โsัฯัั Rain pounded almost as hard as the hooves across the cobblestones on the dark desolate night. The riders had important news though. They had to get to all of the vampires and werewolves. It was of the utmost importance that everyone know. As the riders came to the first settlement, they knocked on the doors of those involved. "The war has ended," they whispered. โ`โข.ยธยธ.โขโขยดยดยฏ``โขโข .ยธยธ.โขยดโ That was in the 1800's. In the two hundred years since, things have not improved much. The biggest problem with having a society that never dies unless killed is that people can hold grudges until the day they die. They do have all the time in the world. In the city of Veil, vampires and werewolves are almost everywhere. They run the city. War is a constant threat however. Since peace was made, it was never very solid. Every fight brings the war one step closer. Some want to avoid it. Other are embracing it.

โ Do not use ** while in character. Use โโ for speech and โโ and italics for thought. Be sure to capitalize and punctuate sentences. There is a difference between "Let's eat, Grandma!" and "Let's eat Grandma!" Commas save grandmothers lives.
โ Swear with restraint, everyone has moments, some with a few more moments, but if every other word is ***** ______ ------ *** then you will be black listed.
โ I am a goddess in here and rules are subject to change. (I'll post it if that happens)
โ Character appearance must be anime and must be a reasonable size. No monster pictures or page stretchers please.
โ Make your posts colorful please. Pictures are nice too. Check out the post styles forum for examples. (They don't take long to make. A color and picture are fine.)

Story of my life: Celia was born to a very wealthy family. It was obvious, however, that she did not belong. Her mother had had an affair and in a family where everyone was blond with blue eyes, her black hair and gray eyes betrayed her. they kept her locked away and told her she was a disgrace to the family. She ran away from them when she was twelve.
She found refuge with a man who took care of her for four years. What she did not realize was that he fell in love with her over time. The night he married her was when he changed her. Celia tried to run away,confused about what was happening. When the man followed her, she attacked. In the fight she broke her arm in several places, got a concussion and killed her husband.
Over the next several hundred years, she has wandered around, trying to forget the horrors of her immortality and helping people who needed it in an attempt to act like her husband had to her.

Story of my life: Tsubaki grew up in a family who had their own hotel. She was an only child and had chores that included cleaning the hot spring out back. Eventually she began to get home schooled. She began to get shy around strangers, but she was still able to interact with them. Her family went on a business trip to a town. She wandered off and got lost in fog. She found her self in front of a mansion, not knowing what to do. She decided to go in and got ambushed by vampires. She got changed by their coven leader. After a little more than a century she left them. Unlike most vampires, she has nothing against werewolves.

โLastly, I've eclipsed Life's sorrow, A measure more than my part allowed. I am now free to sing with my voice; Lest it be silenced with a gag from a shroud.โ Tsubaki hadn't had a concert yet, so she decided to visit the book store nearby. She pulled up her sleeves and grabbed a parasol. Walking out of the instrument shop, she opened the parasol and held it to where most of the sun's rays were blocked. She opened the door to the store and saw the familiar looking wolf. Closing her parasol, she said, "Hello." She then began to look for pretty much any book that would pass the time.

"Do you have any books that are huge, but interesting?" she asked. If anything, it would take Tsubaki more than an hour to find a good book. She figured someone working there would know everything better. She readjusted her sleeves that kept falling down.
