Actually Wii fit gave me abs. ... then i stopped doing it.

Try playing tennis 4 hours a night, including suicides, jumping over cones, ladder drills, running up stairs, etc, death, etc. It should help. 4laugh

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN.
I worked out today for the first time this summer (don't judge me) and it was absolutely pitiful. If it's not raining tomorrow I'm going to try to run a mile..... lol
I miss the treadmills at college. I'm not a part of a gym here.

ME TOO, GIRL. ME TOO. Like I'm going to start working out hopefully for an hour every day after I'm done with band camp and I think band camp itself kind of helped. But UGH. I'm so bad at exercising. ;_;

i told everybody that when i came back from summer i'd be either 20 pounds lighter or 20 pounds heavier.
p sure i only lost 3 pounds since i started work. neutral

I ride my bike like a crazy b***h for 2 hours everyday. Haven't gained a pound in a hot minute.

YOU ALL CAN DO IT! YOU ARE NEVER PAST THE POINT OF NO RETURN!
Park your car as far away or on the highest level possible and walk or take the stairs! Elevators are for old people!
Cut out soda or coffee! An apple with peanut butter will give you more energy than coffee. If you HAVE to have coffee...switch to plain coffee (you don't want to even think of the calories in specialty drinks) with sugar and little bit of cream.
Livestrong.com helped me figure out what foods were bad for me (who would have though how much sodium and sugar was in oatmeal?!) and just how much it took to lose the calories of the shitfood Ive been eating.
And I do have to say that it sucks that MPL closed...but now when guilds are slow I just get up and walk away from the computer and do something else. You do burn calories while cleaning and laundering and other household things. biggrin
If I can lose 100lbs, anyone can! It will take hard work and perseverance but the feeling it gives you when you notice results is SO WORTH IT!
