The sewers of gotham connects the whole city and is priamrily used by criminals escaping authority.
Tally Man slipped into the manhole. He had to lose the Batman. TallyMan would hate to go to black gate. He couldn't, He held his gun to his side just incase.

Knowing he would attempt to escape, he rushed in the manhole and hopped inside it. His feet splashed as he stuck his landing down the dirty waters of the mobile sewers. Cautious of who lives down here, he rushed chasing after escaping convict. His cape flowed behind him as he ran in his best speed down the dark sewers. He quickly took out a flashlight to help him locate where he should go.

Tally Man had to get away and he could see batmans flash light, then he got an idea. He grabbed a rock and continued to run. Then he saw a turn a he took a left but when he was around the corner he threw the rock to trick batman in to thinking he was in the water, then he his in a small place.

He flashed his flashlight at the recent splash he made. He followed it until he stopped in the edge of the deepest carriages of the sewer. It was very similar like river, except it is all dirty and disgusting. He scanned his eyes through the waters if he went inside the sewer river.

Tally man saw Batman was distracted and he started to look around for a way out cause he knew a attack was too risky.
then He found what he needed there was a small tunnel. He went through that and found a different manhole cover. He climbed it but when he got out he put a mine on the cover. Then he looked around outside and they were in the back of a old factory. perfect place. He then started to run back to his office.

Batman tricked him, the person he saw was merely a holographic decoy, the original was already out of the manhole, predicting he'll do something rational. As he ran Batman stood crossing his arms in front of him, stopping his escape trail, he made him fall down the floor on his back. He picked him up with his hand by the collar and pulled him up close to the face. "Playing hard to get, I see."

"Harassing? The better word I'm doing is arresting you. I have proof of many dead people that they have signs of your DNA printed in them before they died. Your either going to the 'madhouse' as you call it, or Blackgate." His grip against collar became more tighter, resulting his clothes threads rip in an instant.

Thanks to his skinny bulletproof vest beneath his torso, he survived the blasts from his gun. Batman was now unconsciousness.

Tally man saw that he knocked batman unconsious. So he dragged him all the way back to the manhole, disabled the bomb, then threw him down there. Then to be safe he reactivated the bomb.
'There I guess his debts are collected."
TallyMan then went to his office.

Tally Man jumped into the sewers. He put a bomb by the entrance, that was his second bomb. He found a little hiding space, and grabbed a rock like last time. He was thinking while he was waiting thathe needs to make a connection with his place cause he uses this so much.

"...old chum" BOOM! The bomb goes off just as Tally had planned. A moment of silence followed. Suddenly, Creeper dropped into the sewer, charred and blackened. "Woo! I KNEW I shouldn't have had Mexican for dinner!"

Tally Man was hiding. He could hear the creeper but couldn't see him. So he guessed he couldn't see him. So to trick him he threw a stone in the water, like if he Tally Jumped in the water.

Creeper's head snapped at the sound. "AHA! I've got you now!" He leapt into the water where the stone was thrown, thrashing and splashing about. Finally, he pulled a rock (possibly the one thrown) out of the water and held it aloft. "Now, Mr. Stone, what did you do with Watson! Answer me or I'll be forced to use...THIS!" Creeper pulls out his toy gun and aims it carefully at the rock.
