Personality: Her father was a reaper, and her mother is a reaper too. She is stubborn as a rock, and brave as a tiger. She's strong in anything, and in losing most part of her family too. She's afraid of places that are crowded with people. She thinks, weapons are the most important things we all should have, to protect ourselves. She thinks about only herself. The only people she cared about, is her mother and father, also her missing brother, which never founded, anywhere. She already search on the whole part of Halloween world, but found nothing, except enemies. Her brother went missing when they wanted to travel to the human world. And when she notice her brother was missing, she didn't want to go there without him, and she swore that she will find her brother.

She can use her scythe, to practice her powers. Her scythe has a soul of its own. She loves to practice her powers, beating up boys, and also, reading a book alone, at night. What she hates, is boys who teases her, people who are wanna-be's, extra cute people. She hates cuteness, she thinks, darkness was the best thing that people could also ever had. She is tomboyish, so in other words, she hates things such as shopping, and makeovers.

Her dreams, was to be the greatest reaper. Why? Because her father and mother was the greatest reaper, once in the Amityville academy, and she wanted to be like em'.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Amuto wanted to be enrolled in Amityville Academy, because she wanted to the greatest reaper in the whole wide world. She wanted to learn more about magic, and how to use her powers. Knowing that Amuto wanted to be more powerful, she sended her to Amityville Academy, the best academy in the Halloween world. Her mother and father very well, and they both are good students back when they was a kid.

FEAR: - SLASH (yesh, but its not the guitar player, duh!)
By redirecting the power inside her to the scythe, she can make a big change into her scythe, transforming into a new form. Amuto just need to jumped up into the enemy, and slashed her into bits with her bigger scythe. But, if she redirect it wrong, her scythe turn into a big puff of smoke and can't be used for the next.... Time (it has the mind of its own, it can choose to be back, or stay as smoke!).....
Natural Ability:- Shadow shift
For a few crucial seconds, grim reapers can shift into a shadowy, wispy intangible substance. They cannot sadly, pass through walls this way.

Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Blood Red, turns to purple black, when using her 'fear'.
Hair Colour/Style: Black and white, looked like an upswept toned keido.
Skin Colour: Bright.
Clothing Style/Colours: Tomboyish, black and white style. She has 2 reaper wings, winged arm warmers, short gray/black jacket, black and white pants, white boots, a huge (colored black, white, gray) moon type of scythe, eye cover on her right eye (if you see it from the front), and a demonic anklet, on the legs/feet. Extra: She has a moon scythe, usually mounted on her back. The scythe looks like a crescent moon, colored black, white, and gray. When using her fear, it transform into another scythe, in a form that is called 'the moon'. The colors turned into rainbow colored, and the form's different. Look in the ref. for details.

Aside from the grammatical and spelling issues, this stands out a lot. I would change this without question, since it's extremely, extremely assumptive to say that 'of course' the headmaster would accept your character and even more assumptive to claim that the NPC had an relationship with your characters family.

I would also probably cut the missing brother, or come up with a solid explanation for why he's missing. ((Also it's found, not founded.))

Her anti social tendencies mean you're going to have an extremely hard time finding anyone who would want to play with this character even if she does get created, and you may want to consider thinking about this and making some revisions, or deciding if you really want her to be a bully figure.

Also I'd tone down "Moon Slash", in fact I'd tone it down a lot. Any fights in the Gym, which is probably the only place she'd be allowed to manifest that scythe, would have to be played out. if You attempted to 'auto hit' another character, I grantee you could and would be in a great deal of trouble.
