Yes'm! Check my journal for my updates.
I was on day 8, bf came in from WI for 4 days, took that whole week off, restarted. I'm on Day 18 now. (Week 2 day 4?)
I'm doing the Lean Version for 30 days, then either switching to INSANITY or just adding the Pure Cardio from Insanity (30 minutes) to my routine 2-3 times per week.
How are you doing with it? I don't have any supplements, just weights, bands, and a pullup bar (sing bands for pullups right now).

Dia Dementia i've been hearing about this for quite some time now... what exactly is it? sweatdrop 90-day in home bootcamp. It would make Jillian Michaels cry. You switch up your routine every 30 days and it focuses on Muscle-confusion. The exercises are, depending on whether you do "Classic" or "Lean", daily resistance/weight training sessions of 40-60 minutes, coupled with (for "Lean") 40 minute cardio, or 90 minutes of yoga. Add a 20 minute Ab routine 3x per week, too.
It is not easy, it is not for beginners. But you WILL get results. I'm on day 18, in 12 days I'll be posting my 30-day update pics, you can see if there are any results, and if you're interested. (:

I'm doing "Lean":
1: Core Synergistics (50 minutes of core) 2: Cardio X (45 minutes of Cardio moves / plyometrics / core) 3: Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X (50 min sculpt, 20 min crunches) 4: Yoga X (90 minutes) 5: Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X (50 min sculpt, 20 min crunches) 6: Kenpo X (55 min punch/kick/block) 7: X Stretch or Rest
I <3 Kenpo. So much.

I'm terrible at the keno. Haha. I feel like I'm just flailing around. My boyfriend is also doing the program with me, and he is amazing at it, but I think that's largely due to the fact that he was in martial arts as a kid.

Hey hey hey. I flail with the best of 'em! cool heart
You just have to totally pretend you're a ninja taking on like 100 people. I don't have excellent form and I don't look great, but I kick and punch until I'm dripping with sweat and as I don't risk injury, I don't care how I look! Ahahaha. I should take a video of it, it's pretty funny. whee
I'm like, "Hey you! CLAWPULLPUNCH!" "Oh, you want some? CLAWPULLPUNCH!" "How's your friend like HIS serving of SWORDHAMMER!"

So I have been doing terrible following this,
I think im going to cut down to 3 times a week. Pushups, Plyo, Yoga, and the Ab ripper.
I find it too exhausting to do all 6, especially when I am also rockclimbing 3-4 times a week.
