Or since its in story format should it be okay to post in the main?

I'd say probably Eientei, since it's still a fangame being played (and reported on).
That's where it makes most sense to me at least.

Its a LETS PLAY of a game in a story format. not a story format game. Let me get an example:

http://lparchive.org/LetsPlay/BreakingBlue/ Pokemon Blue,where the guy demonstrates how to break the game. not much of a story.
and http://lparchive.org/LetsPlay/SimCity3000/ SimCity 3000. Again,this ones a screenshot lets play and..well yeah.
