Bio: Lex Luthoris known as the archnemesis of Superman. It is one of Lex's many goals to eliminate him once and for all. He has even gone so far as to steal Metallo's kryptonite 'heart' in order to fashion a ring out of the material. Doing this only caused him to contract cancer from overexposure to the radiation, overthrowing the misconception that kryptonite was harmless to humans. He had a clone made to house his brain in so that he could leave his terminally-ill body, and eventually resurfaced as Lex Luthor II, sporting a full head of hair, and attracting the then-Supergirl into serving him. But Superman discovered the plan and revealed him to be Lex himself. The ensuing conflict left Lex with a shatered body, unable to blink, let alone face Superman again. His health was eventually granted by the demon king Neron, in exchange for his soul. Lex didn't believe in souls, so he accepted. He then turned to politics, managing to get himself elected President of the United States of America. As information concerning his actions in office are revealed, in large part due to Batman, he is thrown out of office, only to find that his company had been sold to the Wayne Foundation by its acting C.E.O., Talia al Ghul. He vows a reckoning, a crisis, for these actions. It first appeared to come in the form of him building the Secret Society of Super Villains, but the Luthor behind that turned out to be Alexander Luthor, from Earth-3, a survivor of the first Crisis, attempting to create a perfect Earth. Lex oversaw his execution, carried out by the Joker. Lex had in fact been facing Alexander from the beginning, under the guise of 'Mockingbird', forming a supervillain version of the Secret Six to combat the Society from the beginning. He forms a new Injustice League, designed to destory the JLA. The plan fails, and results in him being sent to the Hell Planet by the Suicide Squad and Checkmate. He, in fact, is the one responsible for the salvation of all the villains that escaped, creating a makeshift portal, which he secretly powered using Neutron, Heatmonger, Plasmus, Warp, and Thunder and Lightning. When called a "monster" by Thunder, Luthor claims it is the ones who sent them there who are the real monsters, and that he is the hero. He later sets the teleporter to self-destruct after he uses it, killing the attacking Parademons, and his living batteries. There is MUCH more, but to summarize, he has been disgraced in the public eye, due to his actions during the 52 weeks that led up to the recreation of the Multiverse.
Extras: Extreme hatred of Kryptonians, especially Superman.
