While Cricket recommends you attend, it is not required at your OWN risk. xx→ descriptionxxx If you don't know how to handle an emergency of someone else's care, how do you handle an emergency of your own? Cricket teaches the basic of emergency care in order to keep students alive when she can't magically wink across campus. It also has practical in-unlife use outside of the school...

For someone who hasn't properly been into the Nurse's office, it seems her choice of classroom to use, not a far cry from where the same office, is very similar in type with paint peeling off of the walls and even one of the students nearly falling through the floor in one spot.
"What in oogie-boogie's name is with this room!!?" she comments, smoothing down her tail before making her way to a desk, grimacing at the rather large bug that has taken it over, before carefully flicking it off onto the floor, sitting herself into the desk and pulling her legs up onto it as well to frown at all of the creepy-crawlies.
This had to be the birthplace of those flesh-eating scarabs from 'THE MUMMY'.
However, once it seems awkward seating arrangements can be made for all students, the teacher, who has been absent up until this time, finally makes her appearance, seeming to bring even more insects with her and passing over the hole made in the floor by the falling student who is now frowning at the teacher with a great passion.
It seems you've all made it here in one piece... she says cryptically, as though she's actually disappointed by this fact... hooboy...

Cricket sits, half-hovering in the air while looking over the students who have assembled, before glancing to the door, as though expecting someone. After five minutes of staring (and thus giving latecomers an opportunity to come in and maybe find a seat before they were eaten), glancing only once back into the classroom when Shehk finally put her feet down, just to earn a really loud CRUNCH! under one foot, looking down to see bug squished between the floor and the bottom of her shoe.
... .....
Shehk had this feeling she was officially going to fail this class or be volunteered to be broken and then fixed a lot. And it was going to make her cry. Either way, it seemed that once Cricket was absolutely sure no more students were coming, she picked up a rather nice stack of papers, pawning them off on the Pricolici who had pretty much earned her scorn within 10 minutes of knowing each other (Shehk was crying on the inside, really).
"Pass these out." she said stiffly, Shehk sighing as she went around to pass out the papers while the ghost decided to continue what it was she was starting.

"I am Cricket, your school nurse for those of whom don't know me. This first paper I've handed out is a gauge of what you already know and will be all I expect for you to do this lesson. It is up to you whether or not you fill it out now and hand it in before you leave or if you hand it in at the beginning of next time." she starts while Shehk, having taken a momentary pause to hang an air-freshener-tree off of a certain skinwalker, makes a point to go back to her seat, the floor creaking in protest the whole way.
Someone should really fix that before someone falls through it and dies....... she thought with a sigh, before looking at the paper in front of her.
Hnnghhh....
"I have nothing else to start off lessons with outside of that. Be prepared to start real lessons by next class. IF you find you need me for something, my office is located up the hall from where we are located now..."
With more peeling paint and bugs. Woo hoo!

What to do!;
Feel free to have your student enter the classroom and interact with other students/goof off/yada~
When you fill out the paper (which does NOT require 'serious' answers, silly ones will be fun too~!), just post it back here for me to see either while this thread is still open for lesson or at the beginning of your post for the next class-session.
REMEMBER, YOU MUST POST AT LEAST 800 WORDS FOR THIS TO COUNT TOWARDS GROWTH POINTS.

Classes were finally starting, or at least one of the teachers had decided to hold a lesson of sorts that would count as going to class, and Temes could hardly contain her joy when she found out that it wasn't exactly something that involved her being book smart. The Chupacabra wasn't of limited intelligence by any means, she was actually pretty decent on the uptake and could make good grades if she studied and worked hard enough. Something as simple as first aide though surely wouldn't give the poor Chupacabra any grief and Chuppi happily scampered her way towards the direction she was supposed to be heading in. She'd seen Shehk heading in earlier, a good sign since that meant she knew at least one person who'd be in the lessons, and it was with renewed vigor and happiness that Chuppi stepped through the door. . . and through the floor.
"Good mor-!"
The wood had easily given way beneath the girl's startling and very surprising weight, leaving Chuppi to wriggle as the hole she'd created stopped right beneath her arms. The lower half of her body was dangling over something (she prayed to Jack that it was someplace safe and not occupied with horror or anything else), and she kicked her legs in an effort to get her toes hooked onto something. If she was able to get the tips of her toe-claws stuck into the wood she could try and hoist herself out. . .but from the looks of it she wasn't having much luck. Her gut was preventing her from being able to swing well enough and her overall size didn't do much help either.
With a very unhappy squeak she came to accept she was stuck in the floor a little bit away from the door. This lesson was already turning into the worst lesson ever. Chuppi hated school.

Sin walked towards her first class with a mild sense of annoyance. She had a plush elegant suite in the demon dorms, her wardrobe was all new, and she was away from her parents, so she ought to be happy. The trouble was she had been too busy moving in and worrying about how she would fit in that she hadn't made a single friend. Now she was worried, she had an image to maintain, she had to be demon elite, but she wanted some actual friends pretty badly too. She was so wrapped up in her thoughts she almost tripped over the monster embedded in the floor. She paused before her high heel could connect with chupi's face and frowned. "What are you doing?" She asked her brow aching for a moment before she huffed.
She had that demon image to maintain so she swept past. "Hurry up or you'll be late to class" She murmured over her shoulder at the stuck monster. She slipped into the room and sat down quickly snatching her paper and starting to write responses. Out of the corner of her eye she glanced around trying to locate a potential friend and sort the popular type from the socially inept. School taught one so many things.

(( Edited cuz I somehow missed that Chuppi is heavier than she looks! )) Kasumi poked her head into the classroom, finding that it was slowing filling up. She happily stepped in, seeing two other girls here and look! It was taught by a woman, and a woman ghost at that! Smiling, Kasumi was filled with glee and she waved to the two other students participating already. She was excited to learn! Of course, this meant work, but the ghost was prepared for that. She even found a pencil laying around with which to work. She twirled it in her hands a few times before dropping it, bending over to snatch it up. She waved to the smaller, more reptilian girl and walked over to introduce herself. Oh wait, the girl was IN THE FLOOR. But no matter! "Hello! I'm Kasumi. It's a pleasure to meet you and be in this classroom. I'm afraid I don't know much about first aid, though, which is why I'm here. Being a ghost, I don't really ever... have these problems, you know?" Reaching down with a hand, she went to help the poor girl up. She was too excited to really notice the holes in the floor and besides, it's not like a fall would do much. Chuppi, however, was heavier than she expected, and without any real muscle to assist, Kasumi was at a loss. She tried to find something to use as a counterweight while the demon looking girl simply left Chuppi there. After that ordeal, Kasumi wiped the non-existent sweat from her brow. Taking up one of the papers, Kasumi bowed deeply to the Nurse, admiring both her work ethic and her ghastly appearance. "I'll try my best, ma'am." Finding residence at a nearby, the ghost sat down and went to work. When she was finished, she presented the nurse with her paperwork. Obviously, she had a lot to learn, not remembering what it was like to be alive. Pushing the tips of her fingers together, Kasumi bit her lip. "Ma'am, if we would just like to... speak with you, would we be able to do that? I mean, just girl-to-girl, nothing super serious or strenuous. I mean... is that alright?"Kasumi's Paper

Emergency Aid Level 1. It was the first class made available to the students this semester. While not really one to delve into the finer points of medicine Valk had signed his name onto the class roster without a second thought. At the time he had figured that it wouldn't hurt to have such knowledge under his belt and after looking into the other classes the Valkyrie decided that he had made the right choice. After all, nearly seventy percent of the other classes has some kind of warning attached to them. He might as well know how to patch himself up.
The first thing that he noticed as he approached the door was the small scaled girl standing in the doorway. No, standing would be the wrong word for it. She was half buried in the floor, and judging by the size of the other female who was trying so desperately to pull her from the make-shift prison, the reptilian female wasn't going anywhere soon. At least... not without assistance of an object to act as leverage.
He was about to offer his assistance when the paler of the two girls succeeded with her task. With no real reason as to why he would be standing any more, Valk took careful steps towards the an empty seat towards the back of the room. It wasn't his first choice of seats, that was for sure, but he knew better than to try and claim a front seat with wings like his. They were eyesores and honestly, as much as he loved attention, he didn't want to cause a disruption in the middle of class. Setting his spear down so that it leaned against the back of the chair in just the right way so that it would be easily accessible but at the same time not serve as a fire-hazard, he awaited the beginning of the class.
Ruby eyes snapped towards yet another female, this one handing out what looked to be a work sheet of some form. Giving her a soft smile, he let out an almost silent thank you before turning his attention down to the paper. Tugging a pencil from his shorts pocket, Valk softly tapped it against a tanned cheek before filling the questionnaire out to the best of his ability.

Shehk seemed to sigh, looking down at her paper, setting it down on her desk before, with some great care, going over to assist Chuppi in getting out of the hole in the floor. A-ha! It took some great effort on the Pricolici's part, but fortunately having some height had a way for at least giving one leverage in getting out of floor-holes.
Sadly, it had almost been her fate earlier as well.
"Oh Candlejack. You would think they'd fix these fl-" she cut herself off, looking over at the female ghost who seemed to have just developed a girlcrush on the teacher, her own ears flicking back; NooOooo thank you! The b***h of the classroom (No matter how any demoness would try, Cricket was the supreme b***h of the room) was not going to be her friend, though once she'd had her moment of 'Buuhhh~??', she'd taken a moment to dust off the Chupacabra.
"They need to fix these floors or something if they can't take all your muscle!" she jested, obviously meaning to play it off as though Chuppi was SO MUCH MUSCLE (which she was, to some extent) that the floor couldn't handle it.
Which may have been the case.
Cricket, on the other hand, seemed to be very unphased by both the near-loss of ANOTHER student in one class period, but also the sudden respect she was getting from the ghostly girl in front of her...who appeared to also be a ghost! Not that this did much in boosting the queen-b***h's (as Shehk had titled her) 'affection' towards her class.
"I can only offer so much in conversation, but you're free to talk. I can't promise I'll have much to say back."
It was a frank statement, even if her tone was a bit harsher than it should have been. Then again, she didn't seem pleased in general to be there.

Kasumi smiled, though she couldn't help a nervous fidget. She hadn't met another other ghosts around campus (and she didn't find anyone in her dorm particularly friendly or interesting), so this opportunity seemed golden for her. While Miss Nurse Cricket didn't seem particularly friendly, Kasumi chalked it up to years of experience and having to deal with whiny brats during who-knew-how-many-years of her tenure at the Academy. Still, Kasumi admired her like the hero of a child's dreams. She was everything Kasumi hoped to be and more - strong, confident, wise and above all, not crazy. Or at least, Kasumi thought so. There were many hands coming out of the floorboards then, but she ignored them, instead happily conversing with the nurse she admired so. "I don't mean to be a bother, ma'am, it's just that... I haven't really had anyone to talk to about... ghost problems? I mean, not medical in any way but mental. Do we have a counselor here that students can talk to? I'm sure you're a very busy woman, ma'am."
Rubbing the back of her head, Kasumi looked down at her bare feet. "To be honest, ma'am, I don't want to be a bother." She looked about, spotting the young wolf woman she remembered seeing, and the chupacabra was safe, thankfully. She was heavier than she looked! Not that Kasumi would know, having little to no muscle mass (considering she had, you know, no muscle at all!) Being in the first aid class would give her insight into how the other student's bodies operated since she had none to worry about. Suddenly, reading over the paperwork made her rather proud of that fact!
Miss Nurse Cricket was a very brave woman to perform her duties here for years on end in Kasumi's mind. A perfect role-model. "It's a pleasure to be here, ma'am." she said simply, walking to a nearby desk and taking a seat.

Valentino was in time for his class, it wasn't easy, but today he was able to tear himself away from his experiment. Today he had been watching plants grow, it was as boring as watching blood dry. He saw some other student already in class, some of them were familiar, but most of them were not. At the head of the class, a quiz was already waiting for him. It was a strange test, Valentino could sing all the ways to injure people, but to save them, that took some thinking. He spent a minute thinking before answers started to pop into his head. Valentino realized that he could remember the lessons that he had acquired from his lifetime, he had been a doctor (in training, but who cared?). However, he still couldn't remember where he had learned all of his skills, or where he had gone to school. With this test, he just looked at the questions and the answers popped into his head.

Like he knew what to do when someone else was bleeding! He was a siren! Hypothermia was what got him dinner half the time! If guys didn’t drown then they died of cold! That was how his mother had explained it at least when she came home with blue colored sailors with gross purple fingers, (his sisters loved the purple fingers, he personally didn’t like how they were always so slimier then the rest of the meat). And choking? He knew you beat people on the back but he’d always been told just puke it up and eat smaller bites. His medical training had been for care in his race, not out of it. Woefully Ignorant, Israfel felt a sudden sense he’d taken a course he’d fail at miserably. No doubt the undead would have a worse time. Heck did undead even bleed? Some oozed. Mostly puss, (ew e w ew so nasty), but bleeding wasn’t generally an issue for them was it? And how did a ghost bleed? Did they just drip ectoplasm? Ghosts didn’t even eat so how could they choke? Looking at the paper, the blue siren made a cawing sound of distress. He knew it wasn’t a test but it certainly felt like one. He just tried to think of all encompassing things. Sadly, Israfel just thought ‘oh my god what if that would kill them?’ Or better yet ‘Wait, is that even possible?’ He didn’t want to know if helping someone puke would cure choking. Not if it meant sticking his hand in their mouth. Some monsters might eat said hand. He just chose to turn in his form for now.

Lilura walked into her first class and smiled brightly. Tartalo looked around as well, liking the class for his little nina. She had decided to take this particular class in order to better care for her cousins, nieces, and nephews. After all they were always getting into a tumble. Not to mention she carried around a big knife basically so it helped to know what to do incase someone got hurt. Tartalo had agreed to this statement when she told him of her enrollment though it did make him feel the slightest bit guilty at being a weapon. He would never, of course, hurt his little nina but accidents did happen. "Buenos Dias, Senora Cricket!" she beamed. She looked around at the other students, smiling at them but noticing only one other reaper. Where were the other witches and warlocks in the school? Perhaps it was harder for them to get in? Or most of their parents sent them to private magic schools. But Lilura was glad to have been sent here! She wanted to learn everything she could and interact with all sorts of other creatures. Private schools were too restrictive in their education and everyone was all so similar. Now she would get a real education! She nodded to the teacher before taking the paper and looking it over. Ah this was definately something she knew the answers too. After all her mother had told her all the answers to any sickness she would ever get. She took her seat and diligently scribbled down all her answers. Tartalo tried to help her but she reminded him it had to be HER answers! He sighed and nodded before returning to creature watching. She didn't want him to help her, otherwise how would she really learn? Finally she was done and turned in her paper.

The gnome had slipped into the room while all the students were busy attempting to figure out the sheet. While it remained curious as to how a tiny piece of paper could be so interesting, it had a greater task at hand. Just as the nurse headed to tend to something, it ran right into the desk and grabbed one of these precious pieces of paper. It hid behind a student, chuckling every so often, scribbling with its bright blue crayon something onto the sheet of paper. Then just as quickly - with ninja-like gnome jutsu skills - it slipped the paper back onto the desk, all filled out, and fled the scene.

It was most proud of the four minutes it spent decorating the paper with hearts. That will show their stupid 'employer' to mess with them again after the bathroom mass genocide.
