Sorry, but I don't know Rich other than what I've seen recently and a few bad impressions in the past. He's just gotta know that that spontanious stuff doesn't fly around here anymore. Espacially making title plans ina guild he holds no status in without asking. But since WWEU has and in my mind always will be yours, I'll invite him back if he promises not to try to take things into his own hands again.

Explaining is done with a topic in every guild called rules. If you read most rules, they'll something like do not enter a match without the participants okay. If he's just recently returning, you'd think he'd try to read? Just sayin'.
