Azar stretched herself out in the front of the den. Her tail flicked around behind her very contempt with spending a few moments outside of the den taking a break from wandering the pridelands as she did before. She remembered leaving her cubs with Khin to take care of but he was wandering toward the watering hole last time she saw him he said that they were sleeping. Azar was fine with this idea she had the chance to wander but at the second she was enjoying spending her time laying out in front of the den taking a moment to rest.
She loved her cubs but some times they really drove her insane, she really wished that she was prepared to have ten of them, that was a lot more then she thought she was going to have she wa smore ready to have something more like her sister had, five cubs would have been wonderful to her. That wasn't the way it worked though.
She liked them but at this age she liked them more when they were sleeping. Other times she heard a lot of "Mommy I want food!" "Mommy he stole my rock!" "Mommy daddy is asleep will you play with me! Mommy he hit me!" She never could really remember if she acted like that on top of that. She knew her siblings and even herself were trouble makers but she could have sworn she wasn't that bad. She chuckled slightly and laid her head on the ground smiling slightly as she did enjoying the idea of this she thought it was pretty funny at times but at the same time she couldn't wait to see the grow and change.
But for now she was focused on laying out and relaxing in front of the den.

Miale'ku'majivu HAD been asleep. In fact, she'd been having a rather nice dream. And then one of her siblings' paws had found its way into her face and woken her up. She blinked the sleep away groggily, rolling back a bit so the paw was no longer in her face. She yawned, and tried to go back to sleep. And failed. Miserably. She grumbled and got herself up. That was no good.
Looking around, she noticed none of her siblings were up. And Daddy wasn't there. MOMMY, however, was. Miale perked up and manuvered her way through her throng of siblings so she could flop on her mother's tail.
"I can't get back to sleep, Mommy."

Azar was pretty startled as she felt some one land on her tail, she didn't know what to think about this. She turned around quickly not sure who it was who was landing on her tail. She chuckled slightly and then smiled at the small cub she reached out one of her paws and pulled the cub closer to her settling her in between her front paws. "Oh my." She chuckled slightly at first.
"Well, thats no good." She shook her head before smirking slightly. "then that means you should get a bath, hummm?" she teased slightly running one of her rough tongues over the cub's forehead, she did plan on giving all of the cubs a bath today this was a way to start that was for sure

AHCK! BATH! Miale whined a bit when her mother tried starting. "But I didn't get really dirty, Mommy..." Blah...she HATED bathtime. In her opinion, it was the lowest point a day could reach. She wiggled a bit. "See! I'm not pale from sand, and I don't have any dirt splotches!"
Truth was, she'd given herself a quick once over at the spots of dirt and sand earlier, just so she could try and avoid a bath.

Azar laughed slightly as she looked down at the cub then she nudged the cub again. "Well then what can I say." She laughed as she looked at the cub's forehead. "Your nose is dirty." She laughed slightly shaking her head before she started to clean her more before laughing again. "Your mommy used to do the same thing to try to get out of bathes."
She smirked before nudging her cub sos he could more forward more. "Well take it this way you can get your bath done first and while everyone is getting theirs done you can be playing." She smiled softly at the idea as she continued to clean the cub. "How as your day?"she asked sweetly she was curious about what the cub was up to, she was happy to have one cub at a time it was very nice kind of refreshing for the moment.

Miale pouted, not truly wanting a bath. But...the logic her mother presented was too much. It made SENSE. Therefore...she couldn't really argue without whining. And a good Firekin didn't WHINE. "Yes, Mommy." It...would be nice to be free while her siblings were getting their torture.
"I had a good day, Mommy. We all played. And I got to watch some of the grown-ups spar." She frowned. "Some of them hit too quick."

Azar looked down at her cub curiously. "Really? did you like watching the grown ups spar?" She questioned the lioenss curiously she wanted to know what her children did while she was busy teaching other young lions. She cared about her cubs a lot and she never wanted to see something ever happen to them. "What do you mean?" She asked with a smile still on her face licking carefully making sure to get what ever could have been missed by the little cub. She was asking a bout the hit to quick thing. It kind of confused her, she wanted to know what her children were thinkjing and seeing while she was away.

The cub nodded. "I do like watching, Mommy. I learn a lot!" She actually leaned into the grooming this time. "So maybe I can become a good fighter when I grow up, like you and Daddy." She wanted very much to make them proud of her when she was all grown-up.
"They hit too quick. Like..." She thought about it a moment. "They don't wait for the right time. Kinda like me and my brothers and sisters, when we were first wrestling." Miale had always been a quick study, able to figure things out...even if she didn't always know the right phrasing just yet.

Azar purred quietly she was really glad that her cubs were up for leaning. This made her more and more excited the more she thought about it. She really hoped that all of her cubs grew up strong and were fighters. But there was something that she really wanted to see happen. She really wanted her girls to be strong and she wanted her girls to be wonderful fighters. She knew some times males were looked at as the stronger fighters however Azar wouldn't take that as true. She hated that idea, it was very much true that girls were just as strong as guys and that was all to it to her, some times stronger.
"What do you mean they hit too quick?" She asked curiously interested into what she meant by that. She paused running her tongue down her daughter's back before pausing and thinking for a moment. "What else have you been up to lately? How have the nannies been?" She knew that there were a lot of times she had a nanny over to make sure to take care of the cubs while she was out and while her mate was out. She wanted to make sure they were well taken care of.

Miale smiled at her mother. "They don't wait for a good opening." She was glad her bath seemed over with. At least she wouldn't have to have one while her siblings endured the torture! "Mostly wrestling. And playing. And watching others. Trying to make sure the others don't do anything too stupid." She looked up to her mother. "The nannies are good. They're teaching us lots of nifty things, and making sure we know how the pride runs smoothly. I think so we know what we wanna do when we grow up."

Azar purred quietly before nodding. "Ah, yes, if you don't wait for a good opening then the spar can go down hill." She chuckled at the idea thinking of a few duels that went wrong because of that. She paused for a moment before she spoke again. "You see, everyone knows that you must act quickly when you fight," She looked down at the cub and then started to clean carefully once again. "But some forget that you can't attack very quickly." This was so true and she'd seen many mistakes.
She flicked her tail around before paying careful attention to what the cub was saying about the nannies, she didn't like the idea of some one bad watching her cubs, she just wanted to make sure that her cubs were learning the things that she wanted them to learn when she wasn't teaching them. She wanted to make sure that her cubs were being taught well when she wasn't around to teach them. She smiled some, what she heard pleased her and made her pretty happy. "Well, I'm glad to know of the things. Do you like them?" She asked her daughter curiously. "I'm going to ask your grandpa soon if I can take a little time off to be able to spend some more time with you guys. I miss being around with you guys." She nodded, it was pretty true.

The cub seemed a bit down that her bath wasn't over with, but knew better than to argue. "So in a fight, you have to be quick AND smart?" That sounded right to her...so she hoped she was right. She closed her eyes and tried to attempt enjoying the bath, like she'd seen some other cubs do. At one point, she nodded at her mother's question.
"I do like the nannies. They're strong and smart, and know lots." She opened her eyes and looked hopeful that her mother might be able to spend more time with them. She did miss her mother when she was away from them. "I hope Grandpa lets you. I miss you when you're gone, even though the nannies are nice."
