1. Has to be detailed explanation of the jutsu.
2. Be sure to check the jutsu and not copy them.
3. If improving a jutsu be sure to put that down and make sure you already learned it before improving.
4. If you break in of the rules you jutsu will denied
5.Provide a DETAILED rp sample with your post explaining how you would use the jutsu in a battle situation
6.If your jutsu is accepted you do not automatically learn it you must still spend time training in order to learn the technique
7.Anyone can create custom jutsus here, but you must be at least chuunin level before you can learn jutsus unique to your character

Description: The user attaches a special curse onto the target, that was designed by the user. The curse grants the victim incredible power, but not without a price. While active the seals host loses endurance twice as fast for every post, and overuse will make the host easy to over exert.
*Takes one full post to activate +30 to 3 stat midigations of the Seal makers choice. must be made on activation of the seal, and the seals target must make a custom jutsu for the seal, so that it's benifits can be kept track of.The curse mode lasts 10 posts,and after the seal use is over, the user gets a -10 to all stats until the next day, and each activation of the seal adds an extra accumulative -10

Name of Jutsu:Fuuton: Kaze no tsuyoi hi (Windy Day)

Description: after showing the required handseals to the victim, an illusory wind picks up. It isn't incredibly strong. If the affected does not realize it is a genjutsu, they will adjust any projectiles to match the wind, causing them to miss the target. It seems like the ninja is able to dodge the attacks without even moving.
Rp Sample As many new genin often do, this one did not know many jutsu, and tended to rely on shuriken and kunai. This was an important lesson for young ninjas, they had to learn their skill level. Nagisa was asked to teach the students this basic fact, without crushing their spirits. After a moments thought, she decided the best response would be to get him to stop relying on shuriken all the time. She made sure he could see her, and performed a short set of handseals. “Fuuton, windy day no jutsu!” she called out, and the wind began to blow hard. Another wave of shuriken came from her right, but it missed her completely. It was a good genjutsu that made dodging ranged attacks unnecessary. He had adjusted to match the wind, not realizing it was a mere illusion.

Description: The user performs the seals and foul stench drifts into the area, as if someone just farted. No vocalization necessary.
Rp Sample The meeting was getting very dull, even for akatsuki, and to mix things the unnamed member decided a prank was in order. He silently performed a set of seals behind his back, and a foul stench began to drift from deidara's direction.

Jutsu's Element:Katon genjutsu
Description: Upon eye contact with the victim, the caster performs a series of seals, and breathes out a cloud of smoke. The cloud moves towards the victim and enters into their lungs, forcing it's way through their mouth, no matter how hard they try to resist. In the next turn, breathing becomes extremely difficult, and they are affected by a strong taste of ash. The victim develops a severe cough, which does little to relieve their troubles. This jutsu lasts as long as the caster wishes, unless the affected is able to break free. Continued use causes the victim to fall unconscious, due to hyper-ventilation.
Rp Sample Jeremy Nara slowly lead his victim back out into the open. He had already captured her with his shadow, and now all he needed to do was bring her back to Konoha. As soon as she was in the open , he stared into her eyes, deciding the best solution would be to bring her in without breaking the jutsu. A series of seals, declared his intent, a Katon jutsu, but she was unable to break free. He called out the name of the jutsu, and exhaled what appeared to be an extremely thick cloud of smoke. She was already captured, and a taijutsu type had little hope of breaking free from the genjutsu. He held her firmly with his shadow, as she gasped for air. His jutsu was a solid success. The shadow didn't free her until he was certain that she was unconscious. Both jutsus dispelled as he walked over, and calmly grabbed her body, throwing it over his shoulder to bring back to his village.

Jutsu's Element: Fuuton Genjutsu
Description: The genjutsu is cast when the caster says confidently that they will boost the ninja's speed, to make things more interesting. When caught in the jutsu, every time the opponent moves it feels like a wind is pushing them, making them believe they are moving extremely fast. This jutsu has two uses.
They will either be afraid to move, and feel that if they move they wont be able to keep control of themselves, or when they are moving they feel like they are so fast nobody could possibly keep up. When the caster is easily able to match their movements, the affected believes that even with a speed boost they are no match for the ninja.
Rp Sample Nagisa had decided on two facts about this encounter. Her opponent was her equal in speed, and that he didnt know anything about what her abilities were. A moments thought and she decided the easiest way to deal with him would be to make him believe she was far superior. She stared him in the eyes and laughed, while performing the proper seals. “I am already bored with you, I've been testing you and you dont stand a chance as things are. I think it would be best if I gave you a boost to make things more interesting!” Her opponent stared at her with a confused look in his eyes. Nagisa ran forward slowly slicing out with her Kodachi, knowing that he could easilly dodge it. As soon as he moved his eyes lit up as he began to believe he was faster than her.
She snickered, as he ran circles around her shouting things like “whatever you did to me, it will be your downfall!”
It became a full blown laugh when she jumped in his way and slashed once more with her Kodachi. “I told you I was just playing with you. Now you can comprehend my full speed!” He had arrogantly slowed down his movements, believing she didn't come close in speed. He stopped a step in front of her, frozen in fear. “I guess you aren't so fun after all” she declared as her bugs bound him and dragged him to the ground.

Jutsu's Element: Fire/ Wind
Description: The jutsu is a combination between the fire dragon and the wind dragon jutsu, it basicly looks like the wind dragon but with various eruptions of fire surging from the body. The dragon can use a fire ball jutsu/ wind gale combination from the mouth that spread over a 7 foot area. The jutsu lasts for 5 posts before it simply turns into a gust of wind and is no more; if the dragon it hit by a suiton ( water ) jutsu. During the duration of the jutsu the dragon can also release a wind fire aura which is determined by a 10 sided dice roll, if it is 1, 4 or 7 the aura activates.

Akura: Don't worry about a sample. Denied. Combining two jutsu of that power into one is already an S-Rank level trick. The fact you're combining those particular elements makes it SS, and add in the special effects, and you've got something that deserves a rank that doesn't even exist.
