Reaper
Played By: Sapphire Spider

Basic Statistics
Real Name: Michael Blackstone
Alias: Reaper, Blake Stone
Age: Physically, he appears to be in his mid-twenties. Realistically…he should be in his fifties. His heredity plus the experimentation and genetic altering of his body has nearly frozen his aging process.
Gender: Male
Nationality: American
Race/Species: Human; Meta-human; Blood Being.
Current status (marital/dating): Single.
Police/Criminal/Legal record: He’s never legally been charged for anything, because he’s never been caught and / or his actions have been covered-up. He is a serial killer.
Occupation: Assassin.
Title/Rank: Serial Killer.
Hobbies/Pastimes: Cutting people and animals up. Making bloody art.
Talents/Skills/Powers: His “original” powers are his “Reaper powers”. Those consist of a form of immortality, the ability to melt his physical form into fire and travel about in a long stream of it, transform his physical form into that of a skeleton, transform his clothing into whatever form he desires, pull his full scythe out of his cloak, drain others of their blood and life force by touch, and copy others powers through the DNA in their blood.
Powers and abilities that he has gained through blood contact, and uses the most consist of; self duplication, teleportation, shadow teleportation and manipulation, telepathy, and telekinesis.
He has other powers, and may continue to collect more powers
He can transform into his Reaper form, which is basically that of a traditional Reaper. Skeletal form, bloody cloak. His form is completely stained in blood though.
In his Blood form, his cloak turns black and he is riddled with horns and spikes. Other than black tendrils, that is the biggest physical change he undergoes.
When in his Blood form, and pushed to absolute rage, more of the Blood form takes over his body. The cloak practically vanishes, and he is a mix of red exoskeleton and black, tar-like skin. His skeletal structure changes and adjusts to that of an actual Blood being.
When in his Kryptonite Blood form, his boney skeleton becomes kryptonite.
Physical Characteristics
Hair: Jet black.
Eyes: Pure black.
Tattoos/Scars? When broken down into his human form; scars across his forehead, arms, ribs, back, and legs (all from his own excursions or from the last fight he had with his father). He has a massive scar across his chest over his heart, where it was supposedly removed during experimentation. The numbers “297” are carved into his upper right arm.
Distinguishing features: Black hair and eyes are typically a signature Blackstone gene. His eyes are usually cold and emotionless. When in his skeletal form, his entire being becomes a blood-soaked skeleton. When in his Blood form, he has a skeletal exoskeleton, spikes, horns, and inky black “skin”. When kryptonite Blood form, his exoskeleton and horns become kryptonite based.
Costume: In his Reaper form, he is a blood-stained skeleton in a bloody red robe that hides all but his hands and face.
How does s/he dress or what do they typically wear? He’s been seen a lot in a crimson suit-outfit that’s rather gothicesque. Other than that he likes suits, and anything that he can get dirty in.
Weapons: When not using his powers, he favors blades. He used to cut his victims up with antique blades his father had given him. Now, given his Reaper persona, he carries a bloody scythe.
Health: Fairly good. Because of his form of immortality, he cannot die of natural causes. He rarely gets sick. If he does, it’s because he caught something while he “had a heart”.
Physical Flaws: He can literally turn into a monster. Most of the time, he has the cold eyes of a murderer. When unwillingly broken down into his human form, he has quite a few physical scars.
Physical Qualities: He has a decent physique; experimentation has provided him with a more sculpted body than he once had. He keeps himself cleaned up despite how bloody he likes to get. Both Richard and Edel usually have good-looking children, and Michael has been blessed with both genes.
Other Characteristics
Are they generally balanced or clumsy? Balanced. He can be very careful, and very steady with bladed objects at quick speeds.
Mannerisms/Poses/Movement: Usually, Michael comes off as a very solitary human being. He doesn’t engage in conversation unless he needs to, he keeps to himself, and will usually avoid other people as much as he can. If he isn’t in a good mood, or even if he’s just in a neutral mood, he can sometimes give off “dangerous vibes” that make others uncomfortable to be around him, or instinctively alert them that he’s a dangerous man. He usually has a rather large and heavy chip on his shoulder, and doesn’t take to “authoritive figures” very well.
Since some of the events in this universe, he has become a little more “people friendly”. He has less of a “danger vibe” unless he becomes annoyed or angered, and he is more aware of how he should act around others so he doesn’t make them uncomfortable. He’s also developed a bit of a higher tolerance for others, and self control for himself. Though he still prefers to keep to himself unless he’s around people he’s managed to befriend.
Habits/OCDs/Obsessions: Blood. From a very early age he has had a fascination and craving for blood. Since childhood, it’s become an “art form” and profession for him. Since acquiring his Reaper powers, blood has even more benefits as it will refresh and sustain him, as well as give him new powers thanks to the DNA he absorbs through it.
Psychological/Personality Attributes and Attitudes
Intelligence Level: Though he’s gone through VERY private schooling, his intelligence level is fairly average. He wasn’t much for books.
Character's long-term/short-term goals/desires in life: He has no real goals in life other than immediate satisfaction. As someone who knew Michael once said, “he’s an outcast and directionless little creature.” As far as some events from this universe go…he’d be happy to be completely rid of X, get what he needs and wants while staying on everyone’s good side (for now), and doing whatever he can to make Felicia happy.
Secret desires: To be “normal”, and to have a father’s love back. He’d give anything to NOT have a fixation with blood, to act like and think like a normal man…and to have the family he once had as a child.
How do they see him/herself? As a monster. From an early age, he was aware that there was something wrong with him, something bad. It’s gotten worse over time, to the point of no return. He doesn’t think he can ever really re-gain his humanity.
What is the character most proud of? That he loves what he does, and he is very, very good at it.
What does the character like least about themselves? Almost everything. When he’s not doing what he loves, he’s not proud of himself at all.
Patience level: Depends on who or what’s involved. If he wants to be patient, he can be. If not, he has a very quick temper that can become a blind rage.
Most at ease when: Surrounded by blood.
Ill at ease when: His father is around, restrictions are put on him, his life is in danger.
Character/Personality/Mental/Social Strengths:
Character/Personality/Mental/Social Flaws:
If they could be described with one of the seven virtues, which would it be?
If they could be described with one of the seven sins, which would it be? Wrath and envy. He loves blood and has a rather short temper. He’d also like nothing more than to be normal and have a normal life, but he knows that will never happen.
Biggest Vulnerability (non physical): Fear of his own death, childhood and past trauma that he never really recovered from, quick temper that can sometimes throw him into a blind rage.
Optimist or Pessimist: Pessimistic. He‘s lived the majority of his life in less than favorable circumstances.
Introvert or extrovert: Introvert. He does not open himself up to others easily.
Greatest Fear: Death, believe it or not. He grew up in a fairly Christian household, but doesn’t reserve a lot of faith in powers above. He does, however, believe that he’s going to go to the “other” place when he dies, and no amount of good he tries to do is going to change that or who he truly is. And if his live is horrible now, he can’t imagine what it’ll be like when he dies.
Other Fears/Insecurities/Phobias:
Emotional/psychological/social peculiarities:
Biggest regret: Pretty much being born into the family he had. Being the first child of Edel and Richard to actually survive infancy, he was left with a “family curse”. So he had about five years to be a normal, happy little boy, then everything spiraled down hill.

Emotional Characteristics
Describe character's sense of morals:
What do they consider taboo (something they personally would never do): He’s…pretty much done everything. He doesn’t feel that he could actually kill his mother or father, and he’s very hesitant to kill anyone else from the Blackstone or Condulmer line. If a young child that looked like, or reminded him of himself, he wouldn’t harm them.
Spontaneous or structured? Little of both. He has a set way of doing things when it comes to making “quiet kills” or “professional work”. But, if he just feels like doing something, he’ll do it.
Instinctual or logical? He’s more instinctual than he is logical.
How does this character act in public?
How does this character act in privacy?
How does this character deal with or react to:
Conflict/Danger: He’ll usually face it head on.
Fear: Fight or flight instinct will kick in, and he’ll usually go straight to fight.
Change: He’ll take it slow until he gets his bearings and feels comfortable.
Loss: Loss of someone close to him…he hasn’t dealt with yet.
Pain: Because of his powers, he really doesn’t feel pain. If someone manages to catch him in a “weakened” state, he’ll usually still have a high tolerance for pain. He’ll grunt and growl, but he’ll push though the pain until he rips apart whoever hurt him.
Stress: He doesn’t handle it well…he’ll try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, no matter what the quickest solution would be. Or he’ll try to dump the “responsibility” or “blame” onto someone else.
Peer pressure: Not well either. If angered or bribed well, he’ll probably do what’s being asked of him.
Guilt: It doesn’t happen very often at all. When it does, he’s internally very hard on himself. He’ll try to make it up to whoever he felt he did wrong, then leave them alone completely until they make the move to find or talk to him again.
Being wrong: He doesn’t like to admit he’s wrong, so he’ll argue for a bit before shutting up and letting it go. If there’s a rather large amount of proof, he won’t try to argue at all.
Being criticized: He hates it…he will get mad instantly.
Being insulted (superficially: name calling, etc): Instant annoyance…and he’ll kill the offender under normal circumstances.
Being loved: He’s not used to it at all. It’s been so long since he’s had love from anyone (other than a mother), that it’s a new experience entirely.
Being hated: He’s gotten so used to it that it barely even phases him any longer. Unless it’s by someone he’s come to care about. Then it will really bother him.

Psychoanalysis (Describe why they act the way they do):
Does it stem from childhood or an event, or chemical?
Relationships with others (non-married)
Relationship Skills: Not very good. He can be suave, and used to be very good at getting a woman, but he usually ended up killing his dates and girlfriends when he grew tired of them. That was well over twenty years ago, and he’s not been with a woman or anything since then. He doesn’t believe he’d be capable of having a lasting relationship.
Loves (non sexual): Lana Kelsey (deceased), his mother, and his father.
Crushes: Black Cat.
Marital status: Single.
Pets: He used to have lots of “disposable” pets as a kid. He had one dog that he actually treated as a pet. When his father’s dog was too rough with it and killed it, Michael accidentally killed his father’s dog. That was the last pet Michael ever had.
Describe their sense of trust: Low. He has a hard time trusting anyone. When he actually does come to trust someone, it will usually take only one betrayal of his trust for him to not trust them at all.
What type of individuals does s/he like or associate with? People that will accept him for who he is; people that don’t associate with him just because they want to use him, people who don’t want to kill him or lock him up, people that he can basically tolerate.
Do they know anyone who's died, and if so who and how were they affected? The death of his step-brother completely ruined his relationship with his father for good.
Family (they were raised with)
Birthparent(s): Richard Blackstone (father), Edel Condulmer (mother).
Are they still alive? Yes.
Siblings (if any): Theodore (Teddy) Blackstone; His father’s son with Annalice Beckley. Michael has many, many step-siblings, but he’s only been physically close enough Teddy to consider him a sibling.
Are they still alive, if not who died and when? No; Teddy was murdered when he was 17.
How did s/he get along with the family as a whole? While he was very young, he got along very well with his family. As things went downhill, he got along less and less with his parents and step relatives. He became rather detached to his family as he grew older.
How did s/he get along with the siblings, if any? He wasn’t sure how to take to his step-brother when they were both still young. As Michael grew older, he grew bitterly jealous of Teddy.
Describe their family life/dynamic, growing up: Stable in the beginning…broken beyond repair as he grew older.
Describe their family life/dynamic now: Still broken. He won’t have anything to do with his father, he’s just starting to accept his mother’s help again.
