Yes I know it's shabbat and I'm posting a sticky.

But I must ask the group, what do you want to see in the JGG? It's been very slow and quiet and I am writing this to encourage things letting people post things. Questions, comments, complaints, the occasional joke, a serious deep question or just to mention something about anything.

To quote one of my relatives, "We're Jews, we don't have boring lives."

Finding more members would be good.


In reguards to slow activity, you should find SOME reason to send out some announcements every once in awhile.

I'm a Co-Captain in another guild, and we had a dead period for weeks, until we sent out some announcement reminding people of our updated language lessons. And people remembered we were there rofl

Sure, i think this feature is only for Co-Captains and Guild owners.

1) Go to the home page and look under "Moderator Panel"
2) Click "Send Guild Announcement"
3) Fill out the box with whatever you want people to see. You can use BBCode like in the forums.
4) Then click SEND.


Just know it will cost gold to send, based on how many members are in the guild 3nodding

In this other guild, we try to send one out every other month, highlighting some topics that are popular in feedback, any new lessons we have up, and discussing any events we may have.

I am NOT trying to tell anyone how to run a guild, just some chatter in hopes to get this guild active 3nodding
