This will be used to show how your fellow allies of the GML are doing in this beta game, Frontier Skys. From medals and how you are doing. Also if you have any tips for others here is best place. Have fun and try not to die in some messed up way. mrgreen

Actually, I had you beat. Played it today 'round 3, but then I had to leave for work. My crew all died in the desert. My Apologies to My crew, Marek, Mike, Jesus, and Alexandra. If it's any weird sort of consolation, Mike outlived us all.

My crew is made up of Eeny, Meeny, Miny and James. James died, ironically.

I took the long way around the desert. Near the end, Chaos died because of the anthill, and Nahtaivel died because he chased a moth shortly after -.- And then I die due to lack of supplies at the very end.

The food thing is killing me sometimes. Hunting is hard in some areas, because the screen for it is too small for the size they coded the game. : But, other than that, I beat it once with Diedrich as my guide. I'm working on Edmund now. Louie I'm having a hard time with. I've died like 3 times already. Which really sucks. It's a neat event...but very slow.

Also this happened: Your rendition of "More Than a Feeling" causes a flock of geese to commit suicide by crashing into your ship. Got 50 food -.- im that bad...?

Strifer.
Wielder.
Figured I'd use names from around here. Shinme died walking off the ship. No other casualties to report.

My entire crew died, less than 100 miles from the jellyfish god. All because I ran out of ammo and couldn't get more. I Literally died with 300 loot, 0 food and 0 ammo.
And my captain was Carl too.

The first ship I had died simply because my captain was Carl and I bagged five deer in one hunting trip. 30 seconds later my entire crew splatted against the ground.

My first crew all starved after we ran out of ammo and food. We were just past the volcano.
Oh, and I had a 1000 loot. And nowhere to buy anything.

So far I've found that throwing meager rations and fast pace with the Kestrel has been most effective. This allowed to essentially skip through the desert and volcano real quickly. I never had enough food to justify the Titan and the slow progress it has probably negates the storage capacity.

That was what I thought before going through the volcano. But alas, I need more ammo ><

Going through the wooded area is the best bet on the first route, then make sure you have lots of food and are fully rested right before going into the volcano area, fast paced and normal-meager rations. Hunting afterwards looks up, but don't waste ammo in places where hunting is scarce or you're going to lose time and supplies doing so.
I'm on my 3rd win. 2 more to go ^.^ I like the medals.
