Physical Description:
Standing at 6'2, he towers over many Japanese, mainly for the fact that he is NOT Japanese. He has a tan skin color, which brings out the odd, deep red colored eyes. These are simply contacts, however, as he normally would need glasses. Under the contacts, he has soft blue eyes, which would go well with the long black hair he could have. His hair is a blackish color, but it does not seem long for the fact that it is extremely messy, for he does not like the idea of a comb. Rin is relatively muscular, but in a compact way, not a steroid looking way, in fact, most wouldn't notice unless he flexed. From his right shoulder to the bottom left of his back, he has dark red scar, which was actually the cause of death in his previous life. He has what one might call a long face, a somewhat pointed nose, and even though people call him "big mouth," it is quite small.
Being the rebellious type that he is, his shinigami attire is usually quite... odd, one might say. It's different almost every time you see him. Occasionally, he will take off a sleeve which slightly reveals the muscles, but many times, he will cover the revealed arm with another sleeve. On one occasion, he he had three hakamas on, each cut at different intervals to look almost like a long gothic lolita dress. It's mostly him trying to achieve a finished, personal look. He also has an abnormally long belt.
Personality:
Rin is... an odd person. One might call say he has multiple personalities, mostly because you never know how much he has had to drink. When he has had very little, he is a bit grumpy, though still sarcastic as he would be in all situations. As the drinks continue, the more playful he is, the more flirtatious he is (occasionally with men to screw with them), but still, the more sarcastic he is.
Even in a fight, he would be sarcastic, and even flirtatious. If the leader of Hueco Mundo was a beautiful female and she was on the verge of killing him, he might flirt with her a little, which makes him quite an obnoxious man. Danger isn't something that applies to him, which could very well get him killed. The only point in which he is serious is when it comes to a fellow squad mate. He has intense feelings of brotherhood with those he fights with, which is explained through his past.

Zanpakutou Spirit:
Kokusha Shakufuu is much like Rin in the way that she is flirtatious, though the only problem is the fact that she is a seven foot long, 4 foot high, 1.5 foot wide pitch black cheetah. Constantly, she would flirt with Rin, and even be jealous when he flirts with other women. In some cases, during a fight, she will become very bloodthirsty and put that personality into Rin causing slight fits of laughter.
Inner World:
His inner world is a very dark and desolate place. It doesn't seem to end at any point, except in one direction that you would not want to head. It is pure desert, a maroon, almost a dark blood red color, sand takes up the ground in all directions. There are many dunes, rising and falling, but only in the direction that the incoming sand storm is not. The sand storm seems like it would be hit Rin when the world at any moment, though it never arrives. The sky is a pitch black, meaning that if you looked at the landscape from a horizontal view at sea level, Kokusha Shakufuu would seem to be non existent, unless there is a dune behind her.
Sealed Form:
He has two blades for his zanpakuto, the first being a 65 cm blade katana that he hates to use, and a 50 cm blade wakizashi, that he also hates to use. Both have wooden sheaths, with the carving of a spiral to the sheath. It has no special emblem used as a guard, as it is simply a flat, thin, compact circle. The hilt is a little more special, as on the end of it, there is a small metal loop which Rin likes to wrap his obnoxiously large belt into.

Chouyaku, Kokusha Shakufuu!
Shikai Description:
The tips of his fingers are each covered in a silicon looking substance which extend outward to a metallic blade for whichever finger he chooses. The substance is hard as steel, and very very cold. The metal can extend outward to 1 foot at Rin's will.
Shikai Powers/Attacks:
His zanpakuto focuses on the elements of wind and sand, which he manipulated for different effects. Often times, they wouldn't be specific attacks, just uses of the elements. For example: Against fire, he would use wind to keep it away from him, and against lightning, he would use sand as a shield. The sand can be either focused into sharp objects, though it takes concentration to do so, or he can attempt to use it in a blinding attempt. He will also make into random, not even sharp, projectiles.
The wind is simply used as sharp waves of energy meant to cut the toughest of things. The sharpness is determined by the whistle that is heard when it forms in the air. It is visible, and a pitch black color, much like Ichigo's Getsuga Tenshos.
Kazesuna blast: He fires a round blast of wind and sand that can send the opponent back if the hit is successful. It's a round black ball that is the size of a basketball. It also has an extreme cutting ability. The elements can be seperate into two different balls also.
Fura(Passive Shikai Ability)i: Rin uses the wind to be able to stay in the air easier without focusing reaitsu to his feet. It is mainly used to prevent having to concentrate
Sand Conversion: Rin can convert things such as rocks, dirt, anything mineral based, into his sand for an amount of his reaitsu, though the more he does, the more reaitsu it takes up. Luckily, the sand is definitely re-usable.
These skills are learned over time through practice.

Bankai Description:
The entrance of his bankai is just as odd as Rin's personality, and it has a very 1970s theatrical effect feel to it. Upon saying the release phrase, it usually accompanies a flip, along with a swirl of the usual black wind and a puff of red sand. Upon the removal of the effects, usually Rin will be on top of Kokusha Shakufuu, as she appears in the form of a large, pitch black, medieval armored cheetah. He still has the odd extendable claws and previous attacks.
Bankai Powers/Attacks:
Kazesuna Ball: Rin charges up his sand and wind to massive amounts within two very small balls. In most attempts, it immediately turns into one large ball that he can't put back into two, and is too large. Once he has the two balls at their tennis ball sizes, he puts them together, then used them like a supernova of sand, wind, and simple, pure concentrated reaitsu. It is mostly placed at the beginning of bankai in preparation. It slowly charges to create a more powerful attack, and can damage Rin at the same time.
Kuro Sunaarashi: Using the Kazesuna Ball and one kazesuna blast, he creates something of a Kamehameha. He will bring the Kazesuna ball to him, a fully charged one, and press a huge Kazesuna blast into it, causing it to direct forward to cause pure destruction to what it hits. It is very lethal, and very fast, but making sure it goes in one direction would literally leave him with enough energy for a few byakurais.
The cheetah will also attack with him, and fires off it's own Kazesuna blasts, and can use the Kazesuna ball when needed.
Enhanced Speed
Better Sand/wind manipulation: He can use the sand and wind better forming them into other things.
Other random techniques though on the moment: Using the wind and sand, he will do some interesting things, such as placing a ball of wind deep into the sand, spinning it into a whirlpool of sand. These are thought up, and usually never thought up again.

He usually carries alcohol with him in many different pockets placed throughout his abnormal outfits.

From living on the streets of Rukongai in a small gang, he learned to run rather quickly. He is very quick.

Biography/History:
Rin was in a very unusual situation, one that caused him to be quite an oddity in Edo Japan. He was born on a trading boat by quite a promiscuous woman, and upon arriving in Japan, he was simply dropped off. Rin was European, born in Italy, though no one truly knew what he was in that time, except a simple baby. He was found by a very kind man, an ex-samurai in training to be exact. Rin was raised by this man, and taught the ways of the sword, though it was a wooden one. Pacifism was just kicking in, and the way of the samurai was ending throughout the land. Though, as all people do, the law was always being broken.
Upon reaching the age of 17, Rin was already doing it and had joined a local gang of wannabe samurai who had gotten an old swordcrafter to make them each a katana and wakazashi. They called themselves the Seishou Clan, and that was the name he took as his surname. He left what he had known as his father in an act of kindness, for the man was made fun of for the Giant of a Son. The Seishou Clan accepted him as their trump card, the man that looked as if he could not be stopped.
Though, as a gang of boys with blades, they had to be stopped. The law was on their trail, and it would not be long before they would be caught. In fact, they were tricked. Another gang challenged them, and you could not deny. They were to meet on a bridge, and so they did. Upon arrival, they realized that they made a bad decision when the law walked through the men that were supposedly an opposing gang. That was when the battle started. Blades clashed, and the gang members died, leaving Rin as the last alive, against one final member of the law enforcement. "You are a monster," were Rin's final words when he attacked. He foolishly spun around, and the law cut him from his left shoulder to the right of his hip. He was left on the bridge to die from blood loss.

As a soul, he remembered nothing, and only knew that he had a large scar on his back. Yet again though, he joined a gang of Rukongai, though it was shortlived. Very soon, an invading hollow destroyed three of his gang members, leaving him and another. At the moment before he and his friend were killed, a shinigami with snow white hair cut the hollow in half. He left before they were able to be introduced. That was when he decided to train to be a shinigami from seeing their raw power. Being a gang member was simply a bad idea.
