What makes this mafia so different, is that The Mafia is the same size as the townies and that everyone has a role. So lets get to the roles.
Red Team(Townies) Heavy: Wall, takes 2 hits to kill. Medic: Doctor, can save other teammates. Sniper: Cop, uses ultimate scope zoom to identify a player. Engineer: Scientist, can build a device. Doesn't know what it WILL do, but it can either Save, Kill, Role Block, or Identify Pyro: Pyro, Each night, he can choose to either ignite or prime his victim. He can only ignite those that are primed, and if multiple victims are primed, they all ignite at once. Soldier: Vigilante, Gets a free kill in his search for maggots. Spy: ...Spy, If investigated, will turn up Mafia. (Town on other team) Scout: Runner, Uses role to run away from selected target. May escape death... *i*Nowhere to run on last day*i* Demoman: Paranoid Gun Owner, Well, drunk that is. When a role is used on him, they trigger a mine, killing them. friend or foe can trigger. *i*Sniper DOES NOT trigger the mine, as he is not there.*i*
Independent Player(Yes, I'm making one in a TF2 mafia) Sandvich: Serial Killer: DON'T. ********. WITH. SANDVICH.
Blue Team(Mafia) Same roles as red team.

There's already three of these sitting in the Mod's Room, another one certainly wouldn't hurt. lol Here, take a look at mine first. otawara (lulz deleted everything from before) TOWN ROLESEngineers- They are essentially Townies and are best friends with the Pyro. Therefore, they will always know the Pyro's identity, but the Pyro will not.(Thank you Hash.) Pyro- Alignment Revealer. Once a night, the Pyro will be able to set anyone aflame, therefore revealing their alignment to the Pyro. Medic-Medic, derp. They are by far the most popular class on the time. During the day phase, he will charge his Ubercharge, to unleash it on a selected player. If the Medic Ubercharges an enemy Spy, their alignment will be reveal to the Medic. If the Medic Ubercharges someone, he will be invincible for the night and can only be kicked via method of voting; but only if he Ubercharges someone. Sniper- Polite, efficient, and a Role Reveal. Once a night, the Sniper comes down to vote and restock his ammo. He can either choose to equip his Razorback and become immune to a single Mafia attack a night, or he can toss a Jarate at a certain player and reveal their role and alignment. The Sniper is still vulnerable to Lynching and a Neutral Kill. Demoman- The Demoman lays out a mean carpet of sticky bombs at the feet of a select player a night. This blocks the player from doing anything in fear of setting off the bombs. He can also aim them at his feet to keep everyone away from him and becoming invincible from a Mafia whack or lynch, but not GLADos. NEUTRAL GLaDOs- GLaDOS takes control of any one of the Engineer's building; each having a different effect. Why is she doing this? This is what she does when she's busy being dead. Sentry- Malfunctions and kills a select player. Dispenser- Keeps a select player alive if targeted by Mafia or Lynch. Teleporter- Stops a select player's action by teleporting them away. They come back the next morning. GLaDOS cannot be Ubercharged, and if a Medic attempts to do so, they will believe they have been roleblocked. GLADos can also be brought back to life by an Engineer, but the player who revived her cannot vote. MAFIA ROLESSpy- Gentlemen. The Spies are all in the enemy base. Their goal is to stab everyone and leave with the intel safely in their hands. Camera-Beard Spy- They are the same as Spies. but their interestingly unique beard sets them aside from other Spies. If they are killed, the 'kill cam' on their beards can be used to reveal the identity of a select player who is NOT mafia. Dead Ringer Spy- The Lucky-Duck of the spies, he is able to survive one attempt on his life once in the game, since his Dead Ringer's recharge time is a pain. ALTERNATIVE NEUTRAL ROLESaxton Hale- The Mannliest of Manns, Saxton Hale is known to beat up deadly animals for fun on an empty stomach. He also invented Crafting and runs Mann Co, selling products and getting in fights. Since he is very bored at the moment, he might take a chance at facing off against enemies with fire arms, with his fists. His big, beefy. Mann fists. Here's wylr's. WylrPnufh This will be a 2-teamed mafia game. Both teams will have the same number of players. And the game is over when one team is completely wiped out. So, basically, like going into Arena-Mode of TF2 The Roles will be the classes, and if we have more than 16 players total, we'll go into multiple vanillas. If you have any suggestions/improvements, let me know. Scout - Roleblocker - BONK! Scout can bat a baseball at one player a day, and they will be rendered useless for the rest of the night. Spy - Spy - When investigated, Spy will turn up as the opposite of what he really is. A random-class on the opposite team. Sniper - Cop - Sniper can use his Rifle's Scope to look into another player once a day. Heavy - Lucky Duck - Since the Heavy has SO MUCH HP, He can survive one attack on his life. After that, his HP is too low, and the next attack will kill him. Medic - Doctor - Medic uses his healing powers to save one person from a kill each night. Engineer - Serial Killer - Sentry going up! Engi can place his Sentry gun nearby an opponent once a day, killing them. Pyro - ? Demoman - Vanilla Soldier - Vanilla. He's not done, as you can see. Here's Hash's. Hashire Kazemeijin When hon mentioned a TF2 Mafia to me, I came up with something different in order to use all of the classes. This is what I got:
(Note: All roles can be on either team unless specifically assigned to a team (RED, BLU, Neutral), and an unlabeled role(s) can exist on both sides.)
Scout: Despite his namesake, the Scout is horrible at scouting. But that won't stop him from running head on into a storm of bullets to get a look. Each day he can use his Bonk! Energy Drink to become fast enough to dodge bullets long enough to run into the midst of things and observe player's roles and alignment. (Seer)
Soldier: What the Soldier lacks in brains, logic, and any trace of common sense, he makes up for it with sheer Rocket Propelled Explosions and a sturdy frame. If targeted by a killing role, he will Rocket Jump to safety; killing his attacker in the blast. But without his Gunboats, he'd be too weak to do it again. (Bomb + Extra Life)
RED Pyro: As Mizu would gladly testify, nothing gets opponents off of a Control Point or Payload Cart faster than a Pyro running headlong at them. Each day this Pyro can chase off and burn one player, preventing them from voting that day as they search for Water, Medkits, or Burn Cream. (Vote Blocker)
BLU Pyro: Everyone knows a Pyro is an Engineer's best friend. Keeping away Spies and deflecting explosives, they're convenient to have around. But as trigger happy as they are, even the best miss a Spy here and there. This Pyro starts the game knowing the identity of the BLU Engineer and one other, but that other will always be a Spy. (Best Friends)
Demoman: Nothing says ACCESS DENIED like a carpet of high powered remote detonated explosives. With his fancy Scottish Resistance {Because it's the THINKIN' Demoman's Sticky Bomb Launcher}, the Demoman can block the progress and actions of one player a day. (Roleblocker)
BLU Heavy: With his massive mass and very large gun, the Heavy is immune to being killed by the tiny baby men of the opposing Mafia team. He needs to either be attacked by multiple people {Lynch}, Sniped, Backstabbed, or Godkilled.(Invinciplayer)
RED Heavy: Same as his BLU counterpart, except he's immune to being Lynched and vulnerable to Mafia kill. But now why would they do that...? ninja (Invinciplayer)
RED Engineer: With a fascination of all things mechanical and a love to hit things with his Wrench, this Engineer can build one Building a night and get a random role effect. (Scientist)
BLU Engineer: He's a happy Texan with his two best friends looking out for him and protecting him as he builds more machines of destruction. Unfortunately, his flaming buddy isn't the smartest guy around and keeps taking the Metal to keep his Flamethrower running, thus preventing any construction. This Engineer starts the game knowing the identity of the BLU Pyro and one other, but that other will always be a Spy. (Best Friends)
Medic:The Medic is easily the most popular member of any team. His teammates always shouting his name and vying for his attention... usually due to grievous battle wounds and/or fire burns. Each day the Medic can protect one player with his Ubercharge. (Doctor)
Sniper: The rugged Crazed Gunman Assassin from Australia. Hanging in the back of the lines and armed with his tried-and-true Sniper Rifle, the Sniper can eliminate one player per game with deadly precision. (Vigilante)
Spy: The Handsome Rouge and Gentleman of the team. {As well as the greatest, most kickass, and best class overall} With his Spytron 3000, he can easily disguise himself. He was never really on your side. He can reveal himself as a Spy to all players in exchange for pulling off a single instant kill Backstab on a target. There will always be a Spy in the trio of friends. (Spy + Best Friends)
The Administrator: The all controlling mastermind behind the constant fighting between RED and BLU. Each day she can Godkill one player, and wins the game if she's no longer plagued by incompetent employees. Her kill bypasses any immunities the players might have, and she cannot be killed. If the Town or Mafia players decide to work together, [Within their team, of course] she can be convinced, through sheer disgust of any hint of teamwork and friendship, to leave the game. [Vulnerable to Lynch and Mafia Kill for short. Immune to everything else.] (Serial Killer)(Neutral)

After reading some roles on Mafiascum, Pyro could work well as the Arsonist. Demoman could be The Paranoid Gun Owner, as well.
