I'm inclined to believe no, it is not GaGa. I knew a guy in high school who bore the same kind of body frame and facial resemblance(Except he was blonde, and later grew sideburns)
I think it is just a lookalike really, but honestly, who can know for sure unless she comes out with an official yes or no
