Eoin was sitting on the beach, watching the waves ebb and flow. He thought he heard a sound somewhere not far away.

Deserted way inland, the young mergon cried out for help. Her sides were sun burned and sore, and she could feel herself drying out.

Eoin heard a distant cry, and got up to make his way into the heart of the island. He followed the signs of distress, until he came to a small clearing where he was stunned to find someone his own age there.

She had been thrashing around, and it showed in the foliage. Now she was tired out, however.

Eoin ran to her, "Are you okay?" Which he realized was stupid, she was obviously not. "What can I do to help?"

She drank a few desperate mouthfuls, then gasped. "Thank you... but I meant... I need to be in the water... I'm drying out...." She tried to blink the grit from her eyes. It was tempting to make it rain, so very very tempting. However... she knew her control was not what it should be. Who knew what would actually happen...

"OH!" That hadn't been the most brilliant thing. He scooped her up, but being the same size of him, was a bit difficult. "There's a small oasis not far." He struggled to carry her.

"Maybe they got lost," he hefted her as best he could. It took a good deal of time, strength and sweat. He lowered her at the age of the pool and collapsed beside her, "There. Water." He panted, a bit exhausted.

She tumbled in and let the water wash over her, gasping relieved. "Thank Arthas...." she whispered.
