first book was defiantly the best, however I kinda of wish Peta didn't have to work himself into the book, because I kind of gagged when I had to read about how he and Katniss had to get all snuggly with peta in the cave and everything.
I think the book could have been a lot better if it didn't turn out to be a romantic triangle twister.
but the first was really damn good, a lot better then #2 IMO. I actually didn't like most of #2... it didn't feel... as magical as the first, and it felt like Suzanne was just pleasing the crowd of peta & Katniss lovers. lame.
You know me, I'm a Rue fan, so when she died, I refused to like any other character.

I luv the series, but I'm still mad about the ending... I also can't STAND it when Katniss and Peeta get all luvy xp

I must agree. I love the series through and through.. I still kind of wish that Rue didn't die though, she was so young.. and Prim.. [me] she was 12 and got volunteered for. Why not Rue? I also really enjoyed the two books following. I have never read a series any better. This series will never be outvoted in my opinion. It had everything I was looking for. I hated the ending in the third one though, Why did Gale just leave? He still had a shot.. Kind of. I did like how Katniss and Peeta had children though.. But I hate how their kids abused "Rue's Lullaby" That song made me cry. The author has some true talent.

Do you even have to ask? It was awesome! Definently my fav series. But I don't like how so many important people die, like Prim and Cinna.
