Tally man walked inside with warren over his shoulder. He put him down and then sat on a chair.
"Man your heavy"
He was wondering if he had a coffee machine there.
'Nice place."
He looked around. it was cool he just didn't really like fish.

'Yeah it is" he said he sighed and pointed to the side where several sharks swam. "Could you get me a coffee"?' It's right past the sharks'.

"Oh yeah sharks" He was being sarcastic. He wasn't a fish person. especially fish that could eat him.
"How are you going to fix your leg."
He started the machine and was making them both coffee.
"Other then your leg, we make a good team. A crime lord, and a tax collector."
He handed him the coffee and sipped his.
"We should team up and control gotham."

Easy sarcastic he said to tally man.
Warren then said got to contact my old crew, they are probably scattered around the city, but my I need my medical guy for this.
He took his coffee and sipped it he muttered " what, no sugar"?
"Calm down will see where are partnership goes before we make plans to take the city". He said

Tally Man got some sweet and low and tossed it to him.
"Man I wish I had a crew to help collect debts."
He laughed. But he was mainly thinkig of taking over the town.

Warren said two people:" one Batman and two Salvatore Maroni".
'Maroni attacked us and when we thought we were about to win, Maroni called Gordon and Gordon called batman and we were busted". "How maroni avoided jail time beats me".

Then he thought of it.
"How know how to stop it, and help this city become ours."
He took of his blue mask and top hat to show his gray hair.
"Nobody knows me with out my mask. We can kill or kidnapp gordon and I can take his place. Nobody would know who I am."
He laughed.

"uh how would he know. He has never seen me with out my disguise. I look like a regular person. And if he knew what would he say. Hes a criminal, he couldn't I have no record because I have no name."
He laughed. His plan could work, he just needed to get it started.
"Now how should we take out gordon. Should we kill, or capture for later use. Think of all the people he has capture. All of the debt. Lets collect it."

He smiled as he saw how this plan could work.
He said " killing him would push batman over the edge, something I'm afraid to do".

With thinking about batman going over the edge it brought back memories. When he first met the bat. When the bat beat him so bad he was in a coma. He punched and stomped he almost died. That was Batmans biggest debt, hurting him.
"Yeah but if hes kidnap he could thinks he is dead. Wait maybe we can take his daughter and move her to a different city and then he goes after her. We put them both in hostage and I come out and win over the crowd."
