Physical Description: Light skin, red hair, Decent build, Crimson that turn grey blue randomly so he never really knows his eye color, He wears a dark black shirt. He also favors a bandage which is wrapped around his left hand and is also black. He likes to wear jeans to but he wears the kimono if it is necessary. He keeps his blade around his waist but occasionally he will have it on his back.
Personality: Sometimes strong silent type, Shy especially around girls, Loner but knows how to respect his superiors, Quiet, When in battle can get angry and lose his focus fast. He enjoys a good fight. He has a 2 tattood on his face and chest. It is unknown to others why its there, but its said to signify his split personality and that he is a gemini. Like 2 people in 1.

Zanpakutou Spirit: Saibāookami- Sam's best friend. She has been there for him through everything. A young girl that trusts in Sam a lot. She has a great affection for him and would do anything to help him better himself. She respects him a lot and they both have mutual feelings. They treasure each other and feel complete with the other. She has wolf ears and yellow eyes. Sam loves wolves and that may be why they work so well together.

Shikai Description: A large scythe.
Shikai Powers/Attacks:
1. Shadō-en (shadow blaze) fiery shadows expel from the blade setting things aflame with black fire when it makes contact. The wave is long ranged and travels pretty far before evaporating unless it hits something. It can only make contact with an object once. If it hits something, that is where it stops.
2. Hakai no hikari (lightwave of destruction) White wave released from blade that cuts through most material and also explodes at contact if it has a hard impact. For instance hitting a solid wall or the ground.

Bankai Description: The scythe seperates held together by chain
Bankai Powers/Attacks:
1. De~yuo no kizu (The duo scar) 2 light waves and 2 dark waves ( black and white) expel from blade when slashed in x . The wave is shaped as an X and slice through most material and set things aflame with black and white fire. It also explodes when it has a hard impact, for instance hitting a wall or the ground. This attack can cut down solid objects such as buildings or pillars if enough power is still in Sam. (50% needed)
2. Baransu-sen (Balance ray) A white beam fires from end of blades with shadow wrapping around it. Big explosion on contact.
Same result with distance. This attack is very destructive and requires a substantial amount of energy to perform. He would stray away from this unless it is very much needed. It leaves him tired and vulnerable to instant attacks if it misses.

3. Final Flash- An attack that drains all of his energy. This attack generaly is used to cause substantial damage to an opponent. The chain wraps around a target and tangles them up, constricting them. Sam's bandages wrap around his body and a cloak enshroad's him as a spear made of all his remaining power forms. It is made of pure energy and is not solid. He throws the spear at the entangled target which explodes on contact.

Biography/History: Born in America Samuel moved around a lot. He moved to Japan later in his life to live with some relatives. His brother was killed in a accident involving a drunk driver. Him and Samuel were walking from the city when a crashed occurred. Somehow his brother pushed him out the way but was impaled by a large shard of metal. His family died in a plane crash coming to japan from America on vacation. It left him and his mother. His mother worked hard to take care of him. It was a rough time. One night during a drive Samuel and his mother were in an accident killing his mother instantly. The truck that hit them was carrying radioactive equipment for the gov. Some of it got onto Sam during the crash giving a bad disease. He died of that disease 2 years later. When he went to the soul society he was a loner. He had no friends and he didn't speak at all. Sam met cool friends in the school but he spoke. That's where he got his nickname phantom because of how silent he moved and the fact that he never spoke. After graduating he started to travel and he still does to this day. But he hopes to settle down soon. He also hopes to some day see his brother again. He has heard stories of his brother being a shinigami.
