Hisaki heard his name called below and shrugged, "Well Notwen, looks like our sparring match turned into something just a hint bigger, eh?" Hisaki turned to one of his attendants, and set down a few ground rules before he went, "Now listen, no one other than those on my guest list are to be let into the room right now, understand. If any others appear during my fight, hold them back, and I'll judge them when I return."

Hisaki walked over to the door, commenting as he did, "Everyone staying here, have a good time, alright?" Hisaki half waved his hand coolly and said, "Ciao." with a high level of suavity. After shutting the door behind him, Hisaki jumped, and whispered excitedly to himself as he dashed down to the competitor gates, "That was sooo cool! I gotta put that into my vocabulary alot more." Hisaki skidded around the corner, his non-ninja boots squeaking loudly on the polished floors. In his wake was a large blackened line where he slid, and another mark where he took off again.

Hisaki barreled up to the gate, and took a deep breath. The roar from outside the doors was amazing. It forced adrenaline into his system, and psyched him into the game. Hisaki opened the gates and entered the field. Before him was a forest, not quite unlike the ones back in Fire Country. However, this was no silent nature. This was a battlefield, and was as loud as can be. A chattering, excited crowd lined the woods, and Hisaki was ready to please them.

Hisaki walked out into the center with the proctor, and put up a dual victory sign, "HELLO OTOGAHURE! ARE YOU READY FOR A REAL BATTLE!?" The crowd responded with a roar, and Hisaki made a loud woot, before turning to the proctor, "Hisaki Hyuuga, reporting for battle!"

Hisaki grinned as Notwen entered the field and gave Hisaki one last wish of a fair fight. Hisaki laughed, "Hell yea man!" Hisaki's grin faded as he felt an odd presense near Notwen. Hisaki took the initiative, and activated his Byakugan. With his White Eyes, he saw the disturbance: hovering over Notwen's shoulder was a tall, spectral man made out of pure aura. The man was tall and menacing, and his giant wings did little to ease the ominous feeling of this specter. Obviously, it wasn't death. Hisaki knew the grim reaper personally. Knowing that much, the feeling of dread was much worse. Is it a demon? Some sort of evil spirit? Or is it Notwen's private Guardian Angel? Hisaki got into a battle stance, and shook away his doubts, mumbling as he did, "This is no time to be distracted." Hisaki's eyes immediately focus on a few bunches of tenketsu. Hisaki mentally locked on to these spots like a homing missile as his hands began to manifest a bit of chakra themselves. Hisaki waited for the proctor to yell go, and when he did, Hisaki made sure to hit first!

Hisaki flourished his hands, and near-invisible strings of chakra grabbed the oil from his gourd, and pulled it out in a pair of long whips. Hisaki forced the whips into a pair of orbs that floated over each index finger. Then, Hisaki recited the words to formally use his Jutsu, ""Lord of Comets, hail thine flames upon these godforsaken grounds! Teach them of your gracious wrath, your divine Judgement! Second Realm: Four Seals Removal Method!" The gourd oil formed two liquid spikes over his outstretched index and middle fingers, then grew hot with a bright orange flame.

Hisaki sprinted forward with a hint of recklessness. As he approached Notwen at breakneck speeds, he dipped to Notwen's left. Upon getting on flat footing again, Hisaki did a fiery form of the Hyuuga Clan's Gentle Fist. Upon hitting four times, the fire began to dull in intensity and in form, so Hisaki dived right. He got footing again after the roll, and recited a second incantion, this time spreading his fingers apart like a pair of claws, “Scorn chastity and spite purity! These are the Claws of the Succubus! Second Realm: Talons of Eros.”

Hisaki's fingertips ignited in flames, and with just a flicker of his chakra, he summoned more and more gas to throw onto the flames. With a burst of skin-scorching heat, Hisaki was left with a flaming talon on each fingertip. With these two sets of sticky, scalding claws, Hisaki sprinted again to Notwen. He slashed wildly, like a wild tiger or bear. With each slash, the intesity of these flames began to disappear, just like his earlier technique. Once the flames got too low for him to simply claw away at his foe, Hisaki jumped backwards.

One, no two back flips later, Hisaki turned around towards where he seemed to have decimated Notwen, grabbing the Blade of Oblivion as he did. If a counter attack was coming, Hisaki was ready.

Notwen folded his arms across his chest and watched Hisaki's reaction to seeing Drow in his materialized form. The look on the Hyuuga's face was priceless. The long-haired blonde closed his light brown eyes, which were crimson when they were opened a second later. The three tomoe circled a few times around his pupils before settling. It seemed that Hisaki had activated his Byakugan since some of his chakra flow was diverted to his eyes. As soon as the proctor officially began the match, Hisaki extracted some sort of liquid from the watermelon-like gourd on his back, which he fashioned into orbs that were floating over his forefingers.
Huh? What is he doing? wondered Notwen as sounds of chanting reached his ears. He amplified the intake on his earrings and was able to discern what sounded like a prayer. Ah well, i expected him to stealth at least... After the prayer had been finished, two orange flames formed over the Hyuuga's fingers.
Hisaki ran at him, trying to jab at him with the flames, but Notwen activated his Suzume Koumyaku just in time to skate backwards and avoid taking any major damage. Once that tactic failed, thee Hyuuga tried to use the claw technique he'd used earlier, but before the fiery nails made any contact, a wall of blue flame erupted between Notwen and Hisaki's attack. Once the claws were stopped, Notwen jumped back, spreading the wings of blue flame. "That was really close. I applaud your combos."

After barely protecting himself from the Hyuuga's onslaught, Notwen decided it was best if he took the fight into the forest. Fighting in the open would lower his chances of victory. It was already hard to dodge Hisaki's techniques. Extinguishing his cobalt inferno for the time being, Notwen jumped up into a nearby tree and put some distance between him and his adversary. Deciding that he'd traveled far enough, the Uchiha sat against the trunk near the top of a tall tree. This forest was similar to Markry's, but it lacked the moisture and tropical plants. Nevertheless Notwen was satisfied by the cover it afforded.
"Now for a plan..." he said to himself, rubbing his chin with his forefinger. "Hisaki's jutsus seem to gain power from that liquid in his gourd, while that sword he was carrying almost cut me while i was dodging him. I guess I'll have to suppress his movements." Getting up and memorizing the surrounding area, Notwen made his way back to the clearing in a slightly altered course that would leave him on the opposite side of the forest and behind the Hyuuga. Lining himself up at an angle that would make it seem as if his next technique would come from Drow's apparition itself, Notwen let loose the astral arms that were Barada Yoga. From Hisaki's perspective, it would look like a pair of ghastly arms were growing out of the apparition's sleeves.

Hisaki heard a twang from out in the woods, and got another hint of where Notwen hid. Hisaki slapped his hands together, and leaves from the forest swirled around him. With a pop like a firecracker, Hisaki disappeared in a plume of smoke. Where he stood, there was a light whirlwind. The leaves gently flew down to the ground, making an approximate circle that showed where Hisaki used to be.

Instead, Hisaki was now out in the woods, homing in on Notwen. He wasn't hard to find, not with the Byakugan. Every tree was mostly see-though, so finding someone like Notwen and his Spirit friend was a pretty simple task. Now that he had them in his sights, Hisaki stopped for a moment, and planned his next attack. After a few quick calculations, Hisaki figured his best bet would be to go with the same combo as before, but this time, he had a little wiggle room to enjoy it. Hisaki stared at the boy for a moment, reciting his incantations silently beneath his breath. Although few would expect it, jutsu like his that needed verbal activation weren't really picky about how loud you say them.

Now, with a blade of oil over his right index and middle fingers, and a covering blade on each finger on his left, Hisaki was ready. Willing the oil to the side for a moment, Hisaki performed the Flash Step again, and with a poof, appeared directly behind Notwen. Hisaki laughed, "Out of the frying pan and into the fire, right?" He thrusted out his flaming right fingers, quickly taking aim at several of Notwen's tenketsu points. Following that up, Hisaki made a fearsome slash across what should have been Notwen's back. After the attack sputtered out, Hisaki back flipped again, back into the bushes. From there, the Leaf Ninja took a look back to see how he did.

(Sorry about the math errors, my internet has been on the fritz lately, and it's been kinda frustrating to get anything done without some sort of issue =P. In all the internet hubub, I must have missed one thing or another.)

Looking away from the damage caused by the piano wire, Notwen trained his crimson eyes on Hisaki. The leaf-nin was pointing in his direction, but not exactly at him. The Uchiha put a hand on his forehead and shook his head.
"C'mon Hisaki, at least take me by surprise. Don't let me know that you found me..." Notwen said to himself, noticing Hisaki's quick motion towards the undergrowth. Drow's apparition was hovering nearby, keeping track of the Hyuuga's movements.
"Notwen, the boy is coming towards you from the left." he said, folding his wings. The long-haired blonde activated his thermal scan and noticed the bright orange blip make its way towards him at an angle. When Hisaki broke through the foliage Notwen was ready.
Drow, now! he screamed in his mind. Just as Hisaki's claws were about to strike, Drow's wings began to ignite in blue flames. With quick movements, the astral apparition had the wings barring Hisaki's path. Once all the force behind the attack was absorbed, Drow forcibly reopened the wings, sending the leaf-nin flying into the tree behind him.
