Dark blond hair pulled back into a pony tail, the bound locks bobbing with a flicking swish as the grunt who owned the hair jogged at a steady pace, keeping in time to the band beneath her work out sneakers.
Her breath was timed to her movements, skin glistening with a building sweat.
Other that her warm out workout clothes, the shirt slightly too big for her, and her pants a dull gray instead of the jet black they used to be, the only thing Faleen had on her was the strap that held her pokeballs, nothing else. Listening to no music, she didn’t even have a book in front of her. Her Hazel eyes staring straight again, though looking like she was deep in contemplation.
The loud BEEEP of her treadmill and the slowing of the machine caused her to snap back to reality, glancing down at the settings before she let herself slow to a walk, placing her hands on the back of her hip, breathing steady.
It slowed further, and then stopped. The grunt was allowed to step off.

The gym door opened with a sudden clatter as a blue eyed Pikachu came tumbling in. Cal just rolled her eyes, putting her hair back in a short pony tail. She bent over to pick up the fallen 'Chu. "I told you not to get all squirmy on my shoulder. " Skye would be the death of her and she knew it.
In the midst of her chatter with the obviously offended Pikachu, she made her way to a nearby treadmill. Her black sweats complimented the worn red shirt she wore. "You know, you're getting a little fat. You should run on here too." She laughed as Skye made an angry face. "Don't give me that-" She wasn't paying attention to where she was going and before she finish her sentence, she had run into the back of another gym-goer.
"Ouch... My nose..." she rubbed it gently, cursing the little rodent in her head. "I'm sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going." She looked up at the dark blond haired woman who looked as if she had just finished her workout.

A glance over her shoulder to see who had just made a noisy entrance allowed Faleen a glimpse of another Rocket, a younger female, dark skin, dark hair, with a strangely colored Pikachu.
After the initial curiosity, Faleen didn’t pay much mind to the other Rocket, leaving her to her conversation with her pokemon, and Faleen, dipping down into her own thoughts of an old Robotics project she had worked on. Reevaluating the specs she had memorized, and was coming close to working out a more affective weight distribution along its shoulders when something bumped into her back, causing her to buckle forward a little.
“Ah!”
shocked back into current situation, Faleen turned, looking down to see the same rocket that had just walked in.
“its fine” Faleen reassured the girl, holding a calm hand up to show she wasn’t insulted.
“I probably shouldn’t be standing around like this” she added with a n amused grin.
sliding a foot to the side as her body turned to face the other grunt, hazel eyes traveling to the Pikachu for only a moment, before resting back on the girl.

Cal sighed. It was a good thing that she wasn't a grumpy Rocket who would have tried to chew her out. It was quiet in the gym other than the sound of machines going and other people working out. "This one," She patted Skye on the head, "Was getting out of hand."
Skye just sat on her shoulder, a smug smile on his face. He wiggled up to Cal's head to greet the stranger.
She giggled as the blue eye 'chu climbed up to her head, "This is Skye," she gestured to him, "And I'm Cal." She smiled and held out her hand. "It's nice to meet you."

Faleen tilted her head to the side a little, examining the Pikachu for a moment, though it was uncertain what she was thinking. Most of her acknowledgment was on the other Rocket when she would speak, or change her expression slightly during the introductions, looking pleased, and polite.
“Its nice to meet you” she chimed in herself, rubbing her hand on her shirt to get the sweat off before taking the younger girl’s in greeting.
“I’m Grunt Faleen,”
She left the two pokeballs on the strap along with the one dusk ball around her thigh, not calling any of them out.
“I’ve seen you around a few times before, but I don’t think we’ve been introduced.”

Cal thought back for a moment. Where have I seen her around... It could have been the countless times she was lost of daydreaming, but she did look vaguely familiar. "Small HQ, huh?" She laughed awkwardly rubbing the back of her head. That joke sure was a stud. She rolled her eyes to herself.
"So whatcha here for?" She smirked, "Besides working out." Of course people are here to work out. Cal was just there to goof around, but that was just her.

Grinning in amusement, head tilting softly to the side as the girl spoke, she let out a slight chuckle as she lifted a hand to brush at her own shirt.
“well, just that actually, it’s been a while since I’ve been able to really work out, and I need to get back into shape if I hope to be any use on missions again.”
she explained, turning to walk a few steps over and pick up the water bottle she had sitting on a bench.
“So really, I’m not here for any other reasons other than to work out.” Her gaze moved back over to Cal as she took a moment to take a drink.
“I’m assuming it’s the same for you?”

"Nah, I'm not here to work out." She grinned. "I came here to check out the guys!" She wiggled an eyebrow and chuckled. By the way that awkwardly came out, anyone could tell she was joking. Skye just rolled his eyes and made his way to the ground to explore the machines nearby.
"I'm actually quite bored..." She mumbled. "I came down here for something, ANYTHING to do. And if that meant I had to work out, I'd just be in better shape." Her laughter carried through the gym.

Her eyebrows arched over her eyes in mild surprise when Cal first said that, though once she realized it was meant as a joke, she gave a small smile.
“So you’re bored, really? You’re off duty for the day I’m assuming?” she asked taking another moment to drink from her water bottle, before turning to drop it back down by her stuff.
“Well, doing something constructive is always good, as is being in shape” Faleen gave a light shrug. In all honesty she couldn’t relate at the moment.
“What are your interests then? Can’t find anything to do with that?”

"Yea," she sighed, "I find my days off to be pretty boring." She shrugged, tugging on a loose strand of hair. "I've done pretty much everything else I would normally do."
Cal called Skye back to her shoulder, he seemed to huff as she made his way back."I'm interested in a lot of things, but would you like to do something with me?" Maybe she was asking for a little too much, she had just met this person after all.

Well, she wasn't expecting that question, but it was met with a curious smile, and small incline of her head to the side.
"uh, well, I don't see why not, I don't have to be anywhere at this moment. so long as its not destructive to the HQ" she remembered her friend Kofuku, she would always set up pranks in the HQ, elaborate ones to.
She shifted her weight onto one foot, to face the girl, crossing her arms over her chest.
"Do you have anything in mind?"

"How about a battle?" Her lips curled into a smile. "I don't want to get rusty," she paused and poked at the blue eyed mouse's stomach, "and this guy needs to get some exercise." She laughed at Skye's sour expression. His cheeks sparked a bit, but Cal quickly shooed him off.

"Against your Pikachu?" Faleen asked, blinking at the electric mouse. she had never really seen one in action before, she just always assumed they were the kind of pokemon that were considered shoulder warmers.
tilting her head a little, and looking back over to Cal.
"I wouldn't mind a battle, actually, There isn't much in the way of battle I've found, Wild pokemon rarely put up a challenge"

"Yep." The corners of her mouth formed a wide grin as she made her way to the training portion of the gym. "What pokemon will you be using?" This was just what they needed, a good battle to liven them up.
Skye sauntered out in front of Cal and sat down. He yawned and stretched a bit, waiting for some useless battle. He wasn't really in the mood for this sort of stuff.

Faleen gave this question consideration when it was asked, folding her hands over her chest as she made her way with Cal to the pokemon training aria, tilting her head a little.
Umbreon was the most trainer of her pokemon, he's had more experience then the others, she could trust him more. but on the other hand, her Absol, who was relatively new to the team, hadn't gotten as much actual trainer battle time as the other two. now would be a good time to let him loose.
Reaching down to pull off the dusk ball from her thigh, holding it in her hand. "Absol will be the one fighting today" she answered.
