Rimay flew through the skies, bored, which wasn't really unusual for her. When she caught the sparkle of moonlight off a river, she spiraled downward, figuring she'd get a drink and move on.

Melina flitted alongside the river. Had something been chasing her? Felt like it had. Oh well. This was fun. her hooves danced upon the grass as she darted this way and that. She remembered some one who had wings. She wanted those wings. But she couldn't remember who. Oh well. Running was fun.

"oh!" she said happily seeing the other pony. "Are you my friend?" she asked. She did have friends, right? Maybe. She thought she did. Well, she did now! Yay! What fun! A friend!
