out of hand. If the protagonist is female, well then I would have no choice but to rely on my fans.

You know what'd be cool? I'd want a final fight where I walk down a long road with the protagonist, talking to him and bringing the secrets of his past full circle and explaining everything to him. We'd speed up as we talk, breaking into a full-out run for the fight.
