Thanks for the list, I always wondered what BRD stood for. ^^;;

I've seen stockades referred to as 'stocks'

and what about the spell acros? DoT, AoE, stuff like that? ^^

XR for Crossroads?

You should add some WTS,LFM,LFG ect ect.
It's helpful when you're new. It took me forever to know what LFM meant and I just only found out what PST meant last night gonk

When you're at the Trade Channels or someone is advertising for a group, you'll see at the end of the message (usually) "PST". The acronym stands for "Please Send Tell".

Actually, ST is The Temple of Atal'Hakkar but everyone calls it Sunken Temple. THAT confused the hell out of me at first. ._.

And Blackwing Lair is also called BWL

And for Onyxia's tomb it merely becomes Ony's tomb. ^^V

I'd suggest adding LFR, WTB, LTB, LTS, BoP, BoE.

Nice idea though, Nazomie.

Woo, I missed a bunch, and they were all the simple ones that I didn't understand in the beginning either.

Adding.

And yeah, everyone refers to it as Sunken Temple which I'll just use here.

Oop, typo. Put BLW instead of BWL. Thanks for pointing that out to me, Soppon. I would have never noticed xD

awesome list ^^ i dunno if anyone sees this often, but when i first played many people used to type "MT" sometimes, and it wasnt till later i learned it meant "MisTell / Mis-Type" which is used when someone types in the wrong channel or messes up typing somehow. X3 honestly i dont see it as much now, but throwing it out there in case xD

You know, I'm going to stickie this because it's just so nifty.

I see mt a lot. My guild members get confused with their chat.

Don't forget the ever handy OOM. Not that anyone pays attention to that one...

Edit: oh yah... I can edit the post. XD;

w00t, sticky

I'd always get confused with MT in certain situations like with guild chat or in parties. Whispers get so confusing DX

w/c = wrong chat, used if you type something for party into guild chat and such. I do it allll the time sweatdrop
